Two hours down the road I notice my truck had no power steering fluid, no coolant, no oil in it. My tires he replaced had minimal air in them for my heavy truck. I could have died after getting repairs done by Tim. I would not recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to put your life at risk while driving and possibly die. One of the worst mechanics. He held my truck for over 7 months while I was getting abused by my boyfriend. I asked Tim to hurry up several times because I needed to leave so I could get away from my boyfriend but Everytime I asked Tim to hurry up he took even longer. After waiting, the worker finally returned--not only with my car but also with multiple bags of fast food for himself and his coworkers. It was infuriating to see that he had stopped for fast food while using my vehicle. To make matters worse, he casually remarked about how comfortable the ride was. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for customers' property and time.

I like my cars running good and sounding quiet enough to not alert anyone I may be out past curfew. I contacted this shop due to Misty C's review and I agree. No bullshit. I briefly explained what I thought was the problem and what I would like to have done. A blown out silencer (the big oval thing) on a 20 year old car. I explained that I did not need a fancy rice burning sound and wanted to keep it close to stock. I ran out of time waiting the first day because I was impatient. On the next day I got in early and said I was going to wait. There were a few cars in front of me in line, but I got up on the lift and Keith ordered my parts. Silencer and tip. Whilst waiting I watched the tech torch off my old muffler with the coolest popping, molten metal I have seen in years. Within about 30 minutes of my parts arriving I have a new OEM muffler and basic steel tip. the best part is was only $5 more than the over the phone, sight unseen quote I had gotten. It was going to be more than double at one of those nationwide brand stores. Shop local, spend local, save money.

I was quoted a price over the phone and was offered a loaner (Sure, it had the company logo plastered all over the car but hey, it was clean and got me home). Drop it off at 7am and it should be ready in a couple of hours; said they would call if they find anything else that needed attention. They did call and gave me a short list of other things which couldn't wait. Radiator hoses and the like. I didn't feel I was being pressured into the upcharges. They explained everything and what it meant to the car if we replaced or left it alone. I made the decision to have everything on the list completed. The car was ready in a few hours after that! Quick service! I was prepared for the car to be gone all day. I picked up the car and asked about the 6 month interest free financing, since I was close to a thousand dollars in repairs (Not bad for an almost 10 year old car) I should be able to get 12 months. I was approved for the 12 months interest free financing. I left the shop with a good feeling and a well serviced car. My car is a lease but the Not Husband's is the Suzuki and we have found our new mechanic!
