I got a quote, and then compared it with a few other brake places around town, and Woodhouse was the best price! Plus I had a coupon, so I feel great about my service. However, my recent interaction at the Dodge location--with Jeff, the Manager--was by far the worst experience I have ever had with Woodhouse or any dealership. When I asked to test-drive a Corvette--priced at approximately $75,000--Jeff became immediately defensive. I explained that I am exploring several options, including the Corvette, an Audi, and other vehicles, and simply wanted to drive the car before making a decision. Given my long history with Woodhouse, I did not believe this was an unreasonable request. Jeff refused to provide his business card, raised his voice, and ultimately asked my son and me to leave. He even stated that "people drive them when they purchase them," which I found hard to believe and inconsistent with industry practice. His behavior was abrupt, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. I have never witnessed a manager react in such a triggered and defensive manner. If I--or any employee on my team--behaved this way in front of a customer, I would expect immediate disciplinary action. After this experience, I will not be returning to Woodhouse. It's clear that my business is not valued, and I will purchase elsewhere. This was, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had.

When I went to look for cars, they offered help in finding the right one that fit my needs and my budget. The signing process was smooth. When I returned to get a replacement key fob, was also a smooth and quick process. When I've needed to drop my car off for service, they've had awesome loaners that I didn't want to give back, haha. the one thing I'd say is a miss with this location are the amenities, any other car dealership I've been to there's at least coffee and some snacks while you wait if you're in the service department but here they have only a vending machine so you have to buy your own and a small area to wait. Not a huge deal because I'd rather have good service and friendly and helpful sales, but it is an important point when you might have to be at the dealership for a while.

When I finally got them look at it again, he lied about tightening some fittings and the leak continued. Took it to a different place and they showed me how the seal was installed incorrectly. Cost me allot to have the seal replaced after this work, which fixed the leak as I had asked Ed to do in the first place. They do not stand behind their repairs and avoid calls to address the problem. Completely let down as a long standing customer.

I couldn't imagine if I gave the go ahead for a bent valve repair job and just for these guys to have taken the head off and seen no bent valves!!!! (Who would have paid for the labor then?)
