Only on final visit did they say it was the airbag that they ruined by gluing it and "removing excess glue" on horn. This was a brand new airbag that the dealership had just replaced under a recall. Havers refused to replace airbag. They said cost of airbag alone was $1400 but they would not replace it. Biggest rip off I've ever dealt with in my entire life.
