This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. When we told them what we needed we were also told about some sales going on for that item. The employee helping us, was efficient, friendly and engaging. This time however we left with quite a few things. They had a great deal on juniors sweaters, some holiday decor and such. I did like they had a self checkout area since again this is where Kohls lacks. Their employees at other locations are slow as snails or they don't have enough employees to help with checkout. Today's experience went well. This location seems to have it more together.
