I stopped her and told her my daughter was the only one going in. She did not like my response, as she walked my daughter to the fitting room she mumbled something like "you don't have to be rude about it" but I did not need her lecturing me when I did not even move when she told us the room was ready only my daughter did. One of the worst things an employee can do in customer service is to assume they know what the customer is thinking or doing.

There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. It's more fun to shop in a store like this. Another unique feature, a big one is the caliber and attitude of the managers and employees at this 7577 W Bell Rd store.
