I took the truck to have an estimate done (at a different shop that a local auto repair business had recommended to me) and was quoted about $850 worth of damage and several days worth of repairs, which seemed extremely extensive to me. I decided to head over to Nebraska Auto Glass after a dear friend raved about their work and customer service to me. Let me just tell you, these guys are THE BEST. I will never take my truck anywhere other than Nebraska Auto Glass for body repairs. From the very first phone call I was treated like a premier client and had an appointment for an estimate the next day. These guys really know how to work quickly and efficiently while also making their clients feel welcome and comfortable. My estimate came out to be $400, and he took it in Thursday and was done the next morning. The truck is FLAWLESS. I can't rave about this business enough. As a young woman going into an auto shop, I'm sometimes not received respectfully, but not only are these guys polite, they make you feel like you've been lifelong friends. Since Steve was done Friday morning and I wasn't able to pick the truck up until the afternoon, they parked it in the shop (vs. the parking lot) to make sure it was completely safe until I arrived. I was also given the exact paint that matches my truck in case of future damage. Wow, wow, wow. Phenomenal. The bottom line is, Randy runs a STELLAR business, and Steve does incredible, INCREDIBLE work.
