Absolutely unacceptable. I hope this guy gets pulled over and loses his CDL license. Get off your freaking phone and pay attention. He was going over 50mph and could've killed us. Don't do any type of business here. Absolutely atrocious.

After replacing this fuse they (nor I since) have had the truck code at all. I was amazed that they looked closely enough to locate the fact that a fuse was cracked (not blown), and very happy overall

I called the service department at Cornhusker in Lincoln and spoke with Eric who said they were busy but would try to get me in right away. I got there 30 minutes later and Eric was able to move some stuff around and get my truck right in. It was pulling multiple codes when they checked it and the mechanic Brian had some ideas and found out it was a loose terminal and got it fixed up later that day. It was all covered under warranty and Brian took it on a nice long test drive just to confirm he got it fixed before sending me into the middle of Nebraska with it. Super appreciative that Eric and Brian where excellent and got me on my way. Wish they were my local dealer. Everyone there was really nice and accommodating. Thanks Nick

Originally the truck went into their shop at norfolk ne for an oil change. When they did this the drain plus reinstalled incorrectly and all the oil drained out of my truck while the driver was going down the road. They took the truck back in norfolk and attempted to fix this problem they created. This took them in my opinion far too long, over 3 weeks. They finished the truck and gave it back to me and only a few days later we found out the truck was leaking oil again because something had been put back together incorrectly. We took the truck to Cornhusker International in Omaha nebraska and they fixed it in 2 days, so then we took the truck back out on the road and within a few more days it was making a noise and losing power so we then took the truck to Cornhusker International in Lincoln Nebraska. They currently have the truck in their shop, they say the engine fan is loose and their is a big exhaust leak both issues are from the last time it was in the shop in Omaha they put it back together wrong again. And just for the icing on the cake, while my truck was parked at their Lincoln shop, one of the employees backed into it and damaged the hood. In my opinion this is not a company you or anyone should try to get a repair from, please see what they have done to my truck and proceed with caution. Any manager or GM at Cornhusker International, Feel free to contact me about this issue and offer me a solution to this repeated negligence that has cost me a lot of money.
