    If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. I've never had a good experience here, be it…read moresales or service. The staff is flippant about inquiries, and have no real interest in helping customers, even if you are a loyal Honda buyer. After purchasing a new Civic there, we had our trade devalued because they pulled the service records (which were incomplete as we had work done other places) and tried to take thousands off the trade-in value for things they thought weren't maintained. Total joke. Service has also stonewalled us on engine repairs under extended warranty due to our vehicle having a previous salvage title for side damage that was repaired. Basically, they will look for any string they can pull to make you spend more money. It's the definition of a shady used car dealer. If you want to be treated well and valued as a customer, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

If you want to find a used car and not spend hours haggling over price, potential repairs needed (engine light was on and needed a new oxygen sensor), do not go here. They will waste your time getting to the bottom line. Another thing I don't like is that they never clean their used vehicles that are for sale. I would drive to Omaha and take my chances at a Honda dealership there over trying to negotiate with the people here. I ended up buying a used Toyota (my first choice) at Anderson on north 27th. Not sure I'd go back there in the future, but was more successful with bargaining there.

    Katie in the service department was beyond helpful with a service for my mom's car. She went way…read moreabove and beyond with helping my mom get her car serviced. I was sent a video of the car and what needed to be done. I also received a detailed explanation of the costs. Even though the service was not planned, they picked up the car on a Monday morning and all service was completed by 3:30pm the same day. I also felt the costs were reasonable.

    My 2025 Subaru Forester from DuTeau Subaru in Lincoln has a critical fire risk issue due to fuel…read moretank pressure. I received an email about this, along with the notice that Subaru did not have the parts to fix it at that time. I've since gotten notice that parts are in, and to schedule a time to get it fixed. That done, after 45 minutes waiting, the rep came out and told me that the part they had for my car had instead been installed on a new car in the lot. (I was told when I made the appointment that it was the last part they had, and they would save it for my vehicle). I was shocked to hear this, as this is a serious safety issue. I am not to fill the gas tank over half full, and Subaru instructed owners to park away from our house if the outdoor temperature rises quickly!! I chose a Subaru over several other vehicles, and now am seriously questioning their commitment to their customers. It seems that customer service should honor an appointment made to fix this, especially verses putting the part scheduled for my car onto a vehicle on the lot. I am currently waiting for them to get more parts in and I guess I'll try again. I am, so far, not impressed!!
