I normally have a good experience here, but I'm not too sure what the issue was today. I have my…read moreinfant on my chest in a baby carrier and my toddler in a shopping cart, it was a Trader Joe's shopping cart because those are the only carts outside in the parking lot and with me having an infant and toddler for me to get a cart outside versus having to wait until we get into the store is way easier.. I go into the store and the worker tells me I cannot have that cart inside. I have to use a once upon a child shopping cart. I really almost wanted to leave and just say forget it, but I already drove 40 minutes to come here so I figured whatever. I literally set the Trader Joe's shopping cart right outside the doors and then grabbed a once upon a child shopping cart, it is definitely an inconvenience having to do that with me having a baby in a baby carrier on my chest but OK I guess they have the rules. I didn't really think the shopping cart mattered where it was from. I know if they make an exception with me they'll have to make the exceptions for other people, but I feel like they could have said I just need to make sure I leave with that cart that I can't leave the cart inside that store . Or possibly it's a Trader Joe's thing where Trader Joe's doesn't want their shopping cart inside once upon a child I don't know but again rules are rules so whatever . But what really annoyed me is when standing at checkout, there is no one else in the checkout line, there are three workers putting hangers back. Nobody said anything to me. I'm literally standing there holding the clothes I'm wanting to purchase in my hand, waiting for one of the workers to tell me which register I can set my stuff down at. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again. my experience I had there this time shopping was very annoying. They are having their 90% off summer clothes so it was nice to take advantage of good deals. There were a couple pieces of clothes on hangers that did have stains on them. The store is fairly organized.

Time is tight so I called and got Brandi who listened to what I needed and took & texted photos of possibilities. Though I didn't find what we needed she saved me the trip and was so pleasant to communicate with. Brandi gave me an excellent customer experience because of her willingness to help however she could & go the extra mile. The choices she showed me were beautiful & I cant wait to go another time!

I was in line to the fitting room with my daughter and one of their employees…read morestarted assuming that I was going to go in with my daughter and started giving me a speech about us not being able to share rooms and she went on and on. I stopped her and told her my daughter was the only one going in. She did not like my response, as she walked my daughter to the fitting room she mumbled something like "you don't have to be rude about it" but I did not need her lecturing me when I did not even move when she told us the room was ready only my daughter did. One of the worst things an employee can do in customer service is to assume they know what the customer is thinking or doing.

The store layout is absolutely perfect for browsing and the flow from department to department is just so good and aesthetically pleasing and calming. Everything is nicely spread out and orderly. There is a clearance rack (kept neat and organized by size) in every department on the floor - this makes this store unique as the ones in NY, Va and Fl have one area where everything is jammed into a small section in the wall and the sizes and hangars are all mixed up. It's more fun to shop in a store like this. Another unique feature, a big one is the caliber and attitude of the managers and employees at this 7577 W Bell Rd store. Every single employee greeted me with a smile in different parts of this store. I hope that the Chairman of Old Navy, Horacio Barbeiton and Zac Posen CEO somehow get to read this review about how absolutely fantastic the team is at this venue. They separate themselves from all other US locations by light years. 1) Emily - never met anyone with her natural energy, kindness, attitude and care. 2) Whitney - was the cashier who also was a superstar. She gave me a military discount with my ID.
