I love the idea and concept of employing special needs folks to work here. I ordered a cold brew with creamer - there was a lady at the register, helping out the gentleman who was taking my order. I think she got caught up in assisting him - because she did not make it clear that there was no charge for the coffee - they encourage you to make a donation instead. When she asked if I wanted to make a donation - I declined as I was planning on making a "bigger" tip. So then when my total was $0.00 - I dug in deeper to find out what was going on. Another lady came over and explained the situation - once we got past that - I asked them to ring up a donation - which they did. The cold brew was not bad - I asked for a splash of creamer - unfortunately they added a lot more than a splash of cream. There is a ton of indoor and outdoor seating here - so good place to enjoy your caffeine and get some work done. #SimplyBeCoffee

Simply the best! By far the best coffee shop in Leesburg; this store is a gospel enterprise of Tree of Life Ministries and employes people with disabilities. Wonderful coffee, even better pastries, croissants, and gooey bars. Come for the coffee, stay for the compliments! The staff will leave you with a smile for days.

Stopped in for a quick latte. What a great spot - great service, calming music, and it supports a great charity! Planning to go back today.

This place is just stunning...the dining area, stairs with positive messages, the ordering/"shopping", even the bathroom! The service is just exceptional, above and beyond. It was a seameless process to make the reservation online and edit as needed. There were automatic emails and texts for the reservation confirmation and reminder. Each afternoon tea includes 2 pots of tea, 1 macaron/person, and additional bites (savory & sweet). Luckily, there were 2 of us, so we each ordered our own teas. I'm not sure how flexible they are if requesting additional tea pots for larger parties (max 8 people). The weekdays tea is $35/person, weekends $40/person (needs a reservation). There is an 18% gratuity to all the final bill regardless of the number of people in the party. I would highly recommend the Thai tea...I don't add any sugar or cream to my tea and it was still so tasty. I ordered the coconut macaron, which is the newest addition the the macaron family. Parking: there is parallel parking available in front of and around the establishment. There is also a parking garage roughly 1 block (walking distance), which is free on the weekends. If planning a visit on the weekdays, be sure to read the parking signs carefully. I would definitely return to try other items on their menu.

When you walk in downstairs, the friendly staff explain how the cat cafe works, get you a cookie (you get one with the cost of your visit), and have you sign a waiver. (They also have a self-service are where you can make a few different beverages.) You can visit for as little as a half hour, but each subsequent half hour costs less than the first half hour. I only had a half hour to spend, which was the perfect amount of time for me. As soon as I was all paid up, I wandered up to the second floor, where the cats are. There were several cats (at least 10), and they're all up for adoption (there was a staff member there who could you tell you each cat's name and other information). I had bought a Churu downstairs and had no qualms about bribing the cats to be my friends. I played and pet several of them; I fell in love with Russell, a Ginger and a chonk, and Peach, a playful kitten. Whether you just want to play with some cats (it helps with their socialization) or are looking to adopt a cat, cat cafes can be a lot of fun. This one in Leesburg was charming - friendly staff, adorable cats, and a cookie to boot. I had a fun time.

Walk-in's are welcome, but I wanted to ensure we could come at the time we wanted. Parking was a but limited, but available early when they opened. The shop owner was so kind and was very thorough. She was hospitable and walked us upstairs to the cat room, introducing us to the cats and telling us about each of their personalities. The cats are all rescues looking for a forever home. What a great way to introduce them to people! There were tons of toys to use to interact and play with the cats. There was a basket of combs and some really enjoyed being brushed. They had several bowls of food and water and were very well take care of. The warm cookie was delish and tea and coffee were also available. Upon leaving there are lint rollers available because cat hair is inevitable; however, the cat area was very clean and tidy! The air purifiers helped, especially because the doors couldn't be opened in the winter. There is a screened in balcony I assume can be used in better weather. My daughter loved this place and wants to go back! While the experience was a bit pricey, I know it's going toward a good cause.
