Over the years my husband and I have purchased no less then 9 brand new vehicles and about 10 used, so we have done this process MANY times to give an experienced review. This is THE first time I have ever left a dealer wanting to leave the best review possible before the process was even done. They made everything simple and smooth from start to finish. Before deciding here I had been looking at prices online reviewing over 100 of the same year make and model across the country, no one came close to the price with low milage AND no accidents. (Bonus, they were less than an hour from my home). Being they don't work on commission several people took part to make the process seemless without the haggle and back and forth. They gave 3x the price for my trade-in that carmax said and just over 2x a much a Edmunds. When I accidently left my CDs in the car they Fedex them to me! My new used car is beautiful, like new condition and like my husband said this was the first time he didn't feel any buyers remorse after leaving. Went to check out a Lincoln mkc there. Told them I am going to the bank to purchase vehicle in cash. Went to the bank to withdraw money and was told they sold the vehicle after I made a deal with them I would be purchasing the vehicle same day. Never was I told they don't hold cars, you can't withdraw 15k dollars instantly. Poor customer service, do not shop here they don't care about the customer just looking to make a quick dollar to anybody. read more

Small lot, fair deals. One of the owners, Dakota, sold me my car. This is a small operation with pretty good inventory & no pressure sales. (see my Husker Auto Group review for the alternative). On short notice, I was able to take the car I was interested in to my own mechanic by leaving a small deposit. Dakota was very blunt and very honest about what he was willing to do. I came up to Lincoln from Kansas City to trade my very clean 2006 F-150 for a 2002 Ford Excursion. I could tell that Dakota was a straight shooter when I met him. We agreed on a swap and a deal was made. On my quick inspection I knew the Excursion needed new tires and a tie rod link which Dakota compensated me for these items to be replaced with no warranty. When I arrived home and took the Excursion to my sons shop we found that the right rear brake pad and rotor were metal to metal. I contacted Dakota and told him what we found.
