I just cannot afford to pay $250 simply to walk in the door before the repair pricing even begins, so I have had no choice but to take my car repair business elsewhere. They do a fantastic job, the techs are wonderful, the repairs have been good, but they have priced me out of being able to take my car to them. I do recommend them if you can afford them because they do good work. Just be prepared for the price.

I had been needing new tires for over a year and finally broke down and started shopping around…read moreonline. I checked prices at Walmart, Costco, the Toyota dealership and Tires Plus, and for the quality, Tires Plus by far had the best price (they were running a sale and it ended up being almost $70 cheaper than Walmart for a set of 4, good quality tires). I was able to shop around online, compare tires/prices, make my selection, and after seeing an estimate of what my total cost would be for the tires and installation (AKA no hidden fees), schedule my appointment online. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for 6 pm that Friday. I ended up being early by about 30 minutes and they had no problem getting me in right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and, most importantly, the bill I got was exactly what the online estimate had been, down to the penny. They offered me a warranty, which I declined, and that was the end of that. I didn't feel pressured to buy the warranty or any other unnecessary services or upgrades. The annoying sales tactics at a lot of car places is a huge pet peeve of mine, so they get major bonus points for not engaging it that. Since they close at 7 pm, I anticipated that I would drop my car off and pick it up the following day. When I went to confirm this with the woman at the front counter, she stated they had planned on getting it done that night, but I could pick it up the next day if I preferred. My husband and I decided to wait and just hung out in the area for an hour and a half. We called to check the status after about an hour (we were still really skeptical they were going to be able to install the tires in an hour and 15 minutes) and were told it would be ready around 7. We arrived at 7 and it was done within 5 minutes, which actually meant the mechanic and front desk woman stayed a little late to accommodate us. I have been driving on the tires for a few weeks and am very happy with the quality of the tires and have had no issues thus far. If you are shopping for new tires or need any other car services they offer, I would definitely recommend this place. Good quality and great service!

Over the weekend I was doing chores that required looking down and noticed my eyeglasses were too easily slipping off my face. I happened to be in to pick up a few household items, saw the optician was in, and asked if he could help. He did immediately, checked how they were sitting behind my ears, and went to make the adjustments. Swapped in new nose pads while he was at it. Excellent service. 2. They have really stepped it up with their "scan and go" feature. We literally called 6 auto centers in which no one answered and being transferred back to the front desk probably 4-5 times at each store. This location actually gets one star more b/c out of the 6 different ppl we spoke to at the other stores, this lady actually thought of taking our question and walkie talking the actual ppl working in the auto center to relay our question and our concern that no one was answering our call/transfers. So the questions we had were "Do you do oil changes on mercedes cars, how much is the estimate cost, do you take appointments or just walk ins and what are your hours?" The answers were "yes, no more than $59.95, walk ins only and opens at 7am." So my dad (doing me a huge favor as I'm catching up from sleep from the hectic work week), shows up at 7 am and already 4 cars ahead of him. They start working on my car and as they already drained the oil they realize they don't have the filter for my car. They have the audacity to ask, I'm sorry not ask, tell my poor barely English speaking dad to take an uber to an auto store to bring back a filter for him. Thank goodness my dad stood his ground w/ his limited English and made them realize what a ridiculous request that was. So apparently they went to OReilly's auto parts to get the filter and then charged us for it. It ended up being $103 in total, which is $27 less than the dealership or for this guy that comes to our home, but wow we might even just pay the extra to avoid all this hassle. I actually feel bad b/c Im sure these workers are just overworked, but wow walmart how about improving the most general of neccessities, like having someone answer a dang phone!
