I was starting the divorce process and I have 2 children. Due to a credit card my credit was CRAP…read moreand my payment on my vehicle was too much. My vehicle at the time was getting old and I still owed money. I was overwhelmed and loosing hope. I went to Moxie for help thinking "no way can they help me". As soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted with smiles and kind hello's. I even got to meet the owner Tim Bunn! I felt comfortable right away. I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed. I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. I would defiantly go back when I am looking for a new vehicle! A great company with great employees and owners!

Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem! I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast. Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.

This is a great group of people that stand behind their work and will do everything they can to help in, what was truly, just an unfortunate situation. Special shout out to Steve, who's been communicating with us every step of the way! If you're in need of a quality car from a reputable dealership, don't shy away from this one!

Per Mercedes-Benz policy, the car was towed to the Lincoln dealership. It took five business days to determine whether our warranty would cover the tire. When we picked the car up, the service writer told us he could not and would not address the damage caused by the jack failure. His reason was that we purchased the vehicle from the Omaha dealership, so Omaha would have to fix it. This was a Mercedes-Benz vehicle at a Mercedes-Benz dealership, damaged by Mercedes-Benz equipment. Even so, there was no willingness to discuss the repairs, options, or what our out-of-pocket cost might be. The message was essentially, "Just get your new tire and go." To be fair, the tire was replaced under warranty. But the lack of customer service was astonishing, especially given what we've already spent here. The Omaha dealership took the same car and made it right without hesitation. Unfortunately, we don't expect to bring my wife's G63 back to Lincoln.

I've been having some terrible luck with cars for the past year!…read more Background Story: Back in Sept of 2016, I got a car from a private dealer. A 2001 Lincoln LS. It had problems from day 1! It overheated constantly! There was no real way to fix it. My dad tried many different things, including installing a new fan for the engine. Luckily with winter, with the heater running high constantly, it wasn't as big of a deal. Back in January, I noticed there were some issues with the steering so I took it to a family mechanic. Then, it happened. The car ended up needing the entire front replaced due to a detached ball joint, broken knuckle, and broken arm. I decided to just let the car go. I was done. I then decided I would never buy from a private dealer ever again! So, while looking through some cars online, I ran across B&D Auto. They had a car that I was interested in and were able to set up an appointment with me so I could test it out. My parents and I went to the Cornhusker location and met with Dirk, one of salesmen. He gave us the keys for the car I wanted to test out. I drove it and I just didn't feel like it was the car for me. Dirk was very kind and his coworker Cody, also assisted with trying to find me a car within my budget. Dirk then found 3 other cars for me to test out on the road. I drove the first one that Dirk found for me and it felt like a better fit, but I still wasn't feeling like it was for me. I then test drove a 2004 Chrysler 300. It was amazing! It drove great and I loved the fact that the back seats folded down to give more space if needed. My dad listened to the engine and it sounded smooth. My main thing was the overheating! "Please don't overheat!" That was my main thought. The thermostat stayed at a normal level, even with the AC running! I was so so relieved! I then knew that this my car! It was in my budget and it was and is a nice looking car! I decided to buy it and made sure to contact my banker! I was able to get my loan and signed the paper work! The same day, I got the car, it did have some issues. I called Dirk immediately and he was very responsive! He asked me what happened and when I told him, he told me to bring the car in so that their mechanics could take a look. I took the car in and he gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. I did get the car back after the necessary repairs were completed. I was so happy because I was treated so well by the whole team at B&D! I would gladly by another car from them and I most likely will when I decide to upgrade! I cannot say enough on how much I appreciated their patience with me and their overall customer service! Big shout out to Dirk for making sure that my car buying experience was positive! Thank you!
