Once I proceeded to check out @ Register #2, I inquired about the incident because I saw the individual involved crying and being led to the front to sit down as she was bleeding from her head. I asked the Cashier - Briegia, if the lady was okay because I saw that Briegia was assisting her in the matter along with a couple other employees. She indicated the lady had fallen and cut her head. I commended Briegia for being so ginger in assisting the lady. The professionalism of Briegia's efforts should be noted. By the way, the store was very clean and organized. There was clothes, shoes, home goods, snacks in the checkout line etc. The store was clean and while I did not find anything clothes or shoes wise I would stop in again. I bought some air fryer liners for like $3 and the checkout lady was soooo nice!! She had me sign up for their email and I got a $5 coupon for future use. I'll definitely stop in again to see what I can find.

The Amazon returns line was the busiest part of the store. That line did keep moving. An Amazon return, and needing to be in the area was what brought us to this location. Arriving at opening, aisles were neat and orderly. In season items were well stocked. Plenty of carts were available. Fitting rooms are open. Sign up for the Kohl's rewards program to receive percent off coupons, rewards points and birthday coupons.

Buyer beware of this business. They had a long standing 180 return policy which they quietly…read morechanged to 90 days without alerting customers and without printing this policy on receipt. They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority which is the farthest thing from the truth. I tried to return a new item with tags still attached just outside of 90 days not knowing about their changed policy & was greeted with a rude clerk who refused to even give a store credit & stated there was nothing they can do. I also filed a complaint via Better Business Bureau & company responded with "they really don't care & it is my responsibility to look at policy at the register or website." I feel this is very unfair considering their long standing 180 day return policy & not printing their new policy on the receipt. I was a loyal customer but will now take my business elsewhere as this company in my opinion is very deceptive & obviously does not value loyal customers.
