Mike and his team at Woodinville Print were exceptionally accommodating and helpful - I cannot…read morerecommend them enough. I designed a wedding invitation suite for some friends that required custom die-cutting. Knowing we were already a bit behind for the task at hand, Mike was extremely expedient in providing the initial quote and then helped walk us through every possible solution and associated costs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the result (of note: we really appreciated their included round of printer proofs). My friends got the wedding invites of their dreams and I had the pleasure of working with a friendly and knowledgable professional to carry them through production. Woodinville Print is now at the top of my shortlist of five-star vendors.

Great service from Northwest Sign & Design!…read more I love my neon and channel letter sign they did for my business. I have referred them to several of my friends who own businesses in the greater Seattle area and they have similar great experiences. Great quality and durability not seen in some of the other companies we have used in the past. If you need a sign, give them a call!

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns, we appreciate all forms of feedback." This is my feedback on this project: - I'm not 110% satisfied. - Jim was a fantastic salesperson who helped me articulate what I wanted for the sign. - I am disappointed in the handoff from Jim to the production process. I didn't get proactive communication about the project plan, timeline, and status. I had to send follow up emails several times to check in on the process because I didn't get any proactive communication from the project engineer. - I'm very disappointed with the thickness of the backing for the neon. The production / project engineer team knew it was going to be flimsy. I would have wanted their recommendation to use a thicker backing to give the sign a more sturdy base. I expected better advice since they are an expert in designing and building neon signs. On their website they out that they have over 25 years of experience and I expected that to come through when I choose them as a partner to design and produce this sign. It felt like I was working with a team that was designing signs for the first time. Not that I'm at the end of this project. I would have chosen to work with a different company. My issue is still unresolved.
