This broke establishment proceeds to call me and ask where the truck is, you guys must do this often! I moved one damn couch and had no reason to keep it for days. They're claiming I had it for days bc their flawed system. After payment with my Apple Card! I cancelled that card with the quicks bc I could just tell something was weird. They changed my drop off for the truck at the last minute and told me to drop it off at Postal Annex. It was 10, are they open! So, I left it there with the keys with the other trucks that were their. If you go at night you will see many trucks and most probably have the keys inside. It's been over a month and they're still charging and it's all random amounts too

I ended up cutting down a box and it required a lot of taping and I decided to take it to FedEx to see if they would even ship it before taping it some more. The guy said no problem, they would tape it up. I said but I haven't even taped on the shipping label. No problem, they would do it. I said great, thanks and walked out. Then I thought okay, no one I've ever shipped with has ever been this helpful and walked back in and said I just wanted to make sure, you know I didn't finish taping the box up? And he said no worries, we're taping it up right now and pointed at some employees who were hard at work taping it up!

He let me take all the time I needed to sort and prep everything, never rushed us, and even checked in to make sure we were doing okay. His positive attitude made what could have been a stressful chore feel easy and almost fun. This guy went so far above and beyond that I honestly can't thank him enough. Everyone working there was friendly, but the assistant manager truly made the visit exceptional. I spoke with Jo and he let me know that if I just brought the item in, they would pack and ship it for me.When I brought it back, he was also the person to help me and did a great job finding the perfect size box. The item being returned was 65 pounds and I was even able to print the label out at their store. I've dropped off Amazon returns here in the past, but this is the first time I had to ship anything out and I am so glad to know that they're close to my house and so helpful. Talk about great customer service. The large box I purchased was around $15 and I went in thinking it was likely a $40-50 service. I was so relieved. I was even nervous about going there if I didn't follow the exact steps for dropping off a package, even though I was a regular customer. Now it's different. The staff are much nicer.
