They just checked in a week later. It was expensive, but in retrospect. I think it fair for 2 people over a day and a half. Job quality is also really good. Elegance was great to work with. Got back to me right away and the installer, Andrew reached out with questions regarding the project. Andrew had a good understanding of the project, which is always a good feeling. As it turns out the wallpaper I selected was not easy to work with. It was a peel and stick that had edges that didn't completely disappear. Andrew did his best to match up the seams. I don't think anyone could have done better. The wallpaper installation itself was well done. However, I had also requested drywall repair for two areas, and was quoted a price that included both the wallpaper installation and the drywall work. When the technician arrived, he only completed the wallpaper and informed me that his manager had not communicated anything to him about the drywall repair. I followed up with the manager, who acknowledged the miscommunication and promised to reschedule the drywall repair for another day. When it was finally rescheduled, the technician arrived two hours late and completed only one of the two areas. He claimed that his manager had instructed him to do just one. The work he did was rushed and shoddy. I contacted the manager again, who told me--once more--that he had misunderstood and would now have to charge me extra to complete the job. The overall service was extremely disappointing. The lack of communication, punctuality, and professionalism was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company for any service. read more

They got us on their schedule quickly and we couldn't be happier with the service they provided or the results. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and worked very hard. They spent two days applying a skim coat over the wall, sanding, priming, and then installing the wallpaper and caulking the edges. And the end result looks amazing! They had to take off our mantle and deal with some intricate areas around moldings, and they left everything clean and tidy. We highly recommend them -- you won't be disappointed! read more
