SMOKE AND MIRRORS - READ THIS BEFORE TRUSTING YOUR CAR WITH THEM I absolutely should have listened to my gut when it was screaming, "DO NOT GO!" I was looking for a qualified shop to remove a stuck CD cartridge that was draining power from my Jaguar. That was the only service I needed. I repeated this three separate times on the phone with the mechanic. They confirmed they could take the vehicle immediately, saying "bring it any time today." That should have been a glaring red flag. Every other reputable shop in town had at least a weeklong wait. But no--I ignored my instincts and had the car towed in. My son personally followed up and authorized only the additional "required" electrical assessment, with a verbal estimate of $250 to $450, just to access and diagnose the draw so the CD cartridge could be removed. Fast forward--we were blindsided with a bill for $939.21. $939.21. Seriously? When we pushed back about the nearly $1000 unauthorized charge, the service writer, Nikki Anderson, claimed that an additional $504.85 worth of services were "complimentary." First of all--none of those services were requested. None of them were authorized. Second of all--if they were complimentary, why were they on the bill? Here's what they tried to pass off as "included": * BG Induction Intake Service * Suspension Shock or Strut Assembly R&R (Front, Both Sides) * BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE * BG cooling system service * Thermostat housing R&R (includes R&I intake manifold) Absolutely nothing to do with the CD player or battery draw. And here's the kicker--none of those repairs were even performed. Just listed. Just padded. We were told that unless we paid the $434.36 "diagnostic" total immediately, we'd be hit with a $25 per day storage fee. So yes--under that pressure, the payment was made. It felt like extortion, honestly. And after all that? The CD cartridge was never removed. Read that again: THE ONE THING WE ASKED THEM TO DO, THEY NEVER DID. Bottom line: If you value transparency, accuracy, and basic honesty--take your car anywhere else. I didn't. I regret it. You don't have to.] I will be reporting my nightmare experience to the BBB. read more

I did not get my car worked on at Westgate, was actually stranded with a shredded tire 200 miles from home. Nikki made some calls for me, let me stay in their lobby while I figured out the roadside assistance plan as I still have warranty left. Took my car to check an engine problem. They Quoted me a diagnostic price o $71. After doing some checking, they told me they would need to "dig deeper" of which they charge $280. This does not go towards the price of the repair. They proceeded to tell me it would be a $2800 repair. I took it for another opinion. I was told that what they diagnosed was not the issue at all and charged a fourth of the price to repair it. Their diagnostic price, which was $100, went towards the repair. We have 5 cars in our family. I will never take another car there! . read more

I went here because I told them that Audi quoted me a lot for replacing my fuel injectors and pump. She proceeded to tell me that it's better if they diagnose it and then to go from there. I received the diagnostic and they quoted me double what Audi said plus the diagnostic price ended being more than Audi. I was hoping for a solution but it ended up being worse. read more

These guys get a 10 star for being fast to get me in and help me out. I live an hour from work and noticed some problems driving into work. once I got to work called around and they got me in and had me on the road by end of day. They even had to go to a store to pick up some parts. It was my brake pads so it was super important and the men that helped me were sweet and didn't want me driving home without it fixed same day. read more

Took my BMW there to get brakes done. after telling them I had a diagnostic check done already on the brakes. They still charge me for diagnostic check on the brakes. They make it seem like they're on top of things when you talk to them but they're a small time outfit. The rental car they gave me was filthy and had over 200,000 miles. Terrible. His team is great and personable and make sure that you understand exactly what's happening with your vehicle and looks for ways to keep the cost down for you. Will give you recommendations on what needs to be done but there is no pressure whatsoever on feeling that it needs to be done if you don't want to.
