No one helped me the way these people did and that was after calling several other places only to get that I would need to bring it in or not even a call back. Oh well, I found the most amazing place and thank Jeremy and crew for being everything a customer desires when dealing with my pride and joy. A Very Satisfied Tahoe Owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid my deductible when I picked up my car. Not sure why, but when my insurance company settled up with the shop, they also paid the deductible. I was notified by my insurance company that the deductible had been paid twice and that the shop should refund the deductible that I paid. Well, that was 4 1/2 months ago and about 20 phone calls later. I have yet to receive the money owed to me. The shop says they are now "corporate" and that the claim is with their accounting department. Again, it has been 4 1/2 months... No one ever answers the phone at the corporate office (which is in Arizona). No one ever returns calls / messages - I have left over 10. I am now paying an attorney to write a demand letter... RIDICULOUS!!! Good luck with this shop if you ever have an issue with payment. Jennifer Eller

These guys are absolutely on the level…read more Small mom & pop operations like this are far more likely to do good work and I don't think I have ever met anyone that has delivered more than Joe. I got a 2001 Chevy S10 with 93k miles on it a year before. Starting a new career in IT contracting, I figured it'd be a good idea to get my beloved little rustbucket looked at. This thing was, not just abused, but neglected for several years. Joe found every last problem with the motor. The sheer scope of issues with it that Joe managed to find and repair is insane. Thank goodness I had a nest egg saved up just for such an occasion. They invited me right over to the lift to see the problems with my own eyes. When I turned the truck in the next day, they were even kind enough to drive me home since I lived in Bellevue. Not just that, but when the truck was finally done after discovering even more issues (namely a timing chain so loose it's a wonder the truck ran at all, with the valves a full eighth of a rotation behind the crankshaft) and repairing them. It was held back for another day due to starting issues traced back to the timing sensor, something he insisted on eating the cost of due to how long it's been in service (about a week). After that they were happy to pick me up. The truck since then has been running like an absolute dream. I've driven 450 miles in the span of 3 days working all across Western Iowa/Eastern Nebraska, about a hundred miles out from the Omaha Metro at max. I cannot thank them enough for their incredible quality of service, mechanical and customer. I will not trust any other mechanic until I'm forced to stop going to Joe's.

The initial day the employees were very nice and accommodating, there was even free soda while you wait! After dropping off my car I received daily texts(which you can opt out of) letting me know how the progress was going. The day I picked up my vehicle I had slept through my alarm and it was 10 minutes until close. I gave them a quick call and they were more than happy to stay a little after closing time to let me get my car, on a Friday nonetheless! I highly recommend this shop and have never had such a great experience when it comes to auto work. TL;DR? PROS: - Great service - Great customer service - Awesome auto body work - Willing to work with the customer - Great communication with customers CONS: - That this place only has 4 reviews

No awkward parking lot maneuvering or confusing entrances, which I always appreciate when I'm on a tight schedule. Since I work downtown, the midtown spot on Leavenworth is perfectly central for me. Solid experience so far and a location that makes it easy to get your car serviced without the hassle. Would recommend if you're looking for a shop that's accessible and doesn't eat up your whole day just getting there.

So I decided to take it to a trailer frame shop who told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my trailer. Come to find out they just jacked the trailer up in a nonload bearing spot total ignorance on their part. I would not have them do any work to any thing I own.

After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers.
