Amazing price for the quality and so fast! I was nervous at first only because he did not have that many reviews so I called him first to get an idea for pricing and it was cheaper than the mall so I figured I could stop by and get an idea on design. As soon and I should him the towels I wanted to embroider, it was like he read my mind. He had the perfect placement, size, lettering, and color. He even created a mock up for me so I could get an idea and after that... I was sold. I left him with 12 towels and he was able to finish the project under a week. I highly recommend him. The towels came out perfectly! He even folded them so the embroidery was centered, the only thing missing was a red ribbon and a box. I'm so excited for Christmas so I can see the look on everyone face when they see them! read more

I hired Andrey to embroider monograms on some towels for my wedding party. He mentioned he doesn't usually do stuff like this (I think he usually works with business who order mass quantities), but would make an exception for me. The same day of my initial call, Andrey invited me to his shop to drop off the towels, and come up with the designs. A few hours later, my towels were done. Talk about fast service! His shop is in his garage at home, but that doesn't mean it isn't professional, clean, or reliable. I would recommend Promo Box to any of my friends and family! read more

We had ATA embroider our company shirts and hats. They were able to complete our orders in a timely manner and prices were reasonable. Great job ATA Lost one star due to a confusing price break for a minor design change. This held us from making a large order, ended up finding a different provider to do it for 30% cheaper. read more

My company has used ATA Embroidery twice for customized shirts for our sales reps. Andrey is quick to respond to our questions and service is great. We always get them back quickly. Pricing is great- and best of all, the boss is happy with the end product read more

Had some very thick embroidered Christmas stockings and needed names embroidered. It was a challenge with the thick material and very small opening to get the machine into. Andrey pulled different tools out to get the job done and his years of experience paid off with a beautiful job. I am looking at them now over the mantle and thought I'd write a review. The whole gated entry and address is out of the ordinary, just plan for it. He's worth it. Very fair price I thought. read more

I really recommend this place !!! Andrey is friendly. He did a great job embroider for my shirts as the way I want it to be. Specially Super fast!!!! I dropped them to him, went to shop in a store near the area; about 30 minutes, he let me know they were all done. Because he worked on them right away after I gave them to him. (Some other places put your items aside for later whenever they feel they want to do it. It takes you days for waiting, or they say you pay more to get it done as the time you want it faster. But Andrey doesn't and that's how a good business do). I didn't meet him before but I emailed him asking questions before visiting. He answered emails within the day. Very quick and don't let people waiting on anything that doesn't need to. The Price is affordable for me. You won't find any better price than this. Completely recommended! read more
