Only on final visit did they say it was the airbag that they ruined by gluing it and "removing excess glue" on horn. This was a brand new airbag that the dealership had just replaced under a recall. Havers refused to replace airbag. They said cost of airbag alone was $1400 but they would not replace it. Biggest rip off I've ever dealt with in my entire life. We live in MN and after packing up our suv at the Omaha hotel to head back home, somehow the auto start push button was stuck pressed down. This hero answered my phone call, while out running errands and said he'd swing on by. He not only very quickly and inexpensively dismantled it in a hotel parking lot he made it so we were able to drive the 6+ hours home without a worry.
