They love their community and it shows. Their selection is mostly good just depending on what TCGs you're into. I would say their pokemon selection is probably their weakest, but, it seems like their mostly strive off of other TCG like MTG, etc. and them having pokemon is just them trying to broaden their selection for their customers who happen to be interested. I respect it. As far as value goes I think they are excellent. Their sealed product is often priced fairly in my experience. For example, most other LGS I've been to have riftbound spiritforge packs priced from $9+ while Orcs lair is about $6. which is market, as we know the market can change so this can to but this is a clear indication that they strive to be as fair as financially possible. They are also great when it comes to trade in, transparently their trade in percentage is low for my liking and they only offer in store credit, but for the size of the store and it being a single location honestly it makes sense. I can understand that especially when compared to the big popular LGS that offer similar trade in percentages. On top of that I have been offered on multiple occasions if I thought the trade in was fair and if I think they accurately assessed the condition of the card, on one occasion I did think they were offering me kinda low on a card and when I expressed that they looked into it a bit more and agreed and bumped it up. They are also the only LGS I have been to in this area that has told me that they're flexible on the sticker price reliant to TCG player. Overall, best most transparent and friendly store I have been to. Definitely my preferred store in the area. If you guys read these yelp reviews truly know you're doing great out here compared to the competition they suck butt.

Pokémon, yugioh, magic the gathering, and so many more. It's definitely a small store. But it's almost as everyone knows each other at the weekly events. Their prices are good too! The owners are really nice. And they have affordable snacks and drinks too available. The Pokémon get together are fun and I've met some great people going to them.

The staff were very friendly. I only shopped briefly but do plan to go back when I have more time. I did pick up 3 items. Two pairs of sandals that I feel were a good price and a shirt that I had to look at the price tag twice and even had to have my husband look at to verify the price said .64 cents!!! My suggestion to everyone is to check out the clearance racks. They do not have kids clothes but I'm assuming that's because it is in Sun City.

Selling: dropped items off last week and today. Last week the older lady was rude and had an attitude cause we had 4 bins for 2 different people. I thought well ok maybe she's having a rough day. Today we dropped off two more. She didn't great us. She said rudely how many I said 2 are mine and 2 are hers. She took the ins and dropped them on the floor. She said since it was so much it would take awhile. I told her ok that's fine. We had somewhere to go. She rolled her eyes. I have my stuff neatly folded. They didn't even go through the bins. That lady is very rude and maybe she doesn't need to be in customer service. I advise to go somewhere else.

I had been on the hunt for the perfect turquoise ring for about a year. Everything online (mostly Etsy) showed what had to be fake given the price and sheer availability, as mentioned above. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference. I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone. Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!! I couldn't be more pleased :-)

There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere.
