Got the 18% ceramic tint and they did an incredible job. VERY excellent service!! If you have trouble connecting to make an appointment just email them and they respond very quickly (they were very busy when I went in). Better value, product, and service than any competitor I've seen. read more

I got my car a little later from the dealership and couldn't make it in time to my original appointment with Jay, but he was kind enough to work around it and still took my car later that day. I love that Jay is very precise about his craft and that his standards are high. Very happy with my tint level (20% ceramic). I highly recommend him if you're in the area. read more

Jeff is pleasant, professional and offers good value pricing. All aspects of the experience were 5 star and the car looks as good as I had hoped. Highly recommend this business for quality window tint and custom touches. I will add that his overhead is lower due to his shop being next to his home in a residential area of Lynnwood. read more

It was a pleasure to do business with Jeff. Very communicative and fair price for great quality of work. Prices from other shops from Bellingham to Tacoma where higher for a full ceramic window tint on my car, so that is why I went with Jeff. Plus he does vinyl wrapping. I highly recommend Jeff for your window tinting and vinyl wrapping!! THANK YOU JEFF AND TEAM!! 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring *30% on sides and rear *70% on windshield *High gloss black vinyl on the roof and shark fin antenna LOCATION The shop is on a "private road" so lookout for the street sign at the fork and you want to go ALL THE WAY DOWN and you will hit a slight down slope driveway and the shop's sign is on the left along with the shop. read more

Only leaving a 1 star because it's required. Be ware of this business. I'm sure he has a lot of good clients but when a job doesn't go his way, he denies any and all responsibility. The first round of tint wasn't too bad. I had concerns and he obliged to look it over. He determined there were more issues than even he was comfortable with. He replaced the tint and said he upgraded it which I was thankful for. However, the second round finish was much worse than the first round. He told me the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, this is where and when the big problems started. The car door was cracked, the key was in the car and I noticed white residue all over the door panels. The panels are plastic and leather. Oh let me also mention that he didn't even clean up his tint removal scraps from the inside of the car. After getting home (Thursday) and thinking the white stuff would wipe right off, I realized it was stained. I quickly took a photo sent it to him asking him what it was and how to remove it NO REPLY. The next morning I sent 15 photos. NO REPLY. I didn't get a reply until my repeated text for a response got on his nerves. He finally replied 24 hrs later. He said he sent my pics to his "detail" guy and he'd take a look at it. He gave me no indication of a timeline or time frame. Oh need I also mention that when he told me at the beginning that he'd fix the flaws after the first round of tint that the tint he used had to be reordered and would be in on Friday or Monday. He told me this the Wednesday before. Guess what? I had to text him the following Wednesday because I, the customer, had not heard from him since the Wednesday before. Then I had to wait another week to drop the car off a 3rd time. He said he would not accept responsibility not be held responsible for any damage he caused. His communication sucks and he is very condescending toward his customers. I'd love to share the entire text dialogue from start to finish but I won't. I was ever so cordial and appreciative for his efforts throughout the process, even when it costs me extra time and delays and he talked to me as though I was the problem. As a business owner, you don't text customer phrases like this, "I'm not trying to be a fucking dick but". This was over a month process. At this point, I just wanted start over. Believe me when i say this, I would have rather not gone through all this. Anyway, I asked for a refund so I could go spend more time and money fixing the issues. He offered to refund my money under the condition that I remove the tint or he removes it but that he won't refund and leave it on. Hmmmm. Several hours later he said he'd refund the money on Friday but it was Tuesday. I encountered some delays on my end and when I finally reached back out for the refund by text, he would not reply and then blocked my number. Anyway, I'm all about supporting local business but not when I'm treated like this. I'd rather not leave a review than to leave a negative review but this situation begs otherwise. Let me close in saying this. I would be just as disturbed if this was my personal daily drive, however, this was supposed to be a surprise. This was my child's first car. This interior was nearly flawless. Not now Ugh SO MUCH MORE I COULD LEAVE ABOUT THIS. Looking at previous reviews on Yelp, can you believe he posted a conversation with a potential client on his personal FB page and solicited people to send dick pics and told them that he'd pay them to send them to this person. read more

I reached out to this man for tint and he said he only does by business by text. I am older woman and he would not call me. He was very rude. Then he proceeded to place the messages between myself regarding the tinting of my windows, due to me being older, and with all the scams that I like to talk on phone. Instead he posted our conversation on his personal Facebook account. And said "what a douchbag and I will $$$ someone to send them dick pics!" Along, with my phone number. This is not professional and definitely not how you run a business. He has been reported to the proper authorities. As a Christian women this by far the most horrific and despicable thing someone could do to me, much less a so called business. read more

My personal experience with this person was a nightmare. Several missed deadlines, excuses for not finishing the work and in the end, I finally had to give up and take my vehicle as is despite the unfinished job. I do realize people have emergencies and things come up but the weeks it took to get my vehicle wrapped is alot more than most people would put up with. At the end of the day, I was very patient and dealt with the MANY delays and excuses because I wanted a finished product. To be fair, he provided many text messages and a signed letter documenting that he would commit to making this job right but following up after COVID has yielded no results. read more

Just got our car windows tinted at Jeff's. He did an amazing job on the Tesla Model 3 (4 windows and one piece top/back) ceramic window tint. Looks great! Jeff was extremely professional and has a lot of experience. It was really easy to get an appointment set up and everything was ready on time. Great work at a great price. Overall, great customer service. Definitely recommend ! read more

If you're looking for quality work and great customer service, you need look no further! Jeff and Jeremy did an outstanding job on our Lexus. Jeff expertly answered all of my questions, and offered sound professional advice on areas I was uncertain about. There are several other modifications I planned on making and Jeff showed me so great alternatives that are much more cost effective. Speaking of cost effective, for the quality of work and experience he and Jeremy offer... They could certainly ask for more, but don't tell them I said that. Cool thing is, they volunteer time and money in their community, which is another reason I'll go back. Thanks You Gentlemen read more

Awesome job with attention to detail. Jeff seems like a cool guy, who prides himself in doing quality work. To top that, his prices are great. I contacted him to tint match on our new Explorer, and the tint turned out looking so good that I've already scheduled my truck to tint match too. If you're looking for a quality job at great prices, contact Jeff. read more

Jeff and his team were awesome. Really knowledgeable about tinting and the response time was always super fast. I needed the front two tinted to match the back windows and he knew exactly what to do. They were able to get my car in quickly and let me know exactly how long it would take to cure and what products I should and should not use on tint! (I had NO clue you can't use ammonia on tint!) definitely have already recommended to my friends. Waiting room has outlets and WiFi so you can work while you wait, which was nice! read more

I'm sad that Jeff's company has been closed indefinitely...the husband and I had wonderful Exchanges with him back in July, prior to his business closing down. Please note that the husband and I have no prior connection or communication with Jeff. I found him thru yelp and google. We spoke with Jeff via text and visited his shop in person. By just talking to him, you just know how super passionate he is. We first visited his shop when i just placed my SUV order about a week in...Unfortunately my SUV took two months to arrive...and now it's is finally here...Jeff's shop is indefinitely closed... Looking through yelp, Jeff has done many great work in the past...i understand more so recently he has some hiccups...But just understand that everyone has their lowest moments including accidental mistakes...I hope Jeff can rise from the past few incidents. read more

Caused significant damage to my car (over $1000). Stopped responding to my communication. Took no ownership. Also had my car for a total of 7 days to do a few hours worth of work. I would not trust this business with my car if I were you! read more

What a difference a year makes in reviews....Ultimately, my experience was a complete nightmare. Damaged multiple pieces taking things apart that will have to be purchased and replaced. Does not communicate properly;too many lies. Had my vehicle for almost a month (approx 24 days) and did not finish a job that originally was quoted as 4 days. The work that was done (when we finally were "allowed" to see our vehicle) looked great and thus why we kept giving him chances but ultimately very unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable. He would not relinquish our vehicle when asked but with the help of one of his friends, who came to help him, we were able to get it back, broken parts and all. I believe Jeff is closed now and not reopening any time soon. read more

These guys are amazing!!! About 2-3 months ago I went and had my windows tinted, Jeff did such a great job that I decided to go back and get a full chrome delete done on my Buick Encore. I really cannot believe the level of his skills, the car turned out amazing and believe it or not he was able to turn my Buick into quite a slick looking vehicle. I am going to be getting my lights tinted soon. Highly recommend Jeff for any detailed custom work. He's a pretty nice guy too...(and don't forget his partner, he's not half bad either)! read more

With Jeff, what you see is what you get. No games, no gimmicks. Just an honest, hard-working individual who strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Nothing more to be said, but since this is a Yelp review I'll get into the specifics. Cost: For your typical 4 door sedan, it's around $200 currently. This is one of the lowest, if not the lowest price you'll find north of Seattle. The Work: He and his partner does an outstanding job. They are perfectionists down to the very last detail. Customer Service: I somehow got a tiny chip in the tint 3 weeks after I got it installed which wasn't covered under warranty but Jeff still agreed to redo it free of charge. Truly a man who knows what to do to run a successful business! If you're looking for a great tint job at an affordable price, Jeff is your man. He's genuine, skilled, and knowledgeable. You won't regret it. read more

I am really happy with how my BMW turned out from this place. I want to mentioned that I mistakenly arrived at Jeff's shop a week before my appointment. Excellent work with reasonable price. I will definitely use this place on all my window tinting needs.

I had an appointment scheduled for 3-4 weeks out. Then we scheduled a last minute vacation. Jeff called me the day before the appointment to confirm and I told him I couldn't make it due to the last minute trip, he went silent. A few days later I returned and reached out to reschedule and he said since I made a last minute cancellation, he would not be able to service my car.
