They have denied any fault despite inspection and mechanical verification given that the damage was caused by jiffy lubes oil change. Normally we go to the Jiffy Lube on West Center but this one happened to be close to the errands we were running. I regret that decision I made thinking it would be "quicker" to go to the location "on the way". It looked like a ghost town upon arriving and I second guessed if it was even open. I saw a vehicle in the far left garage so then I realized they were open. They directed me to the far right stall and I pulled in. Communication was far and few between. I could tell they were either slow, understaffed, or both but nothing was communicated to me on expectations of my visit. It was finally between waiting for at least 45 minutes that my 4 year old noted "Why didn't we go to the other one, this one is so slow!" that I realized even he could tell this was bad. Everything was fine (of course, got the usual upcharge service pitches about the dire condition of my car) but what really irked me was the final bill when I learned that I was charged $6.99 for the extra 2 oz. of oil beyond the allowed 5 quarts in the already high $49.99 service as well as an unadvertised $6.99 "shop supply/waste disposal fee." That was an unanticipated extra $14 charge or more than 25%! They've lost me as a customer. I'll be going elsewhere next time. read more

This would be under "over and above " I came in with a heater problem (no heat). Chris looked at it and suspected low coolant, which it was, but he went further than just filling it back up. He looked for the reason. And he found it. A small crack in the plastic, which he repaired with a jb weld kit. This was my first time visiting this jiffy lube. I needed a quick oil change on a Sunday afternoon. They were not very busy. The staff was friendly. I was i and out in less than 15 minutes. The cost was a shock. I was not prepared for $60 for a conventional oil change with 6 quarts of oil and filter. This is 2x what I normally pay. It would have been 90 for synthetic blend. If the pricing was lower I would consider going back or referring them to other people. If you need or want a quick oil change and you don't care about cost, this place is for you. read more

Took my jeep in for an ac service today after woodhouse quick lane on 72nd refused to service It "because the compressor wouldn't turn on" I dealt with Chad at the jiffy lube on 120th. Excellent tech great customer service. Said my freon was extremely low and is possibly the issue. As Chad was inspecting the compressor he noticed that someone had unplugged my compressor and tucked it back out of sight. Plugged it in and compressor instantly started working. I can't prove the other shop was trying to run up the repair bill but I know the compressor was plugged in a week prior because I just had my mechanic inspect the compressor relays and fuses. Chad found it and plugged it back in and finished servicing the ac. Now it works like new. Thank you Chad and thank you jiffy lube for taking care of my jeep and getting me back on the road quickly. Will definitely refer anyone looking for this service to you and this location especially. Great customer service knowledgeable techs. Great price. Kudos. They're nice...but lazy. They're closing soon and I've been waiting over 20 minutes for them to get to my car, when they finally did they acted like my car was in perfect condition. I informed them their analysis of my lights was incorrect because I know I have a tail light out, low and behold no one actually did that inspection. They also informed me my old oil was good, which can't possibly be true because I'm terrible and drove 15,000 miles over the next recommended oil change. I should have realized I was lucky with the service I got from the Lincoln Jiffy Lube location. Apparently all the other ones are just as terrible as everyone says. read more

Do not go here. The two girls working there seemed nice enough, but what a joke!! As soon as I left I could tell something was wrong with my car. Popped the hood and the cover for my air filter was laying Loose under my hood. Fixed that and heard another strange sound...got home and looked under my car and saw that the plate they take off to drain the oil was held on with one screw! So it was just dragging on the ground. Took 3 people to figure out how to shut off my change oil light...Also I was there for 55 minutes, to me that is not very "jiffy" Called customer service the next day and they were supposed to return my call, still waiting. I took my 2013 Ford pick up truck to this location to have my oil changed asked them not to check anything else on my engine, lights or anything else I just wanted my oil change, I went into the waiting area and there was no other cars being worked on, as I waited it took quite a while I started getting worried why it was taking so long, well it turns out they got oil all over my engine and down the side of my engine because they suction the engine oil from out of the dipstick they do not take the oil pan plug out and drain it from oil pan anymore , something went wrong and oil ended up all over my engine and they refuse to pay for me to have my engine Pressure wash the General manager of the store when I return the next day he looked at it and said there was nothing wrong with what they did to my truck and then said good luck getting them to pay to clean the oil off the top of the engine and on the side of the engine, so I took it to the Ford dealer and the Ford dealer said that for some reason that they could not explain there was oil all over the top of my engine and all over down the side of my engine and that's the reason why I had Engine oil leaking all over my driveway. I would not never recommend this location of Jiffy Lube to anyone in the general manager should be fired for the way his attitude is towards the customer, he needs to have some quality training to learn how to deal with customers. I have been to other Jiffy Lube locations and never have ever had any trouble like I have had at the location I had just had my truck worked on 120th and Pacific next to Broncos restaurant. read more

I needed an oil change ASAP, so I pulled into the nearest Jiffy Lube because I've heard they are fast, efficient, & cheap. The employees were attentive & courteous (I didn't understand that you pull your car right up to the garage & then get out & they politely instructed me on what to do) & the lobby was small but more than sufficient (complete with clean restroom, coffee & water, & a television at a reasonable volume). That being said, what I was told would be a 25 minute service turned into more than an hour of waiting. Also, a basic oil change (with coupon) & a new air filter cost me $78. The employees that were working were pretty cool & I like the overall model Jiffy Lube offers, but I just simply cannot afford to be a returning customer. read more

Pulled around back and a young man came out to tell me they were closed. After stating website shows a closing time of 7pm, he said "well yeah, but our cashier is already closed & we stop servicing at 6:45pm regardless" - inferring I should have known this. Took my car in a couple of weeks ago. I was checking everything after a long trip, noticed my oil was low. Checked and there are no leaks so decided I would change it as the oil was dark as well. Drained the oil after spending an hour trying to get the drain plug to break loose as they put it on to tight. 2.5 quarts is what came out of my car that normally takes 5.5 quarts. Never will I recommend or use jiffy lube again these pieces of shit don't care that they will cause other people to spend more because they are idiots. read more

DO NOT take your car here!!! Our car was undrivable after the oil change but they claim it wasn't there fault. Car worked great when we brought it in and it wouldn't work when we tried to leave. Take it right back after struggling to drive 20 yards and tell them about the problem and they said not their problem, they didn't do it. Wouldn't even look at it again to see if maybe a mistake was made or offer any help. So since the car is not drivable at this point our only option is to idle it to the body shop next door and they claim we need an over $500 repair? Are you kidding me?? Bar none, the best service I've ever had!! First time I went in to this location, I came after work, was rushing to get in before going out of town. I asked if I could be out of there in a half hour, seeing all the other people there, the gentleman stated confidently "I'd bet my job on it." The entire visit was perfect, which is not normal for me. This man was direct, professional and warm. He offered was to be offered, but didnt try to sell me. I saw that he knew people and how to connect genuinely with each one. He had to have had some fabulous managerial experience because he was juggling many things and didn't miss a beat. I own a couple businesses and am a customer service and efficiency hound, not easily impressed (but always looking to be!) I called the 800 number on my way home. I've been back an couple of times since, and had equal service. As long as this place is ran I'm such fashion, I won't go any place else!! read more
