After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' property and time.

Then, this other shop told me that some of what AllTech said was wrong, truly was not.

Took the car to another place (Jensen, which is what we typically use). The car PASSED a coolant pressure test (I assume Prime didn't even do that) and means it's NOT head gaskets leaking. Jensen cleaned the engine and we are going back in a few days so they can actually identify the leak, not just guess and try to stick us with a giant bill. Edited to add: the business felt the need to call me AND my husband about this and when I said this wasn't appropriate, kept talking at me until I had to hang up and block the number. Wow, just wow.

He has answered all my calls and questions (which have been a lot) with out getting upset or frustrated. I saw a comment that said all the good reviews were his friend and to not believe them. I am not one of this guys friends and so far I have no complaints. I have read all of the reviews and in the case that I could have had the same situation (like my card not going through on their end and them wanting me to bring my own oil) seemed to have been resolved. He did not ask me to bring in my own oil and is now only taking cash or check, I'm guessing due to card reader errors. As of now I definitely recommend this place. Prices have been great too.
