Steve ran point on installing 3 new tires on my vehicle (hit a Jurassic sized pothole on I80 and the dealership I was towed to replaced the damaged one - it was about time for new tires anyway so it worked out especially with winter arriving soon here in the Midwest. Made an appointment at 0800 and I was out of there at 0820. Very professionally run / pit crew style shop with zero markup pressure and customer service honored price match request. First time customer but I look forward to being a repeat customer in the future. read more

We have used this location a few times and have always had a good experience. I had hit something, and it knocked my alignment off. With no appointment they got me in, rebalanced and rotated my tires at no charge in under an hour. I cannot recommend this location enough! read more

Wanted to start off by saying this location is amazing as a first time customer they handled me & my vehicle with such great care and consideration. John specifically was a great help from me calling at work with millions of questions to getting me in before the end of the day, he held a great attitude and was such a blessing! It's worth your buck & mileage to make it over to this store 100% will be back!:) read more

Amazing service! Great customer service and attention to detail ! If you need new tires or rims come here , they always have deals and carry low profile rims ! read more

We just needed a flat fixed. After 3 hours and our urgency to get back on the road, they finally told us they couldn't fix it and wanted us to buy a new tire. So disappointed in their customer service! read more

I'm giving 2 stars because I'm trying to be fair. They are more in the business of selling tires rather than repairing them. You pay $100 for this warranty to fix or replace any tire with a hole in it and when you get a nail, they end up telling you, "oh, yeah - we'll replace that one, but you need to replace the others as well - otherwise it won't be properly balanced and ride properly." Clever. Then you end up leaving there, having just paid $1,200 for 4 new tires and another "warranty." Another deterrent: if you don't get there when they open, you'll be waiting until Christmas to get your tire repaired... read more

Just wanna say I'm at awe with how well this team at this location are. Angel was the one who took care of me and I hands down recommended going to this location and asking for him. They're all amazing sorry words just can't express how appreciated I am of this store and the employees. If you need tire serves done this is the place to go!! Thank you discount tire for everything!!! read more

Purchased all 4 tires for my Scion iM when I first moved to NE from CA. The sales representative was informative and did not push me to purchase the most expensive tire they had for my vehicle. I stop by here to have air placed in my tire when my tire pressure light comes on. I actually came here this morning because my tire pressure in my Jeep was very low. Took a little longer than expected, but it was cold outside and the gentlemen that helped me was great! read more

A good set of tires is the best insurance you can buy. Discount Tire has served me well over several decades, in several cities. They have good selection (especially if you order ahead), good advice, good prices, and good service. You'll probably find a competitor who beats them on any one of these dimensions, but not all of them together. Best about this location: treats everyone, including women, with respect. Efficient service. Worst about this location: don't always tighten the valve stem caps. Can be rough on rims. Note that the online tire sales operation is completely separate from the retail operation! read more

I really have nothing bad to say about Discount Tire. The experience was easy, everyone was extremely nice & courteous, and the tires were put on fast. I initially found the tires I wanted online. Discount Tire had the best price, and the website listed all the locations with these specific tires available. When I arrived on location, things went just as smooth as the website. The person I dealt with was very knowledgeable, and was patient while I made my final decision to purchase the tires. I couldn't be more happy with the tires. Glad I made the choice to purchase from Discount Tire. The place next door does free alignment checks. Worth the time to ensure proper wear on new tires. read more

Fixed a nail in our tire for no charge. Service was complete in an hour with no appt.

Everyone is so nice and they have serviced three different vehicles for my family. They are honest and affordable. They explain what needs to be done and why. I recommend making an appointment online so you don't have to wait too long once you get there. read more

Fast and friendly staff! I brought my 2016 Challenger Hellcat in for special order tires. The price was great, and the service provided was top notch! read more

Good tires and great service. Went in because I thought I needed my tires balanced.... Vibration on the floor board and in the steering wheel. Was told I needed two new front tires. So went ahead with getting the tires. Left after about an hour and when driving home I noticed the vibration is still there. Not sure what to do about that. The tires though have been tested out already when one night the roads were pure ice. I had no problem getting around. read more

Long time customer, today was a 91K replacement on a set I bought in 2017 from them, but I do shop around, yet end up going back for price and service. As a long time mechanic and car enthusiast, I know what I am looking for and they get it on time and easily, no hard upsell attempts and pleasant. I also listen to how they treat others and always respectful and helpful. read more

Above and beyond customer service! I want to thank the team there for assisting me in a time of need when they should of been closing the store. I already have sent many people there way because I have purchased many tires there and always had a great experience but yesterday was amazing! Once again they prove that there are good people in the world and people that go above and beyond and just want to provide great customer service. If you need anything to do with Rims or tires, this is your place to go! read more

First time customer and very impressed. I went here because my regular place was closed on Saturday. How do you close on a Saturday? Went there because I need to get a tire on my truck fixed. I had gotten a nail in the tread. I got there early before they opened. I was the first in line. I have driven by this location often and always saw a line of cars waiting for service. I never understood, but now I do. Like I said needed a tire fixed. They took my truck and asked me wait in the waiting area. It took them about 15 minutes. The took the tire off the rim, fixed it properly, remounted the tire, balanced it. Then put the wheel back on my truck. Cleaned all four of the wheels and put wheel shine on them. I know this because I watched the gentleman do the work through the window. They told me my car was ready, I went to pay, they said "no charge, they fix tires for free." WHAT??? I did not buy these tires there. They had not reason to fix it for free but they did. Next time I need tires guess where I am going? read more

I had a flat tire and asked if they had a set of tires in that same size. They did and offered me a heavy discount. However when I brought my tire in the issue was just a broken valve stem which they replaced for free. They saved me a ton by not just saying I needed all new tires. Fast and amazing service while they had a line around the building. Great experience and I'll only be going to discount tire for any wheel needs in the future. read more

I'm generously giving two stars instead of one because the service was completed. I got my car back and the interior was filthy. there was some stuff on the outside of my car too, but it's winter so I'm ignoring that. my repair was completed on time, but had they taken two extra minutes to ensure they didn't get my car covered in stuff I'd be happier. it was also freezing when I was in there today. Its winter and it's really cold yes, but I could see my breath sitting in the building. had an employee said, hey there is an issue with the heat sorry about that, I'd let it go. instead they had multiple ladders setup throughout the lobby when I got there so I assume they were having some kind of trouble. read more

We purchased a very nice set of wheels and tires from them a couple months ago. Great price and great service, but that's not why I'm leaving a review. This past weekend I was in a real bind because we were supposed to leave for spring break family vacation and couldn't because our brakes/rotors were shot. We took the vehicle to a brake shop only to realize that we had lost the lug nut key for our wheels. Not to mention we weren't going to be able to get the brakes replaced in time for our trip. I called in to Discount Tire on a Saturday around noon and asked two questions. 1) could they help us with getting a new key? 2) did they know anyone that could help us with the brakes TODAY? They gave us a free replacement key for our lug nuts and then called in a favor with a brake shop. The manager gave me his business card and told me to give it to the manager of the brake shop and that they would have new brakes and rotors put on by 5pm. Turns out they had everything done by 4:30pm and we were still able to leave for our spring break vacation. Fantastic service! We are grateful. read more

Any time I've needed tires, I've always gone to discount tire. Their customer service is always good and the warrantee gives me peace of mind. However, today, the customer service was above and beyond. I'm not going to go into details, but Jon was so beyond wonderful. He went above customer service and showed a level of care and kindness that is rare. I can't thank him enough! And, even though they were busy, I was there for less than an hour. Hopefully I won't need tires for a while, but I'll be back and I'll be referring everyone to this location. read more

I've been using this location for the last 2yrs roughly. Honest guys that wont oversell ya. Fast too! In and out within 30min this morning for a flat change out under warranty. Warranty is actually a warranty with them and not a scheme like other car companies. $18 to put a warranty on the new tire that was warrantied out. read more

My wife was just in there and the 'saleperson' continually kept speaking down to her. She admitted she didn't know much about tires and he kept doing it, going so far as to ask interview questions. This was in front of customers and other associates. She ended up leaving without using their service and calling me in tears. The worst part is that we've been there before and they already had us in the system. We will not be going back. I even created an account here so I can post this review - shameful. read more

I had to order a tire for my Audi to replace one that blew out. They were very friendly on the phone and got my ordered placed immediately. The tire arrived the next day and they got me right in to have it replaced. They were absolutely swamped when I arrived, but they were more than professional and took their time explaining things to me. I will 100% be using them again for all my tire service needs! read more

They are in the business to SELL tires, not fix them. On my fourth set of AT tires. Went in to have a nail removed and told initially that they would. After sitting in the lobby for 1 hour (with an appointment set days prior), the guy from the shop came out and told me that my tires were too worn, which I know is BS. Took it to Jensen and they got me all fixed up. NO THANKS TO DSICOUNT TIRE! The guy at Jensen was even appalled. read more

I left my 2015 silverado with them to fix my tire, when they call me to let me know that the truck is ready, i went there and got the truck , when i got home, i noticed a damage on the front edge passenger side of the truck, i went back to the store and reported the damage to the manager , he then fill out accident report. A few days later i received a call from them and they denied my claim, i ask them if i can look at their security camera, they told me they do not have cameras on the property. read more

We stopped at Discount tire as we had a sensor saying the front left was losing air. They took off that tire, could not spot any issues but checked the other tires. Our sensor was incorrect and our rear tire had picked up a nail. The fixed it and before long we were back on the road. We were traveling from out of town and they could not have been nicer! We will make sure to spread the word about Discount Tires in Papillion!! read more

This is an outstanding discount tire location. The store appears to handle a high volume of business quite well, a sign on great management. Buying online and setting an appointment will save you a lot of wait time. Upfront pricing for tires is excellent, the the best around, and with 5% discount for military and another 5% just for using their discount tire card, nothing else in this area comes close. Their card also gives no interest financing options with payments...free money! On my last visit, I ordered a set of tires online, set an appointment for installation, then a day later changed my mind on tire brand. No problem, a quick phone call and they changed my order and had my new tires ready to go without even resetting the appointment, no questions asked or questioning my change, they just made it happen. I trade cars a lot, so finding a reliable, no nonsense tire shop is epic. Great job guys!! read more

In today's world...service is imperative....something a local business that states they are around for the life of your car should be changed to for the life of their profit. Being a customer of the "J" place loyalty has no value. Had a flat.. they changed their hazard pkg to 3 years....so it was 6 months past and they wanted more, much more to replace. I called Discount and the boys up front were great better than great they were excellent. Took care of the replacement much less to the place I had done business with for over 15 years....end of story...if you need tires, wether it's four or just one this is the place cause bottom line...they care about relationships where the "j" place care about dollar profits. I visited this store a few times over the past month for multiple service on 2 vehicles. I was impressed with every visit with their outstanding customer service and value. I was shocked on one visit to have a tire patched at no cost! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great service as well as great customer service! read more

Steve is the man. I drove in from Austin, TX. Terrible service with Kia who didn't even know if they had my tire in stock and wasn't willing to check. I showed up at 7:20am (they don't open until 8am). Steve opened the shop to talk to me (unlike Kia) and said he'll help me get in and out when the garage opens. Got the job knocked out in 15 minutes!!!! Thanks Steve, I'll recommend my 300+ network of friends to this Discount Tire any opportunity I get. read more

We have spent thousandd of dollars at Discount over The last 20 years. I called and told them I had a slow leak in my tire, they said bring it in. When I got there they said it would be a 2 hour wait. I parked in their lot, took off the low tire and put on the donut. I left the tire, they said they would call in abt 2 hours. I called them 3 hours and they said, it's done We forgot to call you. I asked how long to Get it on? They said 1.5 hours, I had already been tied up 3 plus hours, so I took the tire and started to put it on in their lot. They ran out and stopped me, said I couldn't do it there. I told them I'd done it 4 times before, they refused to let me. He was very rude, I told him that We shop and buy a lot of tires there. He said, hé didn't care, I talked to another counter man and he also was rude. Basically told me they didn't care and I could take my business elsewhere. I'm done with this store, We were driving 60 miles from Nebraska City to do business here. I guess I'll try SAMS Club or some other store. read more
