Our service intake person was Annabelle N. She was kind, fast, efficient, and complete in her description of what would be happening to our car and in what order. Later in the day, she called and said that our car was in serious need of an alignment. She described what it would be behaving like since it was in dire need. And she was right! The car was in fact doing all of that stuff!! Long story short, the car was done and ready to go. When we came to pick it up, we settled up. And, then, we had the best conversation about our upcoming trip. Not only is the service here at Woodhouse awesome, but the staff is just THE best! Nicely done, Woodhouse! After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

Their attention to the customer, is stellar in terms of satisfaction. While other used car dealers are only interested in the money, Janovich puts the customer before profits. The first thing they did, was to bring the car to me. No having to go to the lot. Other dealers wanted a deposit for this service. Next they showed up with the EXACT car I wanted. No bait and switch here. I took a test drive and a couple of issues came up. The staff assured me they would take care of it even though I was buying the car on the spot. AND THEY DID! So trustworthy and honest I just can't help writing this review. The staff Alicia, Paul and Brandon were all pleasant, accommodating and truly interested in my being happy. A pleasure to deal with. No high pressure or attitude. Just good people selling good cars. Now you might think that I am associated or affiliated with Janovich but I AM NOT!
