OLD SCHOOL INTEGRITY & WORKMANSHIP…read more David's Flooring did a wonderful job on our new house in Issaquah. We are very pleased with the results. From the beginning, Eric and Cole were very responsive & helpful in assisting us with material and color selections and suggested products with superior quality & durability while staying within our budget. After months of shopping around, we decided to have David's team install LVP, carpet and handle all our millwork and casings which included complicated compound angles on our staircase. Their workmanship and attention to detail was very professional and more than met our picky expectations. The old-school honesty and integrity of everyone on David's team was truly refreshing. Eric managed our project and kept it on-time and on-budget. His attention to communication was impressive & timely even at 10pm at night and on weekends. We requested a few change orders along the way and they were charged at straight time and materials without the extra mark-ups most contractors tack on. Adrian was our onsite supervisor and was there every minute of every day. The flooring lead, Sergey and the carpet lead, Hector kept me informed and made suggestions that improved our end result. Over the last 42 years our family has built a number of custom homes and the experience with David's flooring was by far the best and was actually enjoyable. We would/will definitely use Eric and his team again and highly recommend them.

During the process some unanticipated issues came up and they showed flexibility and willingness to change the scope of the project and schedule accordingly. They are detail oriented. After we had them reinstall all baseboards there was one place we were not quite happy, they came back and fixed it. The end result was beautiful and it had been a great experience working with Serhii and his family crew! So, this week we commenced/completed these updates after 30yrs, re-carpeting all upstairs bedrooms, the landing, the stairs and our downstair formal living room/dining room area. Installer Nick (and some assistance from his son Justin!) diligently cut out all the pieces, making sure "they flowed together" working with us to do 2 bedrooms at a time, with us shuffling furniture and storage boxes back and forth in the evenings. Nick addressed numerous "floor squeaks" in the process, along with filling in some builder issues, prior to pad installations. We are extremely pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch/Nick (& Justin) in the future!
