Buying the vehicle went somewhat smoothly; however, after buying the truck is a different experience. The Finance Dept told us false information re: interest and when it would be charged. Multiple messages were left that were never returned. Promises were made and not followed through on. This isn't our first new car and we have NEVER been treated this way by a dealership. After my experience at Husker Auto I don't think I would go anywhere else for my next car. I had been to multiple other dealerships and none of them were as sincere and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Andrew Johnsen (Salesman) and Clayton Jackson (Manager) were both terrific. I couldn't have asked for better people to help me. They listened to exactly what I wanted out of my buying experience and they weren't pushy like most of the other salesman I had talked to at other dealerships. We were NOT IMPRESSED with this dealership tonight! There were 3 dents that were not mentioned before we drove all the way there...and when we asked them to take them out (at their $250 cost) the response was that they are throwing in the FLOORMATS!!! Um, am I crazy or should a 2015 come WITH FLOORMATS? Not exactly what I'd call good customer service - what a waste of time. PS- be prepared for a RIDICULOUS documentation fee! Picked up my car from having major repairs done. They were amazing!! Obviously they listened to reviews and made changes!!! Super friendly and great service!!! As per my previous review they gave me a rental to get back to Des Moines on time for school and my husbands flight. Prices were comparable to other places and they stay open a little later on the weekends. Car is running great now with the major engine work they had to do! (New PCM board, new spark plugs, new coils, etc) and they checked with me before making any repairs and did not pressure me into anything extra!! read more

Between him and I, we made history yesterday, literal miracles happened We bought our SUV on Tuesday night. I brought it in to get detailed Thursday. Greg put me up in a beautiful 2015 Malibu to save me the inconvenience of being one car down for a day. I drove it back to work and somewhere between sitting down in the drivers seat and turning the corner I fell in LOVE with this car. He called me to tell me later that day that while servicing/detailing Chevy fixed some minor preowned car issues and were ordering a $500 part to get a possible glitch fixed that caused the suretrack light on the dashboard to come on. All at NO COST to me. I went back to the dealership, head over heals with this Malibu, and between Greg and I, he got me into a 2015 Malibu, I traded in my 2007 Mitsubishi Galant, paid off the rest of my car loan, dropped thousands off of their asking price to meet my no budge goal for a monthly payment, and added a warranty for literally zero... No money down, I drove off the lot with a 2015, a car 8 years newer than the car I was driving, had my loan paid off, and MY PAYMENT DID NOT BUDGE from what I was paying on the galant. To say I'm satisfied with Greg and Husker Auto/Chevrolet of Lincoln is an UNDERSTATEMENT at best. read more

I purchased a used truck on 12/2 and am still trying to resolve $4k worth of unwanted items (paint protection and worthless extended warranty) that they slipped into my financing. Their tactics include calling you with the news that they've found a better finance rate, then pushing the paperwork on you to sign right away before you can read any of it over. When you call them out on their sketchy practices, they threaten to take the vehicle away from you. They ignore voice messages and do not return calls, I assume to drag things out so that you eventually give up. In essence, they WILL screw you over. I've read enough of people's reviews to see that it's how they roll as a business. read more

Bought a used 2018 Suburban from them a month ago. Initial agreement was I would buy depending on how the paint and detail came out. When I got there a couple days later it was mostly clean... and the paint looked nice. Primarily because they kept it inside so I couldn't look at it in the sunlight. After I signed papers and took it for a fill up with the car salesman I pointed out what looked like runs in the paint. After taking it to some professionals, they said the detail person put an acid based substance on the car causing deep runs. The only way to fix it is by repainting the car. On top of that, I go to plate the vehicle today because my temp tags run out in two days and they still have the title at the dealership. They said they needed another signature from me but never bothered to call or let me know. Needless to say don't go to this dealership. read more

The service department at Husker Auto seems to work off two things, commission and consumer naïveté. I had to go here for recall work on my Chevrolet. The staff at the counter were friendly and got my vehicle in quick. During the recall work, a service department technician told me that my rear main was leaking and quoted me a repair ticket of $700 for fixing this "problem". Considering what I'd heard from friends and family members about this business, I decided to visit my trusted mechanic for a second opinion. My mechanic told me that there was no problem whatsoever. Very interesting, very interesting indeed. Bottom line, if you need to go here for recall work or the like, do be careful. They seem to prey on both naïveté and lack of automotive knowledge. In the event that they discover something that they feel needs repaired, do get a second opinion. If there is actually something wrong, the second opinion will likely fix it for a much, much lower price as well. read more

Well, Husker Chevy heard my cries. The day after my initial review I received a call. Husker Chevy is replacing my bumper and buffing the scratches on my car. I am pleased with the service I received during this step the process and I have had my needs met. I am leaving it at 4 stars due to the initial troubles, but this definitely changes my outlook on the business as a whole. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Great customer service... Until you leave the lot. When I went in looking for a new car, they were very friendly and helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for and at the price that I wanted. The model that I really wanted (Chevy Cruz) was out of stock, so the offered me a Malibu at the price of the Cruz ($10,000 instead of $12,500). We called it a deal and I returned the next day to make a purchase. When it came time to talk money, they said they couldn't go any lower than $12,500. They had successfully honey potted me. I went with it, because I was able to get a great loan rate. When I was transferring things over, we noticed a huge dent in the rear bumper. It was raining, so neither the salesmen nor myself had seen it. I was told they could fix it for me. Also because of the rain, I was offered a detail at a later date. When I went back in, the retracted their statement, and I still have a dent. As for the detail, it looks like they did nothing, as the inside is still filthy. Now I'm having suspension problems (after less than 2 months). They have the nerve, after all I've been out through, to charge me $175/hour JUST FOR INSPECTION. But hey, the free car washes make up for everything, right? I'm never coming back here, and I suggest you do the same. read more

At this point I am beyond livid with Husker Auto Group. I originally leased a 2011 Chevy Cruze, from Chevy Beardmore of Bellevue. When the lease ended, I decided to go to Husker Auto Group to finance the car. That is when my nightmare began.... Back in March, before the lease ended, I already registered the car. When I explained this, I was told that I could finance the sales tax into the loan, and not have to worry about any additional fees. So I went along with it, and repeatable asked if the sales tax was included in the loan, I was told yes. It took 30 days for them to get my title. Then they called me to pick it up, and this was on day 30 in the evening. So I went to the DMV, to what I thought was to drop off the title and go. Once I signed everything, I was told I had to pay 1300 dollars for sales tax. I went back over to Husker Auto Group, and told them what happened. They told me that it was no longer their problem, the deal was done and I needed to pay for it. I fought them for at least 5 hours trying to get them to reimburse me for the sales tax. They tried to get me to take out a personal loan, or try to pay them back. I refused outright demanding that they reimburse me for their mistake. They still wouldn't budge, but said they would trade in my car for the same model, newer year. I asked for the repercussions, this was the first time I had an issue with a dealership, and they said there were none. I test drove the car, and it didn't feel right. I asked them for other options, they said there were none. It was either this car, or go home. So ignorantly I went along with it, they said they would handle the sales tax of my old car and this one. I honestly thought everything was resolved, not what I wanted but I felt like I had no choice. Not a week later, I had mechanical issues, this was a 2014 Chevy Cruze LT, the air compressor blew out and was leaking Freon. I took it in, and they repaired it at no cost (GM Certified). The other issue was, is that the USB port was not working. I pointed this out to the sales manager and demanded out of the deal. They wouldn't help me out. Once again I felt like I was getting played, but I was willing to give it a few weeks. Barely 2 weeks later, I found out my car had a climate control sensor, which just decided to start working and turned off my AC (and it was above 90 degrees!). Took the car in again, and demanded out of the deal and they still wouldn't help me. They finally decided to help me, after the 30 days, and then they told me about $10,000 negative equity on the loan. Which blew me away, because I was under the impression there were no negative repercussions and I was in no way shape or form told this. Granted I should have asked/knew how to read the details in the deal. But I felt it was their responsibility to disclose ALL details. I know I am partly at fault for letting them play me twice, but I refused to back down from this. I kept asking them to absorb the negative equity, due to all the headache and bad business practiced. They said they did nothing wrong and would not absorb it. All they would do is try to throw a base model car, and throw a bunch of rebates at it. But my car payments would go above $500, which they knew was way beyond my budget. I warned them that if this wasn't resolved, I was going to the BBB. They didn't take me seriously, and said there was nothing they could do. I then reported them to the BBB and a week later they called me not understanding why I reported them. They wanted me to withdraw my complaint, prior to meeting with them. I told them I would meet with them and depending on the results will determine if I am satisfied. After that they refused talk to me. I tried the Attorney General, but they were no help either. I finally go a hold of the General manager, but he told me that they do not include sales tax in loans. Despite several sites, and contacts say otherwise. I argued with him for about 30-45 minutes. Got the same info as before, and was told they would not help me. I am sorry for the long story, but for your own sake/sanity DO NOT GO THERE!!!! read more

They clearly do not care about their customers At all!! First off I went in for 1 car that I called about the day before and they said they would have it for me. I come in and they sell it. So I chose another car...they had several guys running around the lot trying to find this car and could not. So I tell the sales man(his name is nick) that I need a car that is easy and not expensive to get fixed and good on gas. So what does he do he sticks me in an expensive Mercedes. He tells me I have a spare key but surprise he couldn't find it. A year later and i still haven't got it after he said he would contact me when he finds it(clearly he just didn't look) and when I need it for a new ignition part they said "it's not our problem. We're not going to do anything to help you." So they made me pay over $300 for a new key to be ordered. Seriously the worse car service ever they just don't care about customers as long as they can rank in the money any way they can. I will make sure everyone I know does not step foot in that place. read more

Someone I knew recently bought a vehicle here, and I was not impressed when I saw its condition. I have worked at Chevrolet dealerships before. It seemed unprofessional that they did not even attempt to clean the car or fill it up with fuel before giving it to the customer. In my multiple (8 maybe? I help friends and family shop for cars) experiences when looking for cars that happened to involve Husker Automotive, they left me with the impressions that they are one of the two WORST new car dealers in Lincoln. Their used department is just as bad as the new cars, but I haven't been to every used lot in Lincoln (I have been to every new lot though). Why? They have unreasonable wait times to find cars. I've sat in the salesperson's cubical for upwards of 15 to 20 minutes when the salesperson was 'going to photocopy my drivers license' or 'see what they have in stock.' They waste your time seemingly as often as possible. If you ever see a dateline episode about cars, they seem to follow the 'what to watch out for' by the book. They are all friendly guys, then the sales manager comes in and lays down the hard sale. The only advantage I could ever see is the inventory volume advantage. I have even seen the salespeople flat out lie on more than one occasion about information. I have also been through their service department and that experience was also a joke. I dropped a car off and waited 20 minutes (along with 5 other people) for the shuttle, as the service advisor said they wanted the car for 'most of the day.' As I got to work 10 minutes later, they called and said it was finished and I could come pick it up. Pros: They have a lot of cars. You have a 20% chance of getting someone nice to help you. Cons: Everything else. Note: The luxury dealers (BMW, Merc) are 10 times better...but why should you have to pay 50,000 dollars to have a competent friendly sales team? read more

After moving from the UK to Lincoln I had heard you do not go to Husker Auto for car sales. I try to not judge a book by its cover and listen to rumors. But after purchasing my Certified Pre Owned BMW in Minneapolis I was assigned the Lincoln dealership for my 2 years of servicing. Initially I had a minor issue with my vehicle which they diagnosed and repaired for free which was great. But when my car was given it's annual scheduled service I was informed that my car tires would need replacing before winter. They told me one was down to 3 of tread and needed replacing immediately and that the others had only 3.5. So it would be best to replace all before winter. I know how to measure tired tread and my tires looked fine to me. So I had my 10 year serving tire store check them the next day, they measure over 7.5 out of a possible 11. There's no unusual wear, they are fine for at least another year. I called by the dealership and informed them of their dishonesty. They claimed they measure from the 'wear bar' on the tire and not the actual tread. My tire guys told me that even from my wear bar I had over 5.5. So they basically tried to be technical to bamboozle me into purchasing an entire set of tires. I guess that would be a nice bonus for someone at the dealership but certainly not for me the consumer. I'm moving my final year of servicing to the dealership in Omaha, it may be more of an inconvenience but at least I have less chance of being ripped off... read more

Unfortunately, we have been repeatedly misled at this dealership. The associates are misinformed and do not stand up for their clients. Do not believe what they say without having it in writing. They do not return calls or support their service. I have appreciated the loaner cars they provide; however, their service department is not top notch; questionable products as well. I have had lots of mediocre experiences at Husker Auto. My mom owns a business and happens to buy GMC/Chevy vehicles for that business. She has gone to Husker several times and continues to be disappointed. She is always given the newbie and no one ever seems to remember the tens of thousands of dollars she has spent on cars there over the past few years. Unfortunately, it is the only GMC dealership in Lincoln. That said, I personally recently had a couple bad experiences here. Let me start by saying they are the stereotypical car dealership-high pressure, no respect and little customer service. I went in to look at GMC Acadias. I was pretty set on buying one and knew exactly what I was looking for. I got the new guy (of course) who was actually pretty genuine and only marginally annoying. I was to the point of talking prices when the head financial guy joined the party. I am a single, young woman-but I know what I want and I always plan on getting it. The cheesy, southern financial guy said to me, "Don't you think you want an equinox instead? They are great little cars." Really? What sort of business practice is it to not only insult your customers, but also try to get them to spend $20,000 LESS on a vehicle. I told the salesman later that I was offended by that comment and what the hell was he thinking? The poor salesman was simply speechless when I confronted him about it. I was later told by a young woman friend that the exact same thing happened to her. Unfortunately, Husker had the car I wanted and I ended up buying it there. I have now had a not-so-hot experience with their body shop. I was luckily going to be out of town so I dropped it off there for the repair. I told them 3 times that I would be back on Thursday afternoon (about a week later) to pick up the car. I even called them on my way from the airport (which is an hour away) to tell them I'd be there. What do you know, when I got there, not only was the car apparently NOT done but the girl I talked to on the phone "doesn't know where my car is." I was not going to wait because I had a driver who was on a schedule and a mom with the flu waiting for me. They ended up delivering the car to me the next day upon my request. I thought that had made up for it, until I got in the car and in the back seat the floor was basically torn up and had not been put back together exposing a battery or electrical equipment of some sort. There were two pieces of the floor and a screw sitting loose in the back. Wow I'm so excited to go BACK to Husker so that they can put that back together. What a giant waste of my life. read more

Update: I can now add that this place is all-around terrible. Last week I had to get my truck serviced. When I called, I was encouraged by an upbeat voice, and them explaining everything to me. They explained that the process would take approximately 2 hours, and they would have a shuttle for me, so I planned my day accordingly. When I showed up, the service person told me they would need the truck the entire day. I told him that wouldn't work as I live in Omaha, and everyone I knew in Lincoln was working. I also explained what the person I talked to on the phone had said. He told me, "I don't know what they all have going on back there today, so I can try to have it done by noon." Isn't that the point of scheduling an appointment, so that you know what you have going on and can plan your day accordingly? My appointment was at 750 AM which I showed up early for. So, I had to reschedule everything I had planned later in the day because of these people. They finally called me at 11:30 AM, much better than all day, but much worse than 2 hours. When I walked in, the guy I dealt with was on the phone. Instead of waiting until he got off the phone, he waved me over to him, told me to sign the paper, and my truck was in the bay waiting for me. Didn't tell me what they did, didn't tell me if everything was ok, or if there was anything wrong. Nothing. I'm so glad that Woodhouse Dodge in Blair helped me get out of this situation, and into THE truck I wanted at THE price I wanted to pay without being pushy, they actually care about their customers and not numbers. Take your business elsewhere, you'll be glad you did. This place is terrible. I spent hours emailing a salesperson about leasing a truck. They were fairly quick to reply but kept insisting that I come in. I know how dealerships work, and I wasn't going to go in until we agreed on something. I told them a payment I wanted, didn't care how any of the numbers worked out, as long as my payment was below a certain number, and 15,000 miles. The salesperson told me they could easily meet my requests if I could come in. I eventually drive from Omaha and go in. They first switch the truck to a lesser equipped one, then bring me the paperwork and the payment they first try is $150 more than the agreed upon price through email. I should have walked out right then and there. Magically their advertised price online disappeared and the truck price had rose $11,000. Waste a few more hours there and I just decide to sign the paperwork because I'm tired of being there at $100 above the payment I wanted (dumb I know). While filling out the paperwork, I had to call my bank to see what was still owed on my truck, I gave them that amount. A few weeks later, they start hassling me over $160. Somehow the payoff wasn't accurate and they wanted more from me. A few days later, while looking at the paperwork, I realized that not only they leased the truck to me over MSRP, they dropped the miles from 15,000 to 10,000 a year. Also, I had left some things in my old truck because as I was trying to move stuff from my old truck to the new, they were trying to sell my truck already! At least let people get their stuff out before trying to sell their vehicle! So I left a couple hundred dollars worth of gift cards in the truck, yes my own fault, but for them to take the gift cards, and hassle me over $160, all while raising the price of a truck $11,000, telling me I can have a certain payment just to get me in the door. They did get a few things back to me that I had left in the vehicle, that would have been of no use to anyone else. They also kept calling me about doing a review that chevy sent me, they insisted that I leave everything as 5 stars or don't do the review at all because it takes money out of their pockets. Looking back now, I would have done things a lot differently, but once everything is signed, it's done. This place is crooked and will do anything to make a buck. I will never step foot on their lot again, and neither will any of my family or friends. I could have leased a comparable Ford or Dodge for less than HALF the price! Ford's comparable truck right now is $249 a month lease with 10,000 miles, Dodge $299. At least H&H Chevrolet in Omaha told me from the beginning it would be difficult to get the payment I wanted on the exact truck I wanted, not the lesser equipped one. They will get my business from now on. Look elsewhere, this place will take your money and run with it! Can't believe I fell for another stealership's tactics. 4 months later and I'm still furious about this, called to see what the payoff would be to try and get out of this junk, $47,950 (after 4 months of payments!!), advertised price the day I got it was $38,950. The service adviser was unhelpful and untrutworthy attempting to confuse me into purchasing services that my car didn't need and ignoring the devices that my car actually did need because the were smaller expense items. Save yourself a headache/migraine go somewhere else for your car needs. I was contacted by Husker Auto group about my experience in the weeks that followed my posting this review. They have an eBay guy that tricks people, makes you fill the review out before the car arrives so you can't change it. I have report this ebay. The car arrived with 1/4 tank gas and he promised to send the money for it as the current dealer won't fill it up. Brand new cars always comes with full gas tank. September 7, 2013 Purchased and financed a 2012 Cadillac CTS from Husker Auto with a trade-in of a 2004 Nissan Maxima. Husker Auto (Business Finance Manager) stated the bank they contacted to finance the new vehicle required that I purchase the extended warranty on the new vehicle which totaled approximately $5,000+ in addition to the purchase price of the Cadillac ($29,800); bringing the amount financed to $34,942. I advised Husker Auto that I would seek my own financing as well. There is also minor damage to the rear bumper of the new vehicle that Husker Auto indicated they would repair as part of the transaction. September 8, 2013 Sent an email to Husker Auto Group to advise them that I spoke with the bank they found to finance the 2012 auto and the bank indicated that they do not require purchase of an extended warranty for financing. The bank in fact said this type of practice is illegal and is called "stacking." The bank advised me to have Husker Auto cancel the warranty and take the appropriated steps to have the amount deleted from the loan/finance amount. Which I did. September 9, 2013 Husker Auto's Business Manager came to my home in Omaha from Lincoln after 5:00 p.m., with documents that he said required my signature to cancel the extended warranty. I signed where requested for the three warranties to be cancelled; totaling approximately $5,000+. The Business Manager stated a check would be sent to the Bank for cancellation and the loan balance would be adjusted within 3-5 business days. Wednesday, October 9, 2013 (more than 30-days later) While on vacation in Florida I received a call from a man who stated he was Robert Knowles the General Manager of Husker Auto. He was yelling and screaming in the phone "YOU HAVE MY TITLE AND YOU HAVE MY CAR!!! EITHER YOU GET ME MY TITLE OR MY CAR!!!!" I informed him that I had been trying to contact him for the past 3 weeks to discuss this situation and asked if he knew what transpired. His reply was "I DON'T CARE. GIVE ME MY TITLE OR GIVE ME MY CAR." I informed him that I got his message and hung up because of the manner in which he was conducting himself (as the General Manager of a rather large dealership). And I refused to be disrespected in that manner. September 9, 2013 - October 14, 2013 To date, after numerous phone calls, emails and arguments with Husker Auto Group they have refused to submit the necessary documents to the bank in order to cancel the extended warranty and adjust the loan amount to reflect the actual purchase price of the 2012 vehicle. Due to the nature of this transaction, the untruths and misrepresentations I have not signed the title to the 2004 Nissan and advised them that the title will be delivered when they have corrected their "error." I have received phone calls from individuals who stated they represented Husker Auto Group, i.e., Attorney, Sales Manager and last but not least their General Manager (Robert Knowles) demanding that I send them the title to the 2004 Nissan and I in turn, in each case, stated once the loan papers have been corrected, I will deliver the title to them. October 17, 2013 Contacted finance company (Fifth Third Bank) to see if payment had been received for the extended warranties and to get the pay-off amount so that I can refinance the vehicle through my credit union. I was advised by Fifth Third Bank that the loan had been cancelled due to an automated error. I asked who cancelled the loan and their records do not reflect who nor why the loan was cancelled/rescinded. To date, I have not received anything from Husker Auto relative to cancellation of the loan or pay-off for the extended warranties. Because I have another vehicle, the 2012 Cadillac has been in storage until this matter is resolved. I fear driving the vehicle and getting pulled over by the Omaha Police, State Patrol, etc., and being cited for driving a "stolen" vehicle or whatever illegal position Husker Auto has placed me in. read more

I absolutely love the service department at BMW. I have had my car for 2.5 years and they have been nothing but accommodating for me when I need service. I live in Omaha and they always come get my car and leave me with a loaner. Mike there is wonderful to work with! read more

I had an AWESOME Experience with Husker GMC. I worked with Dalton through internet sales and he got me in touch with Clayton. Both Clayton and Dalton were willing to do whatever it took to make my experience 10 out of 10. They were honest, straightforward, and truthful in every interaction I had with them. I ended up not buying a vehicle from them but wish I had just so I could support them and their dealership. They earned my respect and I hope everyone will look at purchasing through them. read more

I feel one star is too much for Husker Auto Group! They have a good selection of cars but that is about it. During the sales process our questions were never answered just diverted to other topics. The long and the short of it: we were not given our $500 discount for being a credit union member because it was not applicable to another deal we got, although they couldn't tell us what the other deal was. We also didn't get our $500 Lowes gift card for being a small business owner. After 4 months of calling the sales manager I dealt with, I got a $500 dollar credit on a new Visa account, too bad I have to open a new credit card account to get it. Once your done with sales, you have to go through the finance department and argue over warranties, paint protection, glass etching which is already done but they want to charge you $1000 to etch glass that is already etched. Don't get me started on the service department. Oh...what the hell. So we took our car in for an oil change and they also rotated the tires. My wife checked the tire pressures on the vehicle through the vehicle's computer that monitors tire pressure. There were 3 different pressures: LF31 LR33 RF32 RR33 Guess what, after the supposed tire rotation the pressures were in the exact same locations. Of course the service manager swore up and down all work was completed. It is also possible that they didn't re-teach the computer the location of the tires but either way they didn't do their job. Next time I am going to write down the serial number on the tires before hand and then check their work afterward. I would love to catch them! All in all it took about 5 hours to buy a car from them, 3 hours after a price was agreed upon. Stay away from Husker unless you want high blood pressure. read more

After choosing to invest over $82,000 in this company for a new Tahoe for my Wife in which the sales experience was quite remarkable and probably one of the best experiences imaginable while purchasing a new vehicle; particularly Farid, the sales professional who worked with us. However, once the check has cleared, they no longer care about your business! We have been attempting to get the vehicle in for its first scheduled service since Monday as well as scheduling the ZakTek and MPP services that we elected to pay an additional $6,000, left messages with live people, sent emails and voicemails everyday this week with no response whatsoever with the exception of their internet director who promised a return call by noon today, well its now 12:45pm and with no surprise, NOT a WORD from anyone!! it is sure sad to learn that once Husker Auto Group has collected your money for a new vehicle that they are no longer available serve the Customer's needs and certainly do care for your service business or helping to honor the add ons you elect to purchase. I would highly not recommend choosing Husker Auto for your new car needs. mike read more

All I can say is the used car place may attack you when you arrive on the lot but do your research before hand and do as much through email as possible and they are pretty decent to deal with. I wanted a specific car and the used car dealer was much more helpful than the new car dealer was and found me exactly what I wanted then got it here within 4 days. On top of that they didn't think the tires were up to par so surprisingly they put 4 brand new ones on for me that retail for about $600. Most places would say you get what you get. The sales approach is the same as every other place, they always start out way to high but if you know what you are doing and don't mind haggleing then you can get them to where you want to be. Just is dumb that they won't come down without going through the game first but hey they are in business to make money and if you are dumb enough to take their first offer then it is your fault. So far I have had the car for a month and it is perfect. Definately worth your time to see what they can do for you if you are looking for a particular car. read more

I am having troubles with my Mercedes and tried to call them to help me with some advice. Having worked at a car dealer in the area before, I didn't expect much help. That's exactly what I got. I just had a simple yes or no question to ask and got brushed off. I was hung up on the first time around so I called back and was told to just bring it in. If you can't take the time to treat me like I matter, why would I bring my car there? I'll go elsewhere. read more
