We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so easy... especially while recovering from an accident. We are sticking with the "little guys" - what a HUGE difference and amazing experience

I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

When I asked for the website to check them out he got immediately defensive and said I wasn't ready to sell and when I was to call him. Second red flag. Then he said well do it together and spelled out the exact site to go to with what I can only assume are fake reviews. While he was running his mouth telling me I couldn't sell it on my own I searched for other reviews and found several on scams, offers that never happened, and others in my boat with pushy and most of all rude sales staff. When I brought this to his attention he got even more agitated telling me those had all been resolved and I was only looking for the bad. He said they have an "A" rating and again, I don't want to sell and im wasting his time.He only works with sellers and I'm someone that isn't ready to sell. I paid $1,100.00 to list my two units. The sales rep told me they had just sold an identical dump truck and trailer within the previous 2 weeks. He said there were 11 competitive offers on the truck and 3 on the trailer. He estimated a few weeks to get the truck sold, and "maybe a month" to sell the trailer. A month went by, nothing. I reached out to the sales rep as he told me if I had any questions about my units I could contact him any time. When I contacted him he told me he deals with 100 listings and doesn't have time to monitor them all. He gave me the number for a receptionist. I called her and she told me how many "views" my listings have, as if that means anything. I lowered the price on both units considerably. A few weeks have gone by and I still have not received an offer. I was under the impression that the registry would be marketing my equipment in order to find a buyer. Instead, I believe I've paid 1100 dollars for them to put my units on eBay. I'd recommend saving your money and doing that yourself. I should have trusted my gut initially.

I had an envelope with the complete history of all the maintenance done on the car from day one from when I bought it new in the car. He never looked at it. When it came to the appraisal, they depended on his Internet searches. They told me my car had been in an accident in 2019. No accident ever occurred. I had a cracked windshield from a rock replaced at a dealership. The only thing that came up on his search was dealership maintenance. So when I used a third-party oil change company, Grease Monkey that never came up. When I quit going to dealerships and used five star auto a dedicated Subaru private company for my maintenance and replacement of worn out parts, That didn't come up on his Internet searches either. So I give him one star for his thoroughness of his appraisal. Never once did he even speak to me. The person I sat down with talked about my loyalty about the brand that I was looking to sell and showed me other cars of that brand and their prices. Sort of a soft sell. I wasn't there to buy a new car. So she did not push it. I appreciated that. I cannot recommend car max.
