I got a nail in one tire, and my lug nuts were rusted and difficult to remove. ALLways towing came right away on a Saturday morning and helped changed the tire, even making a trip back to his shop to get the right parts and coming back. Best customer service, hands-down. Everyone I encountered with this company in dealing with having my car towed was so so kind and helpful. Kenny was the driver who picked up my vehicle, my mom met him at the site with my keys since I was at work and she said she had never had anyone be so nice and respectful as she had with her experience with him. I never recommend them to anyone! He is terrible at customer service and he is upset because he is understaffed. He cursed at me then slandered me and the company I used to work for. I called him a total of 3 times on a Saturday, once on a Monday, then was tired of being ignored on Tuesday so I called until he answered. It says on his answering machine "If this is an emergency call until you get a reply" and that's what I did and then he said he wasn't answering because he didn't want to help us anymore. Stay away from this business! They were hired by our insurance company to tow our vehicle after hours on a Saturday night and securely store it until a body shop opened on the following Monday. The driver showed up and asked for the key to the vehicle. This vehicle has a push button start and needs the keyfob to be inside the vehicle to start. I handed him the key. The following Monday they towed our vehicle to a body shop but did not do it until after the shop was closed. I got a call Tuesday morning from the body shop asking for the key. I told him the tow driver has it. I called the driver directly and he said he put the key on the dash and never took it out. I was a little shocked to hear that the driver put the key in an unsecured location on the dash when he could have put it in the glove box, center console or even a cup holder is more secure. I called Allways Towing and spoke with their operator who said their driver insists the key is in the car. My wife then called and spoke to the same woman who continued to repeat that the key was in the car and then said she did not have time for this and hung up on my wife. To be certain we went to the body shop and searched the entire car for the key and did not find it. We then attempted to start the car because as long as the keyfob is inside the car it will attempt to start or the radio would turn on, and nothing... which confirmed the key was not in the car. We contacted the manager to try and resolve the situation. They lost the keyfob while it was in their care and they should be responsible for replacing it. However they refused as they insist they did nothing wrong. We opened a BBB case against them and after numerous attempts from the BBB they finally replied saying that we are lying about everything but the owner would reimburse us the cost for the new key fob (approximately $150) but only if we removed a negative review we posted on facebook. I sent them the invoice for the keyfob and 5 old them I would remove the negative review on fb once we have received the reimbursement. The manager sent me a reply email saying she would only pay if we removed the negative review first. I refused and told her I wanted the check first and if not then I would rather eat the cost for having to replace the key that they lost then remove my negative review as I feel it is important for consumers to know about their shady business. She replied asking that I not make any future negative reviews and if I agree she will mail the check. I told her I will not make any negative reviews until I receive the check and gave her a week to comply. It has now been over 2 weeks with not a word from her or anybody and no check. Therefore I am informing everyone of our experience and leaving this review. Our insurance company has asked us to submit a formal complaint to our claims/roadside assistance on Allways Towing to attempt to get them removed from their approved vendor list as they do not want to be associated with a business that does not support their customers and take ownership when they make a mistake. We are submitting the complaint. The BBB is remaining open as well. They lost our key so it is their responsibility to replace it. Not the customers! I warn everyone to stay away from ALLways Towing as the same thing may happen to you. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

Needed some late night auto service on our way back from Colorado to Illinois... They answered right away and helped us get back on the road quickly. Very nice service and personnel. Repairs were well priced and affordable, even with the late night call. Definitely will use them again in the future if need be. read more

Awful place they had to take my information before I got a price after they gave me a price I said I need to send it through my insurance company. They said I needed to pay upfront Then I told them that I could not afford that. I called my insurance company and they contacted a reliable towing place but Always towing had already towed my car before they got here and billed my mechanic so I would have to pay him. I called to ask about it and maybe figure out the solution and he just yelled at me was very rude and did not care because he already had the money in his pocket. DO NOT USE and he billed my mechanic a different price then what he quoted on the phone. You can't trust anyone anymore. read more
