I tried to return a new item with tags still attached just outside of 90 days not knowing about their changed policy & was greeted with a rude clerk who refused to even give a store credit & stated there was nothing they can do. I also filed a complaint via Better Business Bureau & company responded with "they really don't care & it is my responsibility to look at policy at the register or website."
