I like it and thought the aesthetics were cool. I only ordered a mobile London fog and was impressed. Not sweet at all but had a strong yet tasty tea flavor. Service is superb. Would love to visit again.

They had not yet started their holiday-themed tea, but it was fine as they had some holiday decor (a pink Christmas tree!) already set up, so it felt festive in there. For the tea, we ordered the Strawberry Champagne Oolong. Though it has "champagne" in the name, this isn't alcoholic. It was a very sweet and delicious tea. We also ordered a pot of the Earl Grey Lavender, which was also very delicious! Our afternoon tea experience came with the traditional three-tiered tea stand, with macarons, tea sandwiches (cucumber, etc.), scones, butter, jam pastries, and petit fours. Our tea also came with a pre-course dish comprised of a small grilled cheese pastry and a small tomato soup. Everything was delicious! We had an excellent experience here. Service was friendly and efficient and very attentive. I will certainly visit again!

Upon leaving there are lint rollers available because cat hair is inevitable; however, the cat area was very clean and tidy! The air purifiers helped, especially because the doors couldn't be opened in the winter. There is a screened in balcony I assume can be used in better weather. My daughter loved this place and wants to go back! While the experience was a bit pricey, I know it's going toward a good cause.
