My vehicle at the time was getting old and I still owed money. I was overwhelmed and loosing hope. I went to Moxie for help thinking "no way can they help me". As soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted with smiles and kind hello's. I even got to meet the owner Tim Bunn! I felt comfortable right away. I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed. I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. I would defiantly go back when I am looking for a new vehicle! A great company with great employees and owners!

    I've been very happy with my new Moxie car up until today. A little backround, i purchased a fusion…read morewith moxie that previously has an issue a few years ago and the owner reached out to me specifically to address my issue. Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem! I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast. Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.

I came in stressed after my car would not start and had to be jumped earlier in the day. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, calm, and incredibly thorough. She tested my battery and clearly explained the results, walked me through every battery option along with the warranties, and explained what works best in Midwest cold weather. I never once felt rushed or pressured. What really stood out was how transparent and knowledgeable she was. She tested the new battery before installing it and showed me the numbers so I could see the difference. After installing it, she tested everything again with the car running, including the alternator, to make sure the entire system was working properly. She also scanned my check engine light, printed the report for me, explained what the codes meant, and talked through what my next steps could be if needed. She made sure I understood everything she was doing. Car trouble can be stressful, but Marcella completely turned the experience around. She was patient, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. It is rare to receive customer service at this level. She went above and beyond, and I left feeling informed, confident, and taken care of. AutoZone is lucky to have her.

    My young daughters and I were on an RV trip across the country when the check engine light started…read moreflashing (due to a cylinder misfiring). I was unable to get an appointment ANYWHERE to get the RV fixed, and was resigned to spend a week in Lincoln waiting for the next week, waiting for an available opening. I went to this Autozone to buy some fuel-injector cleaner, and they not only went out of their way to diagnose what was going on with our engine, but found a repair shop that would see us THAT DAY to get us back on our way. Jim literally saved us thousands of dollars (in accommodations and repair costs) by having established, trusted contacts to call upon in our time of need. I am eternally grateful to all the staff at this Autozone who helped us out. THANK YOU!!!
