    I was not a pretty impressed with their service at first because I was told the work would only…read moretake an hour and a half when I drove myself there and waited on the premises after being there an hour and 45 minutes the lady came and told me that it was gonna be a while so I had arrived at 10:30 and did not get to leave there until 330 after leaving there. I noticed a loud noise coming from my right rear of my car and the shock that they installed on the right rear already had broken loose and was making a loud noise, called back and talk to them. They said to bring the car back in a few days later, and they would look at it and fix whatever the problem was well it turned out. It was a broken shock brand new after installation. It broke and then I also had a tire replaced on the right rear and that tire continuously goes flat and it's brand new so I really appreciate everything they did but it seemed like everything they touched just was not blessed. I still have not taken the vehicle back or called them about the right rear new tire they put on the continuously goes flat. all in all, I was treated very good by the staff and the staff out in the bays were also very nice people. I guess I just have one of them cars.

They've worked late a couple times to finish an oil change, gotten hard to find parts in no time, and always clearly explain any issues they find. As a huge plus, my wife always feels comfortable bringing her car to them, and never feels pressured or talked down to like has happened at many other mechanics. Super great people, phenomenal service, and fair prices!

My clock is ticking faster than young folks and I really wanted something roomy and comfortable for a large 6' 1" good eater and outdoor chef, handyman, hobbyist, for what is almost certain to be my last vehicle. But....... that budget. To come to the point - I went to Gateway on the opposite end of town from me, to look at another vehicle that ended up not being a good match for me, but, next to it was a Honda Pilot, little older, with some miles. Vehicle had some moderate work done yet, Ben offered this information without my even asking. Try getting THAT somewhere else!!! Perfect vehicle for my needs. Love it! Now it's time to talk money and I meet Ben, the co-owner and main sales force. The vehicle seemed to need a couple minor things to help make me comfortable with the purchase, and these were done, WITH a LOANER car, thanks to Ben. Dave at the front counter is Ben's right hand man, and very capable. Every employee I bumped into or interacted with at Gateway was at minimum professional, and as I understand it they are all ASE certified! Between them all, the agreed minor repairs were completed, my full smile installed, deal struck. A good deal. In closing, now many hundreds of miles later, my vehicle is running and behaving perfectly. I bought this at a fair price and Dave and Ben did what they said they would do, and did so respectfully and promptly. They handed me information NO used car seller would ever do, and kept their promises. I would not recommend anyone buy a used vehicle before looking at what Gateway has to offer.     I recently took my vehicle to Woodhouse Quick Lane for an oil change and tire rotation. Mike…read morechecked me in and I appreciated the text feature for updates. Unfortunately, I was informed that my tires were wearing unevenly and needed replacement, which I wish had been communicated before the oil change. The staff member who relayed the tire issue was professional and even arranged a ride for me home, which I appreciated. However, my experience soured when I tried to get updates. Despite texting Mike multiple times over four days, I received no response. When I finally called, he seemed defensive that I was questioning the reason he didn't inform me that my vehicle was ready for pickup and/or didn't give me a quote for the tires. While the oil change pricing seemed fair, I believe Mike could benefit from customer service training. I was able to find good deals on tires elsewhere and had a great experience with Brakes Plus for an alignment - wish I got my oil change there as well because they were running a 50% off special. Moving forward, I'll be choosing Brakes Plus for my service needs, especially since they offer complimentary Lyft rides. Overall, even though I appreciated the manager calling to let me know he knew they dropped the ball with me on getting the tire quote, I was disappointed with my experience at Woodhouse Quick Lane.

Although I had a scheduled appointment for two days later, I was encouraged to come to the store if I was flexible. They called to confirm that all my items were there. The associate was friendly, and the manager informed me that she was still in training. She quickly assisted me with the check-in and paperwork. Given that it was a walk-in appointment, the estimated service time was impressively accurate at 90 minutes. However, I did notice that the bathroom did not have a working soap dispenser. As I was leaving, I realized that she had forgotten to charge me for the alignment, which I pointed out and paid for. However, after driving about five miles away, I noticed that the alignment had not properly centered the steering wheel; it was noticeably off, around the 1:30 position. I returned two days later to have the tires retorqued, and the staff apologized for the alignment issue. They fixed it within 45 minutes, even during a very busy morning.
