He appropriated my ladder on my deck without my permission. This was after Wall Cover Gurus were well informed of the details in the job. We hired this company for installation of grass-style wallpaper and they did a WONDERFUL job. They communicated clearly, gave detailed instructions for how to prepare the wall and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was discussed prior to starting work. We had clear light switch covers which required a piece of the wallpaper to be cut and placed inside of them to make them look uniform with the wall. They not only accomplished this flawlessly but took care to ensure the pieces they cut out for the switch covers matched the same line as that piece of paper in order to ensure there was no color variation. They labeled the switch covers for right and left side so that when our electrician installed them they matched the right section of wallpaper. Lastly, he labeled extra pieces for us in case we wanted to add further switch covers or in case the paper in the current covers became damaged. We have been renovating our home for almost 1 year and this was by far the best service we've received from any contractor or sub we've used.
