I have had my oil changed many times and many different locations. These guys run a good crew. Manager was very kind and thoughtful. They ask if I want my tires rotated, thank goodness I did! One of my tires lug nuts was over torqued. If I would've got a flat tire out on the road, I would've been in a bad position. They do good work and treated me like family . Thought I would grab an oil change before the Memorial Day weekend. Team out to the jiffy lube I. West Omaha tucked away by the Casey's and across from Walmart. I was the next in line for an open bay. Pulled me in and immediately trying to update me on air filters which is nothing new for a Jiffy Lube. While Jiffy lube is not cheap I appreciate getting in and out faster than in most places. There waiting room is clean and somewhat comfortable. They have a a number of employees so they are able to services cars in all thee bays. They got me in and out really quickly but did not receive my $15.00 coupon discount. Overall ok. read more

Got a tire patch that ended up taking almost 2 hours. They broke one of my sensors and said they put a new one in and couldn't figure out how to relearn the sensors so now I have a tpms warning light and beeping every time I drive now. Price is not very cheap either read more

I will update this again after trying them back out, but I had a very good conversation with the new management. Come to find out they quickly realized that there were issues at this store after taking over and have turned over several of the people they found out were responsible for these types of visits. Showed up about 1:15 PM today and all 3 bays had cars in them. Waited until about 1:45 PM and left. None of the cars had moved and none of the staff had come out to talk to me. I drive a 2012 Prius. Jiffy Lube apparently does not want to buy the right tool to remove the oil filter and does not tell their employees. They started to dent my oil filter so they stopped. They had already drained the oil so they just refilled the oil and sent me on my way. A couple of years ago another Jiffy Lube location broke off the dip stick inside the engine. I thought I would give them another try. BIG MISTAKE. They do one thing and they can't do that right. I won't be back. read more

Stopped in yesterday for an oil and filter change at 8a. Got right in, George greeted me asked what i needed done and got to work right away. They checked lights, wipers, air filters, etc. the oil and filter change were quick, I was probably on my way within 15-20 minutes. They did find a license plate bulb burned out and suggested a transmission fluid flush. I declined both and didn't feel pressured when I declined. Very inconsistent experience. I've gone there a half dozen times over the last few years. Some of my experiences were just okay, some with good, and some were not good at all. The last time I went there to have my fluids topped off, they didn't screw my engine oil cap back on. Instead they slammed the hood down on it, breaking half the threads of the cap, bending the hood and saying we were all good to go. I drove away with the strong smell of oil blasting through my A/C system. I thought it was just the ambient smell left behind by the shop. But after 15 minutes, I looked at the right side of hood, saw that it was bent up out of shape, and decided to stop to investigate. Sure enough I found the gaping open hole in my engine, and I found my broken cap smashed under the hinge of the hood. I called them to let them know, and they had no sense of urgency or apology about them. They said they'd refill the oil if I had lost any, but didn't seem to care about the oil cap they broke, or the hood of my car that they bent. Like I said. My oil change always used to take a lot of time and I always have to drive 2hrs to get my oil change. Scott and his team offered to change what was wrong with my car so that I can be able to change my oil anywhere. A lot of mechanics had refused to do it. He did it very cheap and in less than 15 min. I used this location about a year ago, and the staff could not have been more helpful. New manager has a swarthy way about him, and I was less than thrilled with the knowledge displayed by the other young man from the start. But you know how it is.....been putting off the oil change and my husband had been reading me the riot act about the warrantee, and I was already there, so I just had them do it. I never saw them check the air in any of the tires (part of the service), so if you need that done make sure to ask. They also didn't clean the windshield like I thought every Jiffy Lube does. When it came time to pay, the manager rang up the transaction and I had about $12 in change coming back. The little scammer actually said "Do you want your change?". Never at any oil change shop or dealership have I ever been asked for an automatic tip, and certainly not a 30% tip! I usually give the guys $3-$4 wherever I go, but this guy got nothing. Got an oil change from a different location had a great experience. Before my next oil change is due, got the low oil warning on my car so stopped here for a top off. Over an hour just to top off fluids?? I shouldn't have to wait for the cars in front of me to get full oil changes for 2min, at most, top off. Will not be back. read more

Steve and Jared were so kind and honest! Went in for an oil change, but Jared told me that it was completely unnecessary yet and didn't want to waste my money on something that wasn't needed. They still checked things over and topped off my fluids of free. They could have easily just done it and taken my money, but they were honest. Worst Jiffy Lube in town. Manager is rude and will up sale you just for being a girl. I have used many other Jiffy Lubes in town and have never had this issue. He started treating me different when I turned down his transmission fluid change for $300. He was very rude and aggressive towards me about upselling certain things. I told him to please just change me oil. Then he threw a wrench on the ground and stormed off. I waved down another employee and asked him to hurry up and get me out of there. He was nicer but acted like he didn't see the whole thing when he was in the next car bay over. read more

Excellent customer service! I went to have my oil changed and as the tech looked at it, they discovered it was 'clean oil' and I did not need an oil change at this time. They suggested to come back after 1,000 miles. They inspected everything else, filled the fluids needed and I was on my way without pulling out my wallet. Yahafas the Assistant Manager and his brother Yasaker are the best in the business! They are kind, caring, trustworthy, and just good men. They listen and problem solve. The location on 147 th Maple charged me over $50 of my hard earned money for an oil change. I sat in my car, during the pandemic, and watched them do barely anything under my hood. I got home and found my washer fluid, brake fluid, driver's steering fluid, coolant were all near empty! I checked my dipstick and my oil was the same exact dark black color as it was that morning before I pulled into the lot. I called Yahafas for help. He is at the 180th Wright location. He saved the day. He even gave me high mileage oil for free! Never go to 147th Maple. They are a team of scammers. The manager,Monica G. casts a blind eye at Adrian the oil guy as he just " tops people off" and lets them drive away with filthy oil. Scott at least does replace the filter under the car. Bad news people. Stay away from 147th Maple . Your hurting your wallet and your car if you trust Monica and Adrian with your car keys. Go out to 180th and Wright and visit Yahafas and Yasaker. They literally fixed all my fluids and gave me fresh oil. They care and will treat you with respect and dignity. I will be back to see these brothers every chance I get. Its like a totally different Jiffy Lube then any other one you have been to. It is completely customer centric. The team works for you and your car! You drive away and know you have been taken care of. I almost gave up on Jiffy Lube until these brothers showed me that this is not how the company does business! Guys take your car to 180th Wright. I had a really bad experience at the Jiffy Lube on Millard Ave. They treated me terribly and were so condescending. Not to mention it took over 90 minutes for them to change my oil. I reluctantly stopped at this Jiffy Lube in West Omaha and was delighted at how quickly they were done, and how kind they were without trying to up-sell me lots of unnecessary work. They cleaned my windows and vacuumed out my car and were so kind. I will go back to them time and time again. read more

I went in this morning to Jiffy Lube and requested a conventional oil change. They charge $45 before tax. Then, he said my antifreeze level was low. He asked if I would like to have a topped off for an extra five dollars. I said I thought topping off all fluids was included in the service. When I checked out, I asked if they filled my antifreeze and he said they did. When I got home I popped the hood to double check. They did not top off the antifreeze nor did they top off the windshield wiper fluid. I went back and they filled the fluids but I will not go back there again. read more
