I received an email about this, along with the notice that Subaru did not have the parts to fix it at that time. I've since gotten notice that parts are in, and to schedule a time to get it fixed. That done, after 45 minutes waiting, the rep came out and told me that the part they had for my car had instead been installed on a new car in the lot. (I was told when I made the appointment that it was the last part they had, and they would save it for my vehicle). I was shocked to hear this, as this is a serious safety issue. I am not to fill the gas tank over half full, and Subaru instructed owners to park away from our house if the outdoor temperature rises quickly!! I chose a Subaru over several other vehicles, and now am seriously questioning their commitment to their customers. It seems that customer service should honor an appointment made to fix this, especially verses putting the part scheduled for my car onto a vehicle on the lot. I am currently waiting for them to get more parts in and I guess I'll try again. I am, so far, not impressed!!

One day they had a new car they had fort sell connected to the charger. It showed that the car was fully charged. I waited a half hour. No one came. I went in to find someone. I couldn't find a soul to help. Last week I tried again. They had a non EV parked in the EV spot. Plus their price is high for charging there.

Charged for $180 for something I already told them was broken…read more I came in for an oil change and I told them straight up my windshield washer pump was out and needed replaced. I already knew it was out. I wasn't asking them to "diagnose" it like it was some mystery problem. They charged me $57 for the oil change, then turned around and charged me $180 as a "standard service fee" just to tell me the pump was out and needs replaced... which is exactly what I told them when I walked in. When I brought it up to Kevin (service advisor) and asked what that $180 even covered, he said they might check wires and connections but when I asked what they actually did on MY vehicle, he had no idea. How are you a service advisor and you can't explain what was done, but you're still forcing a $180 charge? Kevin was also rude as heck about it. This is exactly why auto shops have the reputation they do because places like this will charge you almost $200 for nothing and act like you're the problem for questioning it.

They sent the title to our brand new car via regular mail (without signature required) so it was left on our porch and blew away in the wind. Then it has taken them over a month to get that situation fixed. They don't return calls in any sort of timely manner and they are incredibly unhelpful with getting the process fixed quickly. On top of that, they were lazy and didn't include tax title and tag in the sale somehow so we just found out that we have to pay the 4 thousand dollars (thats supposed to be part of the loan) to get the car registered. Absolute garbage of an experience with this dealersip. go somewhere else!

They sat there eating lunch watching TV did not get up, mute the TV, nor really look at me. It was an awkward experience to say the least. The salvage yard selection is nothing like ulstons or u pull it but okay. They were however knowledgeable and helped me find an okay replacement for a decent price. But overall not a good experience would NOT go back again.
