We chose Christian Brothers because they present themselves as a faith-based company, and we…read moreexpected honesty, integrity, and transparency. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. We brought our minivan in to have the air conditioning repaired. The first repair was quoted at approximately $1,000. The AC worked for only about a week before failing again. We returned, and they diagnosed a different issue and charged an additional $1,300. Again, the repair lasted only about a week. Now they are telling us there is a third, different problem that will cost another $3,300 to repair. Had we been accurately informed from the beginning that repairing the AC could ultimately cost more than $5,000, we never would have authorized the initial repairs. Despite two unsuccessful repair attempts and thousands of dollars spent, the original problem remains unresolved. We asked them to consider a refund or other resolution, but they declined. To make matters worse, because our van was unusable, we had to rent another vehicle for an out-of-state family reunion, adding even more unexpected expense. I understand that diagnosing automotive problems can be difficult, but I expect a repair shop to stand behind its work and work toward a fair resolution when repeated diagnoses and repairs fail to fix the problem. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We were able to get a same day appointment, they had the parts needed for our sprinter (which is rare), and had the job complete in just a few hours. Thankfully, they also had a garage large enough for our Sprinter (also rare in our experience). They even accommodated our whole family in their waiting room while they worked (my husband, our 7 month old baby, our 2 dogs and me). All in all, we had a great experience in an unfortunate situation. The customer service was amazing and we highly recommend services here.

I brought my RAM 1500 to this shop because the 4WD was not working. That was the entire reason I…read morebrought it in. After paying $200 for their diagnostic, I was handed a 10-page report filled with recommended repairs--but somehow it still didn't tell me why my truck wasn't going into 4WD. Now they want to charge me another $175 an hour just to continue diagnosing the 4WD system. Seriously? I brought the truck in because the 4WD wasn't working, paid $200 for a diagnosis, and left without an answer to the problem I originally brought it in for. To make matters worse, they charged me $25 for a couple gallons of gas because the fuel level was low. I understand gas costs money, but charging $25 for a couple gallons on top of everything else just adds to the feeling that they are looking for every possible way to add another charge to the bill. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It feels like Jensen Tire 2.0--nickel-and-diming customers instead of focusing on fixing the problem they came in for. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. If you bring your vehicle here, be prepared for the possibility of paying for diagnostics, getting a long list of recommended repairs, and still not getting the original problem resolved.
