This business has two ChargePoint chargers. One doesn't work. It always shows it's unavailable. The other one is seldom accessible because they park cars in front of it. One day they had a new car they had fort sell connected to the charger. It showed that the car was fully charged. I waited a half hour. No one came. I went in to find someone. I couldn't find a soul to help. Last week I tried again. They had a non EV parked in the EV spot. Plus their price is high for charging there. read more

Stay away from these guys! They are the epitome of all the bad things you here about used car salesman. They were very nice and did everything right to make a sale but when the vehicle showed up dirty and damaged they ignored every phone call and email for 2 months now and still going. Walking in, I figured this would be a typical, high pressure used car lot where they sell you polished up turds and heavily rip you off. I was actually wrong, the service here was friendly and relaxed (although I went later in the evening when there was only a single salesman there. They let me test drive the car I wanted (a two-door coupe) without even riding along, letting me take my wife with me instead. When I returned, satisfied with the car, they showed me a free Carfax report on the car, let me inspect it, and gave me exactly what I wanted out of my trade-in. I walked out that night with my new (used) car. I'm particularly hard on car dealerships, but this one is alright in my book. read more

I bought a used car here in March 2018 after finding the car on an Edmund site that offered a $300 reduction in the list price. Once I decided t buy the car, I asked the salesman about the "Coupon" and showed him the offer from Edmund's site. He said that Edmunds would send me a $300 gift card once I completed the request form. When the gift card didn't arrive, I called Edmunds to ask about it and they said that offer had expired. Instead, the dealer was supposed to reduce the price by $300. None of the staff at Dillon's knew what was going on so I called the GM, Steve Vitamvas. Long story short, I eventually got a check from Dillons for $300, but it doesn't end there. When I picked up the car, I was given only one key. My daughter, who co-signed with me, asked about a second key and the salesman promised to "look for it" and said if they couldn't find it, WE would have to BUY one. My daughter and I disagreed saying the car should come with two keys. He didn't agree, but said again he would look for it. I had to call him twice to follow up and each time he said he would "look for it." When I objected saying that was what he told me the last time I called, I asked to talk to Mr. Vitamvas and was transferred to a number where no one answered. I called back, reached Vitamvas and told him my story. He promised to look into it and get back to me. No response. I have called and left voice messages for Vitamvas, sent emails, and finally resorted to snail mail. He has never responded. I've bought a lot of cars in my life and never bought one with only one key. At this point, it's not so much the lack of a second key, but the fact that this business totally blew me off. I'm sure glad I didn't buy their self-funded maintenance program. God knows if they would honor it. read more

I am not an overly outgoing person but for the sales lady to call me a nasty person because she doesn't like my dry personality is unacceptable. I don't like a lot of things but if someone is buying something where I'm getting a commission I'm sure as hell not going to insult them because I don't like dry people. Bought a car and after two weeks I find outThe mechanics didn't put the seal on right. Oil in every piece of my engine. Again they used the same filter and just righted it. Came back after trying to get a hold of the GM. Nothing was resolved from them had to got to BMW. About 3 months later I had to put in $2500 in repair and had to go to BMW because they sell the cars but can't services them. I went to the BBB and AG and Steve lied and said he would help me with repairs there. False. Again today brought it in and have over $5000 in repairs of course Dillion couldn't help and it's at BMW. Please don't get robbed by a company who can't support cars and take care of the customer. Rude and lack of knowledge is incredible here. read more

Many don't like a helicopter salesman/woman; however our experience was the extreme opposite. No contact, had to go in to ask to see a vehicle (after standing out looking at the vehicle for 10 minutes), and the guy threw the keys to us and told us to "have at it." Didn't come check up on us and when we returned the key, he didn't ask any questions. Absolutely terrible customer service! And the place was not busy, so it's not like the he didn't have time. We're giving our money to another party, literally; we just bought a similar vehicle ($3k less expensive and in better shape -no exaggeration). read more

tip: when you buy a car research EVERYTHING!!! PLEASE if you or anyone you know is looking for a car, DO NOT get sucked in my Dillions Auto South. I'm NOT the only one that knows this. i was told by many others after i bought the vehicle My 2010 Nissan Rogue is a great little vehicle but... 1. do not purchase from DILLIONS AUTO SOUTH - Put the wrong vin number on all paperwork - still wrong vin number on mileage sheet after filling out new paper work - wrong mileage on sheet with right vin number - told my husband and i it was "okay" and gave a reason that didn't make sense - gave up, took off dillions sticker on my car and the license plate frames - i refuse to advertise for them 2. Front floor mats missing - dillions bought me some generic - don't fit and wrong color - took them a MONTH to get them to me with numerous phone calls and NO CALLS BACK - Original Rogue floor mats : $100 at least that will come out of my pocket 3. Antenna on the outside missing - Another $50 out of my pocket and its practically impossible to find 4. Already had to take it in (had it 5 weeks) because transmission making noise - this transmission noise was covered under a recall (thank goodness) - dillons said nothing 5. The air bag light was on when i test drove - said they'd fix - took almost a week until they fixed it after numerous calls from me and NO CALLS BACK they only listened when my husband called - blamed ME for "unplugging" the air bag under my seat because there was a window shade under the seat even though the air bag light was on when i TEST DROVE the car. DON'T GO THERE, You'll get screwed. Go pay a little more and get a certified car from a trusted dealership. At Dillions, you will be paying the extra in the long run. read more

I bought a vehicle two months ago from this place and the transmission has already went out. So i called them up to see if they would help me out since it had only been two months since the purchase. They were basically laughing under their breath when they said there was no way they would do that. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Unless you want to get lied to and scammed.
