Sal of Sievers Construction made our project to enlarge our patio and add a new concrete pathway a delightful experience -- something we have not always found with other home improvement contractors and vendors. Everything was completed when promised, from the prep time through final cleanup, including coordination with the concrete vendor he used. He was happy to answer all of questions about how the project would proceed and ensured that he understood our plans fully before beginning each phase of the project. We hired Sal and his crew to do a retaining wall for our backyard. we received a very reasonable quote to do the wall and stone veneer. Sal and his crew showed up on time and were eager to work. They were very efficient and respectful. I had made some changes along the way, and they took it in stride. When all was said and done, the project exceeded my expectations. It looks amazing. It is very time consuming to place the stone veneer especially in this heat. They did an outstanding job. Sal is very enthusiastic and always thanking me for the job. We had Sal out from Rocha's construction to do some concrete work. He was recommended by our neighbor. Pricing was more than reasonable, and the quality was excellent. There isn't a single flaw that I could see. Water after a giant rainstrom flowed just as he said. This is the third concrete purchase in my life, and by far the best. When I called him (after the appointment time has lapsed) he indicated he had a concrete job and could not make it. He said he had called and left a message to postpone but I received no such call. I'd highly recommend Rocha's Construction. Sal Rocha and his crew completely change our front yard in 3 weeks with proficiently well job. He was very pleasant from day one till finish. His bid was the best and their work was better than expectation. The project was paving flagstone our front entrance, part of driveway, side path and build a wall with 2 pilasters. His crew came to work rain or shine on time, very professional and well skilled hardworking people. Flagstone lay-out done with evenly and closely, the stucco wall and stone pilasters turned out to be picture perfect. Before we contracted Sal, one of largest landscape company in town told us that they can cut existing concrete only straight line not in curve but Sal said he can do and he did! His crew kept our front yard orderly and cleanly whole time and they completed the job on time with exceptionally well done. We thank Mr. Rocha every day for our beautiful front. We could not have been happier with our decision to go with Rocha's Construction for several reasons. From the beginning to end, Sal was very professional and enthusiastic about working on our project. He was super easy to work with which is paramount when doing any kind of remodeling! We wanted to cement both sides of our house and also expand our patio area. Sal was very nice, patient, and accommodating to our changing ideas and visions which made the process a fun project...which I'm sure would've irritated most people. Sal takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows! No short cuts whatsoever. He had great ideas and he always made sure we were happy with the progress every step of the way. He does landscaping/concrete but he is also a general contractor so he was able to fix other problems we had. For instance, one of the two wooden posts that held up our balcony was rotting as a result of a poor sprinkler set-up. We didn't realize how bad the problem was until Sal and his crew put up a new post in. As he was working on it, we saw how the balcony could've caved in had this not been fixed soon. In addition, they replaced a few sprinkler heads and re-configured our entire sprinkler system to prevent this from happening to the new post. We also had patches of dead grass before which we tried to get our gardener to fix for the past year with no luck! We were ecstatic when Sal and his crew took care of this annoying problem we had within a few hours. We feel that we got so much more than what we originally planned on. Our new patio and side concrete turned out better than what we had in mind and all for a reasonable price, too! We have used Rocha Construction twice now and could not be happier! Sal and his team do fantastic work and at the best price! The first time we used them was to increase the height of our retaining wall. He increased it with 3 blocks and added rocks to our Jacuzzi wall. His price was $1000 less than the other contractor that was going to do only 2 blocks higher. The second time we used him, we started out wanting a paver entrance, a couple of pillars, and a front porch with stacked rock. We ended up with our entire driveway and also the side of the house completely covered in pavers. Our house is now the stand out house in the neighborhood. Sal's attention to detail is impeccable! He is precise and does QUALITY work! You will not find a more punctual, reliable, and hardworking crew. (We have found that to be somewhat of a rarity in Murrieta. Sal came out and gave us his estimate on time and we agreed on a price. He was able to start the job within a week. The project was for a 200 sq ft paver patio. The existing grass was removed along with a considerable amount of dirt needed to level the area. His crew showed up at 7:30 each morning with all the tools and ready to work! Great crew and they knew what they were doing. They did all the things Sal promised rerouting sprinklers and running electrical conduit without delay in the project. I have nothing but great things to say about Sal Rocha and Rocha's construction. I have had them had out to my house on a couple of different occasions and each time, everything is done in a professional business like manner, with excellent results. They extended my patio on both sides, while also moving my sprinklers and drains to properly cover the areas needed. I also had Sal and his crew out to put in a mow strip around the grass in my backyard, remove old unsightly ice plant on my side slope, remove my old sprinkler piping to install a drip system, plant trees, install some sod, and place down colored mulch on the slope, to beautify our backyard! Everything came out spectacular and our yard now looks really nice! Every time they come out, they show up right on time and they thoroughly clean up the entire area when they are finished! Amazing high quality work with a reasonable price. Mr. Rocha came to my house to talk to me personally about the project that I wanted to do in my backyard. He gave me a reasonable estimated price so I gave him the job, out of the many contractors that I have called too for the estimate. From the first day, I could tell he was giving a professional service. After the end of each day that he came to work he would clean up all the tools and machinery, and he would put yellow caution tape around the stakes from concrete forms so that we would easy be able to see and have caution of not tripping over. After each day me and my family could see progress. When they finished I was stunned by the level of cleanliness and attention to the detail of the concrete and retaining walls.
