Not 2 weeks later, the A/C broke. This is an expensive repair so I asked them for a little help since I did not have the car for a full month yet. I got nothing but a large price tag and a shrug from the person at their maintenance shop. After putting a lot of money down for the car and being a happy customer, I feel a little scammed. The A/C is still not fixed and I am going to most likely pay off what I owe on the car and trade it in at another dealer. It's a shame! I really wanted to leave a good review, but I feel like I have been taken advantage of! I would have liked to see a little customer service in action or someone in my corner! I never expected them to fix it for free, but a $1000+ repair on a car I just bought hurts a lot!

He posts everything including prices on AutoTrader. The same info from AutoTrader is posted on each windshield in the lot. He has always been straightforward about what he's got & if it matches what I'm looking for. NO PRESSURE, & a welcome change from the gigantic high-pressure lots a few blocks north. So I got a new car on May 24th from Bigler Motors in Lincoln.. two weeks after the purchase the muffler fell off of this 2012 Chrysler 300 Limited in which I was forced to pay for because they said I had to have hit something so while they're robbing me they loan me a car that got scratched on the bumper and when I return this car to get my new car the general manager mr. Prickell held me hostage refusing to giving me my vehicle refusing to work out payment plans demanding upfront $350 payment from a quote that a girl washing the car made just moments before and when I didn't have the $350 he says but you have to have somebody with the credit card that can pay that for you and then forced me to sit and wait while he stood guard to type out some bogus agreement and force me to sign it before he would give me my car back even went to the lengths of Standing Outside the bathroom door while I went to the bathroom to cried!! never been treated so poorly in my life all by Bigler Motors general manager Brough pickrell so after my Escape I said a few Choice words on my exit as the GM chased me out of the building!! So I went on with my life with my new car now let's jump forward there's a loud humming noise and it started to shake at about 65 miles an hour so I take it to the dealership and one in Omaha I'm not in Lincoln not the pricks where they tell me I have bad tires one that has a gash in the side bulging broken belt and that I need to buy tires immediately because it is very dangerous situation so I do and here I am 2 days later and get my tires changed and look at this picture these jerks turn the tires so the bald bald bald was on the inside so nobody could see it without lifting the car and taking the tire off so for 2 months now alsp the airbag sensor was broken the struts also the qupte i got from a real dealership was 1500 I have been driving my children around in this death trap and these tires are like slicks. He told us to keep the test drive to 10 minutes and to not "beat on the car". On the way back to drop him off as soon as we said we weren't probably going to be buying today we were just looking he said he was cutting the test drive short and to come back when we were actually ready to buy. This is crazy to me as nobody I know purchases a vehicle right then and there after looking at it. We really only drove it for about seven minutes and he took us down roads where we could only go like 35 mph. This experience made me certain I would not be buying from them. Consequently, when we obtained an estimate from the DMV, we were astonished to discover an additional cost of nearly $2500. We had no prior knowledge of this requirement. How is one expected to procure the necessary funds for a vehicle, and achieve another $2500 in 30 days without knowledge. We went in and asked if this could be renegotiated with the manager to include the taxes and he said there was a 95% chance that he could redo the loan. To give him a couple of days and he would reach out. I have called left messages and absolutely no call back or any news at all! It's been 20 days. So this dealership definitely lacks in the morals and accountability department.
