I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed. I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem! I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast. Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.

Having previously purchased vehicles in other states, we were unaware that taxes would not be incorporated into the loan. Consequently, when we obtained an estimate from the DMV, we were astonished to discover an additional cost of nearly $2500. We had no prior knowledge of this requirement. How is one expected to procure the necessary funds for a vehicle, and achieve another $2500 in 30 days without knowledge. We went in and asked if this could be renegotiated with the manager to include the taxes and he said there was a 95% chance that he could redo the loan. To give him a couple of days and he would reach out. I have called left messages and absolutely no call back or any news at all! It's been 20 days. So this dealership definitely lacks in the morals and accountability department.

Despite their "expertise" in salvaged vehicle restoration, obtaining necessary documentation proved challenging. It took several phone calls and messages to get the accurate and required paperwork. Now, three months later, we've discovered that the front end wasn't properly repaired-as in the frame, the front sensors do not work properly, and there is rust on previously questioned areas. It's essential to thoroughly research the repair history and ensure proper repairs have been carried out, because we now are frustrated that we didn't look into it as we should have.

When expressing these concerns, the salesman interrupted and became insulted. He was convinced that it was a $4k vehicle and walked away when these concerns were brought to light. The gentleman I had with me, who was quite knowledgeable in the area of automobiles, thought the pricing was way too high considering the amount of value found in the car and the necessary repair work that would have been needed. I was in and out with test driving and dealing in 15 minutes. Offered him a lower price that I thought the car was worth and he said yes with no haggle. Said everything that is wrong with it up front, which he had already fixed most of it. Put in a new battery for us, and discounted the fact that the radio wouldn't turn on because neither one of us could work it. It ended up working after a few days too. Lol. Would highly recommend doing business here for sure.

After calling 3 separate places to price out radio installation I found out if was going to cost anywhere from $850-$1100. I paid $4000 over blue book price for a car with a broken radio, my fault for not checking blue book value, and they refuse to make things right. And it looked like they were out of clean shirts in his size so someone just grabbed whatever was laying around even though it was about 2 sizes too big and dirty. Regardless of wardrobe, he spent way more time talking to the sales manager than he did to me. I know it's a game they play, but after he came back after his 6th trip and then got up again saying he needed to talk to the manager, I got up too and said I was done. After over an hour, there wasn't any serious attempt at progress on their part. My time is valuable and I don't need to waste it playing their silly games. Nice kid, but his lack of automobile knowledge was concerning. Must not be a training budget. When he didn't know the difference between a Wrangler and a Renegade, I should have known this wasn't going to be good. And the next day I hadn't heard from them and the car disappeared from the website. It however was still on Sam's Club (not on sail by Sams but a link to Bigler Motors) so I emailed them and asked what was going on. No one answered. So I purchased from Husker Chevrolet.
