Took a vehicle there for electrical issues twice. Charged twice and still NOT fixed. Total waste of time. Not sure how a company can say they fixed something when they in fact didn't and still charge you. Not even 5 hrs after picking up the vehicle the electrical problems happened again. Their solution-bring it back in so we can charge you over 200 dollars for it not to be fixed. I'm thinking they didn't even look at it to begin with. read more

Paid $400 to replace the serpentine belt. They said the cost was high because they had to do "something special." Another place said the cost should have been $150 and nothing special about my car. Lynn & ALL at Ally Auto took advantage of an elderly veteran who trusted this poorly ran repair shop. $100 to tow, then told that the repair would be $365 for poor starting truck. This repair est., turned into ONLY a diagnosis fee, that was misdiagnosed NOT repair est. Turned out that a $2 piece of hose & a wire did fix. we did the repair $6. Ally Auto wanted to charge $767 for repair that was misdiagnosed so would NOT been fixed so then would have charged even more. also wanted to charge $370 to replace 6 spark plugs, 760 to replace tranny line, 500 to replace control arm, 200 for alignment; NONE had ANY to do will problem. the list went on to over $3,100. So after heated communication was told by Lynn that the truck was not worth fixing. We assume so they could keep the truck, counting on a poor old veteran would fold to their crazy bill or they could keep his truck. Had to pay the con artist $500 just to remove it from their property. The $865 fuel pressure regulator was diagnosed wrong, $3 hose & 1 wire fixed the vacuum that caused a poor starting problem. Truck gr8 now! Lynn at Ally Auto wanted over $3000 that was misdiagnosed that under $6 fixed a old veteran's poor starting GMC pickup. Ally Auto wanted to con an elderly veteran out of over $3000 or scare him into giving them his truck if he could not pay their crazy charge to take. read more

My friend went here and got some of the worst customer service ever heard of. Lynn was degrading and rude acting like my friend is a child because she's 20. My friend got a key fab and it broke after a week of having it (it was $200). She reached out and they said they would replace it for free but played phone tag for months and said they had to "look for the correct part to order". never kept her updated and never fixed it for her. don't go here if you want help fast and good communication.. read more

I had bought a 2000 5.4 Liter engine, Ford Econoline conversion Van on Dec. 2nd, 2019 from a private owner. The guy sold me the van for $900.00 & I thought that with a full tank of gas with excellent tires, why should I talk him down. So I bought it off of Craigslist. The guy did tell me that the van needs a Tune-up & I figured that even I could do a tune-up. The van still ran somewhat good & got me from point A to point B. That's all I wanted. I checked only 1 garage & that was "ALLY AUTO SERVICE" @ 84th & Center since I live @ 82nd & Grover. Because I have been f***ed over by garages, I made sure that I had Jeremiah show me the parts he took out & he did. Jeremiah showed me what he took out. The van had 4 different spark plugs & one of them was an original plug from 20 years ago & nobody replaced it. The tune-up cost me around $950.00 because nobody took care of the van. Why so much?, let me tell you. Not only was the spark plugs 4 different kinds, the air filter was black, there were 2 coils that were burnt out out & finally, the fuel filter was filled with mud. Because of Jeremiah tuning up my van, it now runs much more efficient. Thank you Jeremiah. If it wasn't for you & your mother ( Lynn ), I would've been f***ed over by another garage. read more
