My favorite thing about this Firestone location is that they have knowledgeable female staff working. As a woman myself who gets very anxious about taking my car for repairs/maintenance due to men who talk down to me because I'm not knowledgeable about cars, I feel very comfortable at this location. Had an oil change with different company and noticed oil was leaking. That previous company doesn't fix oil leaks so I went to Firestone. Nice guy Mark said it was just a seal on the gasket so they had to drain my oil and give me a new oil change with the proper seal. Paid 45$ for oil change and was on my way. A couple days later I noticed it was still dripping oil. I took it back to Firestone and this time they told me there was a crack in the oil Pan ( from someone over tightening the oil plug) and he recommended I call the previous company back to be compensated for it. Long story short the previous company said since Firestone did not mention the oil Pan initially that they were probably the ones who tightened the plug too tight and cracked the oil Pan which was $400. The previous company called Firestone to come to an agreement to help me out ( since there's no way I cracked the dang thing) and Firestone took no credibility and contributed zero. Poor customer service in that aspect since they in fact never mentioned the Pan leak until after they did their own oil change. Couldn't trust them now. read more

Went in to have some work done to my truck which wouldn't start. After replacing plugs, cables, battery, and who knows what else they got it running. Bill=$600 Three days later, same problem with the truck doing the exact same things wrong. Took it back there. Told me what they did the first time needed to be done anyways as general maintenance, but it obviously wasn't the problem. So they got to the root of the problem and wound up charging me $700 more! Granted, the first $600 was general maintenance, but I would have spaced it out so it wasn't hitting me all at once. I feel that there prices are above average and they will hit you up for whatever they can. Would not recommend. read more

I used to love this firestone but since their management has changed in the last few years their service has left me unimpressed. Last time I got an oil change they called me to come pick up my car and said it would be 15 minutes to wrap it up. I get there about 10 minutes later saying I'm there to get my car and then I'm told again it'll be 15 minutes. I waited an entire hour and look out and see my car still lifted no one has touched it, and go up to the counter again. They tell me "oh sorry, give us about 15 minutes." If my car wasn't ready that would've been fine but making me wait an hour and a half to pick it up when whoever called said it was ready is beyond ridiculous. I understand that weekends are busy but taking into consideration that your customers are also extremely busy on weekends would go a long way. I did not get an apology from management or anything. I'm half tempted to not return to this location because of the poor service. read more

Many thanks to the guys at this Firestone for an after hours fix of our flat tire. We found our truck tire flat near Kearney NE on our road trip to Omaha from Colorado. We nursed it along stopping often to air it up and pulled in to this Firestone five minutes after they closed but they went out of their way to help us out and were really nice! He told me to expect a bit of a wait without one. My car hobbled in. They got me right in and out even while busy! Even gave me a discount for being a Geico insurance holder! I dropped my car off here in the evening, and left instructions for them to install a battery we had already bought. We told them that the battery was in the car, and asked them to swap it out with the old one. However, when I picked it up in the monring, they had used one of their own. I was on break from work and needed to get back there. They showed the upmost professionalism in rectifying their mistake by matching the price I paid for the battery I bought on my own, and saved me the time waiting for them to replace my battery with the one they installed. I have brought all my vehicles to Justin at Firestone. For a few years now me and him have built up a great business relationship. He is very honest and will let you know exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and what isn't wrong. He is a Very knowledgeable gentleman and if he doesn't know the answer he will sure find out one way or another. We could not figure out why my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee had rough starting in the mornings. He asked everyone at the shop and nobody knew. He took the time to do research off the clock to find out exactly what it was. I believe it was a $1200 fix according to what he found online and the jeep dealership but he found a way to turn that into about a $100 fix by buying a by-pass system to install, and recommend me do it myself because Firestone isn't allowed to install that kind of stuff. Moral of the story is, if you don't want to spend your hard earned money unnecessarily then talk to Justin. The man needs a raise lol read more

Nice people...but, I have spent over $5K with these guys over the last year to 18 months and my "Service Engine Light" constantly comes on....then they charge me for another "diagnostic fee"....every time I have my oil changed something catastrophic is wrong with my car that needs to be fixed. I am going to continue to use Firestone...just going to use the Firestone over by my old house near Millard. Willing to go out of my way. Ive had good experiences with Firestones in the past...just stay clear of this particular location. read more
