I hired Andrey to embroider monograms on some towels for my wedding party. He mentioned he doesn't usually do stuff like this (I think he usually works with business who order mass quantities), but would make an exception for me. The same day of my initial call, Andrey invited me to his shop to drop off the towels, and come up with the designs. A few hours later, my towels were done. Talk about fast service! Amazing price for the quality and so fast! I was nervous at first only because he did not have that many reviews so I called him first to get an idea for pricing and it was cheaper than the mall so I figured I could stop by and get an idea on design. As soon and I should him the towels I wanted to embroider, it was like he read my mind. He had the perfect placement, size, lettering, and color. He even created a mock up for me so I could get an idea and after that... I was sold. I left him with 12 towels and he was able to finish the project under a week. I highly recommend him. The towels came out perfectly! He even folded them so the embroidery was centered, the only thing missing was a red ribbon and a box. I dropped them to him, went to shop in a store near the area; about 30 minutes, he let me know they were all done. Because he worked on them right away after I gave them to him. (Some other places put your items aside for later whenever they feel they want to do it. It takes you days for waiting, or they say you pay more to get it done as the time you want it faster.
