The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The salesman said he himself drove it 1000 miles last summer. This car would have left me stranded on the 100 mile drive back home!

Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

Jeff, the owner, spent an entire Saturday searching all over the country and sending me various vehicles he thought I might like. I was able to consider them from the comfort of my own home - no waiting at the dealership. He was super patient even when I turned vehicles down for minor issues (I preferred the newer body style, I wanted a sun roof, I didn't like the paint color, etc.). They understand that a vehicle is a big purchase and are willing to spend the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. After a few vehicles they sent me one I really liked. I was able to ask a few follow up questions about the vehicle and then told them I wanted it. The vehicle was located in another state (Ohio I believe), and they took care of having it transported here. The cost of transportation was included in the price they quoted me, and actually there was not a single "hidden" fee throughout the entire process - the price they quoted me is what I paid, down to the penny. They called me when the vehicle came in and I met them at their dealership. Jeff walked me through the entire vehicle and made sure I did not have any other questions or concerns and it was exactly what they promised me. I spent about 30 minutes doing the paperwork and was done. If you would prefer to look at vehicles in person, they have many high-end vehicles at their dealership which is 100% INDOORS, so no dealing with Nebraska's ever-changing weather. They also have a really good website that is easy to navigate and has high quality, detailed photos of the cars they have available (my husband spent a ridiculous amount of time on it before he got his last vehicle and tells me it is one of the best car websites he has seen).
