Very disappointing experience with this dealership. A am an out of town buyer and I had been communicating with them over the phone about purchasing a 2020 Mercedes GLS 550 and was prepared to move forward with the purchase. The salesperson told me they would send me a sales order so that we could proceed with the transaction. I relied on that representation and was waiting for the sales order. Instead of sending it as promised, the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else without giving me the opportunity to complete the purchase. I spoke to Cathy at 10:42 she said she would send me the sales order so I could send a deposit. At 12:01 after not hearing anything I called back and left another message for Cathy to call me back. After no return call i call back again at 1:39 and the receptionist told me Cathy had gone home sick. She told me Jack who had had spoke to the evening prior about the car would call me back. At 3:24 after no return call I called again and spoke to another gentleman he told me that Cathy had not gone home sick but that the car was sold to someone else that day. I understand that a dealership has the right to sell a vehicle. My problem is that I was specifically told that a sales order was being sent to me, which led me to believe we were proceeding with the transaction. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about relying on commitments made by this dealership unless you have everything in writing and have already placed a deposit. read more

Getting the car serviced and this has to be the nicest car dealership waiting area I've ever seen. Complimentary coffee (the good kind, not that stuff that has been cooking on a burner all day), soft drinks, and bottled water. Hand sanitizer all over the place too. I purchased a used BMW from this dealership. They provided a 3 month warranty with it and seems for a good reason. I took the car to my local BMW dealership shortly after purchase and really wish I would have done it in enough time to just return the car. The BMW service center found $14k worth of issues. While most were covered by the warranty, I still was out $250 for the warranty deductible. This dealer wasn't willing to help with those costs and even after 4 more months am still seeing issues with the car. More repairs and issues have come up and I'm regretting my choice in this dealership. I should have listened to my gut when I saw this car purchased and seemingly returned in the past but they assured me it was just a normal issue with the sale. I would not recommend this dealer and feel they have shady used car practices. I would expect more from a luxury dealer as should you by going somewhere else. My purchase was in April of 2024. We have only put around 3k miles on it since then and are now selling it due to the ongoing issues. My Google review had someone from the dealer reach out to investigate, just to never follow up again as they committed to do so. read more

Poor experience with service department. Pricing wasn't upfront and had my 80k mile service here. Picked options i didn't need and left the rest to them. Didn't know that I'd be paying nearly $600 for three things that were not necessary replacements(Wipers, air filter, and a serpentine belt). They also changed my wipers to which I do myself, and gave me ones that are far worse than the ones i had before. Wouldn't recommend them for much, as they were no help with these issues. read more

I have had the worst experiences with Audi. The service department continued to not make proper repairs to my vehicle for over a year. They gave me back my car on more than one occasion worse than what I took it in for & quoted me pricey quotes to make "additional repairs." I received an invoice where they attempted to charge me up to 3X the amount that they charged for parts listed on their own website & an outside company. Some of the parts came back as not fitting on my car & the oil they put in stated discontinued. I went in to get my latch fixed on my door & once they found out I had a warranty, they told me I needed a timing chain, all though the car ran fine. While replacing my timing chain I was refused multiple times for a loaner. When I finally got my car back, it ran horribly, I called them as I drove down the Dodge Exp. I tried driving the next day & it went into limp mode and was shaking and rattling violently(can't drive over 40mph w/o damaging the engine). I called Audi & asked them to tow it back there. I was told they don't have tow trucks & I would have to tow it back myself, which I did. They called me & said it would be over $4,000 repair, that the warranty did not cover, oil was leaking in the cylinders. I got the owner involved, she made them give me a loaner & offered to cover the cost for the "additional repair," if I pay for the parts. Only because I kept going back & forth, their notes had been changed in the system & she was able to see this. That's when they gave me an invoice for the parts, I looked them up & discovered what I said above abt being overcharged. I requested that they redo the timing chains & rods & pistons & the cam bridge seal gasket, because the timing chain guide they put on the first time did not fit my car according to their site, probably why it rode so horribly & went into limp mode. She paid for it after negotiating. Once they replaced the radiator in the summer & took forever. I was driving my other vehicle, but the air didn't work well. I asked for a loaner then, explaining to them that my daughter & I have asthma and can't be in the heat for long. They did not care was refused one then too. They took an extremely long time fixing my car. It is an Audi A8L, when I met w/ the owner one of the first things that came out her mouth was that I had the most expensive car that they sell. She even questioned me & asked why did I bring my car to them for repairs. Doesn't surprise me, the first time I went there to get service on my vehicle, I went & was looking at the show room floor for about 20 minutes, looking at price tags & the cars. They glanced at me and kept going as if I was invisible. Never once asked if I needed help. They didn't know I was having a car serviced there. I mentioned it to the service advisor & of course he goes & gets the black salesman to come & talk to me. I am black also & they treated me horribly. The owner got mad at me for telling her that I believe her staff is racist and began berating me & belittling me over the phone. This isn't even all of the atrocities that I experienced with them, just some. Recently the cam bridge seal some how was leaking oil in two cylinders of the car again, so it was misfiring and idling roughly. SLM diagnosed it & asked if I wanted them to repair it, I told them no, the Audi dealer did this less than a year ago, so it should be covered under their warranty. I took it to Audi for them to tell me it was running fine when they test drove it and no oil was in any of the cylinders. I knew they were lying & went to see. I was shown the wrong cylinders by the advisor & found a piece of broken plastic, just as I did when they claimed I needed a timing chain. Was told the ignition connectors were broken & that was the problem. Audi's Mechanic came over & showed me different cylinders & 2 plugs & told me 6 & 8 were leaking oil in them, just as the other place had said. Got the car back finally from Audi, only for it to be leaking oil significantly. They called & emailed me telling me after they fixed the cam bridge seal gasket & said I needed a fuel injector for cylinder 8 & it would cost over $1300.00. Never mention my car leaking oil. I told them no, that I would get a second opinion from somewhere else. They gave my car back on E and in the red, although I did not drop it off on E. Got it to SLM, for them to tell me the fuel injector was fine & the oil leaks came from two valves, which were not leaking prior to going to Audi. Audi agreed to pay for SLM to make the repair, after I had the BBB get involved, but not before sending me a nasty email & they only paid part of it. Audi Omaha "repaired" an oil leak for us on our A6 and charged us $2000. They said, both verbally and in writing, there were no more leaks and the engine sounded great. 5 days (less than 1000 miles) later, the leak reoccurred while we were driving through a mountain pass at night. The engine almost seized up leaving us stranded in subzero temperature conditions. Fortunately, we had a couple of extra quarts of oil in the trunk and were able to make it to the next service station. Audi Omaha refused to take responsibility for missing this leak, leaving us with an additional several thousand dollar bill. To top it off, they didn't rotate a worn tire as promised. It was worn to the cords by the time we got to the service station. We were treated kindly by Jose and the service team while we were there, but were shocked at Audi Omaha's lack of support for our situation after we had left. I would neither trust nor recommend their service team or their repairs. Definitely not what I would expect from the Audi brand. read more

Audi Family! I have never had a bad experience at the Omaha Audi on 102nd. I own a 2009 Audi A4 and whenever I get my car serviced; Doug, Jose or Pat greet me genuinely. A little bit about me: I am a single mother who has educated herself and worked hard to give her only daughter a great life. I lost my job this February and was not allowed to renew my apartment lease in May because I could no longer afford the payments. My car is my life line; and it's is paid off! I take my daughter to her appointments, school, get groceries and ect. My car was acting up last month and I was scared I could not afford the service payment. I saved some money and finally landed a job but did not start until the 29th of May. Needless to say I am going through one of the hardest times of my life. I felt like a failure as a mother and independent woman. The service team have always been so kind, even when I ask too many questions :) They never make me feel like a burden. I always feel they truly care about my experience. They have been there for me through my journey and every time I visit, Doug always remembers to ask me about whatever we spoke about last and how that is going. The fact that he has so many customers and still remembers what is going on in my life is great customer service! The service manager gave me an excellent deal and blessed me! I could not contain my emotions and cried so hard. OMG, I felt so bad because I was so loud. Doug guided me outside so I wouldn't make the other customers nervous; Yikes! lol. I can never thank them enough for what they did for my daughter and I. My car runs like new! Today, when I accidentally broke my rear view mirror; don't ask lol, I don't even know how I did it. Doug just chuckled and said, "is the mirror in the car? I'll take care of it." All I can say is that I will never go anywhere else to have my Audi serviced. The worst service department! They Have had my car for 2 days with no communication! Texted my service rep and his response was I wasn't in the office today! So now they are closed and Sunday they are closed while my car which we just spent 2800$ on last week to get fixed is now in the shop cause of a sound it's made since we picked it up is just sitting there. We were quite pleased with the service here. We passed through this city while driving across the country and noticed the engine shaking. Called up Audi Omaha and they were able to squeeze us in around 2 hrs before closing. Found the problem with spark plugs and replaced them at a competitive dealer price. Certainly this was a lucky situation being in a major city while on a road trip. Still, Audi Omaha was able to inspect and fix our vehicle. Nice work and quality customer service. read more
