They will definitely get you into a vehicle but at what cost. 5 hard inquiries and then lie about them or maybe neglecting to tell you certain things to only benefit themselves. And absolutely no help after the sale. Careful what you buy also they will show you their crappiest vehicles first most with mechanical issues you'll need to fix after the purchase. Bought a car from there about a month ago and was able to drive it for 3 weeks until the water pump blew up which took another three weeks to get fixed to order the part and get it installed correctly. When I was driving back home my transmission gave out. I kindly asked for help in finding a wheel cover as they did when I bought the vehicle.(I would of course pay for it) I thought maybe they had more resources than I do.. this was the reply: "We are not a parts store. We sell used cars.. Good luck." I thought that was horribly rude and I let them know that! The response I got: "We sold you the vehicle over 2 years ago, and you are still unhappy. Please stop contacting us. We wish you the best of luck in whatever you choose to do. Have a nice day." It has only been just at a year and a half! DO NOT GO TO WINNERS CIRCLE. We have spent COUNTLESS hours looking for a truck. We finally found one and came to an agreement on it with the salesman after a week of looking at it. Test drove it multiple times, made an arrangement with the salesman to add tint, get it detailed and so on. Today we finally decided to put down a deposit so we could get the keys. We put down the deposit, SIGNED all of the paperwork and got the keys!!! We walk out, keys in hand, excited to take home our new truck and the salesman walks us to a truck WE HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. They had us purchase an F150 we have never seen and didn't even think to tell us!!!! It was similar, 1,000 miles difference, same year, same price... But the truck we had agreed to purchase had a hitch, brand new tires and was lifted. The truck we ACTUALLY purchased needed new tires, didn't have a hitch and had leather seats (which we didn't want because of our dogs' nails). All of these things were the deciding factors for purchasing this truck. They then tried telling us that they just "thought we would like this one more because of the back up camera". They basically just assumed that we would just drive off and be okay with owning a truck we literally have never even seen. They tried saying "it was a mistake" but the truck we have been looking at has had a sold sign on it since Saturday when we put a partial deposit down to prevent it from being sold to somebody else. They were able to cancel it since the deal was still pending with the bank. We asked them to sell us the truck we were SUPPOSE TO BUY and suddenly they couldn't. I am LIVID. read more

psa: if you're looking for a car, do not go to winners circle!! i got a car from them in 2016 and ended up giving back their car after it broke down and their bank is trying to sue me for a vehicle that i no longer have in my posession! i even told their bank that i no longer have the vehicle, yet they did not terminate my contract! do not go there!!! they will try and screw you over!!! read more

In looking for a car, my fiance and I were referred here by another dealership that was trying to help us out in a way that they couldn't. The people at Winners Circle were amazing! We found a car online that we wanted to look at and we went later that day to take it for a test drive. They worked with us and were able to get us into the car that we went in there for. They didn't try to hide anything from us and showed us how everything was going to be right up front. Between the two of us, we don't have all that great of credit scores and they were able to work everything out so that we would have affordable monthly payments and everything that we needed in the car (I.e. gap insurance and the extended warranty). They were all really friendly and made us feel at home as they waited to hear back from my bank for financing. While I had yo get back to one of my classes, they let us know that everything had been approved and they were working through another bank to get things rolling and worked out all the numbers so that when I was done with class, all we would have to do is sign the paperwork. They even sent us off with a tank full of gas! Very pleased with the service and the car that we can proudly say is ours!! read more
