I worked with Larry Paulson and explained my ''plan'' for buying a new car. He understood that if I couldn't get the price I wanted that my next stop would be the Lexus dealer up the street and if I didn't get what I wanted there, then I was going to visit Chrysler next, then a BMW dealership. He also understood that I ''wanted'' a car and did not ''need'' a car. I came to the dealership because the check engine light came on in my Cadillac SRX. A trip to Auto Zone told me it could possibly be a celluloid. Chet checked me in and assured me the dealership would check out the problem and take care of any needed repairs. Sure enough, it was the celluloid and the car was fixed by 4:00 p.m. A courtesy ride back to the dealership had me and my car reunited by 5:00 p.m. Chet is wonderful! Huber Cadillac has done an awesome job again! Customer service is always top notch. Bev is an important reason we keep coming back. She is a straight shooter and she listens. Our 2013 XTS Cue Radio Infotainment System is stuck at the home screen and we could not toggle the AC to come on, only cool air blew out. Great experience -- they fixed the problem and even discovered a few other things they repaired that were also covered under the ​certified policy (which I greatly appreciated) -- they oil change I requested was "so much" more reasonable than any of the other discount garages I have used in past.....I don't know "why" I ever went any place else? Can't say enough about the customer service that Bev Burgess provides me, whether it's an oil change or a repair where a part has been back-ordered. She calls me to let me know the status of my car and goes into detail what the repair entailed and always asks if I have any questions or if she has left anything out.
