Single dad of an 18 year old daughter who is about to head off to college 3 hours away. We have spent the last couple months looking at vehicles that would be a "good" college car for her. Buying used was NEVER an option. Why buy a used car with a limited warranty when a new car with a full warranty was just a few thousand more After seriously researching at least 4 different types of vehicles and multiple dealerships we found our way to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue where we met Antonio Gaskill. We told Antonio what we were looking for and when we were looking to sign the paperwork Three things. Safety, reliability and to have my daughters name on the loan and title. We test drove a CX5. One model up from the base model and it has every safety feature we wanted plus a few more. Plus, after talking to the insurance, because of all the safety ratings that come with Mazda, insurance on a new vehicle would ONLY go up $75 a month. My daughter also wanted a white or near white color. None in stock, Antonio did tell us that there were a couple due in within a couple weeks There was NEVER any pressure. Antonio did a great job of keeping in contact and letting us know that a white CX5 was coming in. Today, about a month or so after meeting Antonio, BOTH my daughter and I signed the paperwork on a 2023 CX5. As an 18 year old, she is on the loan! That's a big deal to me and will benefit her going forward in life. Thank you Antonio and Woodhouse Mazda for working with us literally meeting each of the three requirements that we had! read more

This is an unscrupulous business who tries to take advantage of young women in the service department. My daughter brought our 2 year old Mazda CX5 with 25,000 miles for an oil change and they texted her saying it failed multiple inspections. They said it need a brake flush, fuel injector cleaning and multiple filters( some are recommended to be changed at 30,000 miles). They even told her it needed a transmission fluid service. For a total of over $1,000. Just amazing that you cannot trust their service department. read more

Really, truly amazed at the level of service I received at the collision center after bringing my '04 Mazda3S in for repairs after a young lady wrapped her giant U-Haul truck around my bumper (see photos). I wanted to come to Woodhouse because I wanted to make sure that only OEM Mazda parts were used for the repair and because I take my car here for regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. My estimator was Brian Gilchrist, and he was top-notch and professional every step of the way. He drafted an estimate in fewer than 15 mins and off I went to the insurance company. They decided to pay out for the repairs based on a second estimate that was cheaper than Woodhouse's. Woodhouse had repairs at $2400 and Charlie Graham was at $1800. Well, guess what Woodhouse did? They matched the price. So in my my Mazda went this week for reconstruction. New bumper, new headlamp assembly and some body work on the fender. Brian said it would be 3-5 days. It was done in 3. He even texted me when it was ready. Yup. Texted me. They also washed, waxed and thoroughly vacuumed her at no extra cost. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation and that was all done when I picked her up. There was never any confusion, games, price changes or run-around to deal with. It was just...simple and straight-forward. Absolutely ideal. And Brian is an excellent employee. Thank you Woodhouse Mazda for fixing up my pride and joy! read more

One of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a dealership. As a female, I would caution you from purchasing a vehicle and also taking your vehicle to get fixed by the service department. The manager Nick, is rude, condescending and a sneak. I walked off the lot being told everything was checked out and good to go. I noticed the day after I bought the vehicle, the tires were losing pressure and significantly, the front left side of the vehicle had a grinding noise and a wobble, I took the vehicle to be washed and water was everywhere on the drivers side floor and that the drivers door had a catch to it where the leak was and the trim was loose. I brought the vehicle in 4 days after I bought it and emailed all the issues the day after I bought it to make them aware. In having my vehicle looked at in the service department, Nick came to tell me that the drivers side brakes, pad and something else needed to be replaced in order to fix it, tires they claim were fine, he also said the water was from the sunroof drain hose and that this needed to go to the main dealership to be fixed. Ok, fine. Then I notice they want to charge me $500-$600 to fix the brake issue. I said no, I drove off the lot with it this way and that they needed to make it right. About 30min later Nick came back and said my vehicle was ready to go. So when I asked about the brakes he said they just lubed them up to fix the noise. Excuse me?? After he just told me 3 parts needed to be changed to fix it. So what they tried to do was put a bandaid on an issue that once the lubricant wore off I would still have to have the parts replaced. This should have been fixed before that vehicle drove off the lot. After several discussions they finally agreed to fix it at their expense. When I picked up the vehicle today Nick was rude to say the least and the trim piece was still not fixed. That's your job as a service manager to ensure the vehicle is fixed properly. As a female, I feel they tried to take advantage of me. In calling the dealership manager Brandon, he was of no help. He was just as condescending as his employees. I guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree. I will never take my vehicle back to have it serviced there nor will I ever buy another vehicle from them. I don't care if I have to drive another 40min to another dealership. I will not be treated like garbage and the shady nature in which they wanted to try and fix the vehicle without telling me, says a lot about the integrity of the dealership and the people that are employed there. Be very cautious of your dealings with this dealership and ask questions so you don't feel like your being taken advantage of. They will screw you over if you don't. read more

We bought not one but two Mazdas from Woodhouse within 30 days. We're a super prime credit customer, strong income, zero debt. I had researched the Miata ND and was an instant customer at the right out-the-door price. No trade-in, no worries about payments, no fussing with downpayments, etc. We're fierce maintenance customers and knew we'd put money back in the dealership's pocket on service. Told Woodhouse they had to solve for one thing: OUT THE DOOR PRICE They nailed it. Brand new Miata and new CX5 purchased within 30 days. Sales got it right. Service is fantastic. They even convinced my life-long Honda partner to give Mazda a chance and she's been happy ever since. read more

This is a tough review to write. Great salesman, great product, difficult sales manager. I should have turned around when the sales manager said something about driving a Lincoln on to the lot. They offered me $1,500 less on my trade than other dealerships. I was very upset about this significant difference. The sales manager proceeded to tell me that it wasn't his fault that no one wanted to buy my car and told me to sell it on Facebook. I honestly would have purchased through them and tried to make it work, I'm now having a difficult time processing this trade difference as well as how I was treated as a costumer spending $30,000 in a place of business. It may not be a lot of money to Woodhouse, but it is to me. I hope someone reaches out to me soon. Not a fun way to spend a Saturday afternoon. read more

Just happened to find the exact car I wanted at this dealer listed on the internet. I emailed them asking for their best price. It turned out to be quite competitive. The savings easily paid for the the trip out Omaha from Denver, and the all season tires I had to buy when I got home (the OEM summer rubber tires are a no go at 9100ft elevation.) They picked me up at the airport and got me on the road bright and early in the morning for the drive back to Colorado. Time spent with them couldn't have been more than about 30 minutes. No deception, no hidden fees, no manipulation, nothing shifty like so many other car dealers. I went there prepared to walk out on the deal if they had not stuck to the promised price, but was pleased to not have to. read more

My Mazda CX-5 had one error message with the camera in three years. Took it to be checked out. Service said my camera was going bad, putting in a new one would take thirty minutes. Three days later, they give me my car back. One of the automated things work; not the headlights, windshield wipers or cruise control. They broke my car and tell me I'll have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. This should be illegal. read more

So, once again I find myself back at Woodhouse. This time it is for my lessened ability to stop and not have an annoying grinding sound. If you recall I am not the most car savvy so I called for an appointment. That was yesterday. today I am here. Waiting in the waiting room li9ke a soon to be father awaiting news about the birth of his first child. I have already taken a test drive with Dan (who I will buy my next car from), gotten a ride to AutoZone from Bill (needed even more parts), talked with Andy the Tech (he worked on my car last time), and got sweet talked by Zach the Estimator. i purchased all the parts I needed off site and am just having Woodhouse do the work because I most likely will louse it up. Possibly by being a return idiot I am able to save ~$125. This repair includes new rotors, calipers, and brake pads as well as a line flush and fill. the included tire rotation and 60 point check is fair and I will get a report card for my baby. Everyone here is great at what they do and I dislike giving my money away, but here it is a fair value. Maybe I can get a few free carwashes out of the deal? It is a lot of money for a relatively easy procedure, but now there is accountability on someone else. I know that I will be back. I hope not for at least 6 months. The salesman, Dan, was very friendly and provided me with information on the type of car I will be buying. he sought out the features I wanted and produced a really nice vehicle that had everything but the exact color I like. I could learn to like metallic storm gray in about 5 minutes. I felt no pressure and that is what will bring me back unless I break something else on my car read more

Highly recommend this dealership. Never experienced any of the "games" or weird feelings. Easy to deal with. Our sales person John Stearn was patient and friendly, and the sales manager was good at his job (ha!) with a good sense of humor. They are military-friendly which is always a plus. Regarding the cars, I like a place where there's a small variety to choose from with reasonable sticker prices. The Mazda 6 grand touring is amazing. Went in excited to look at a CX-5. Had an appointment with Fred. He said we could test drive but couldn't go along due to Covid. Instead of taking the time to show me the features on the car he just handed me the keys. When I got back from the test drive I told him it was a little smaller than I was hoping for. All he said was "yea it's compact." We asked if the CX-9 was the next model up to which he said "yea but we only have one used one available right now." And then basically said have a nice day. He in no way was interested in selling me the car or even giving me options. read more

Second time getting my oil changed here since Baxter closed. If your like me and take your car in over lunch or early AM (7) to avoid work disruption...don't bother. Each time has been an 1.5 hr wait then Add back on the 30 min drive to work. Not too happy with the overall timeliness of service at this location. I had a great experience at Woodhouse Mazda. Matthew Chrans and Nick Grage were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I had a very detailed overview of the Mazda CX-5 GT and did not make me feel pressured at all to buy this new car. Even during the test drive they let me just drive the car and not talk to much so I could really get a good feel for the car. I also take my hats off to the management and staff for making things right. I will be back to this dealership, I feel welcomed, and very very happy with my new purchase and experience overall. I had to knock this one down from a five star experience to a two star on the basis of their radio advertisements. If I happen to be unable to reach the volume knob fast enough, my subconscious begins to justify swerving into oncoming traffic as a viable alternative. Though I am a car salesman myself, I even offered to buy a brand new Mazda 3 for my wife, if only they would substitute their current spokeswoman for a Lord of the Rings-esque Nazgul. I made good on my end of the deal over a year ago. My salesman Preston has not come through on his end, at all. Make it stop. Please. read more

Had a terrible experience this afternoon over the phone with a salesman who initially started out nice and then proceeded to insult me and "teach" me about basic math. He became quite annoyed with me as I discussed prices I saw online vs what he had in stock. I've never been treated so rudely. I'm glad I didn't waste a trip to see them in person because he would have likely tried to bully me into signing something and then insulted me when I refused to sign. I was excited to witness the famous Woodhouse car buying experience. Woodhouse has been infamous as an excellent Omaha business, always in good standing and supposedly a great place to by from. We were helped by Dennis, a friendly salesman. We showed up 10 minutes early for our appointment. Why we had to make an appointment, I am not really sure. Our salesman was about 6 minutes late, so we waited around for 16 minutes. We were shown some really nice cars, but when it came down to numbers, it was all business without ANY wiggle room. He claimed that all the cars were marked at the price and couldn't be moved AT ALL. I didn't really believe this. So when you come here, please be aware that they will not really work with numbers. The experience was more formal and business than I would have liked. There was nothing really personable about it, unlike what I would expect from a family-owned business. I am hoping the other Woodhouses we look at will be better suited to my and my husband's relaxed personalities. read more

Okay, day two of "let's get both cars serviced ". Yesterday was at Woodhouse Nissan, today Woodhouse Mazda. Now this should be a continuous flow, but it isn't. The first dealership has a decent seating area, free snacks and drinks, and a screen dedicated to telling you what's going on with your vehicle. The Mazda dealership is like going through Newark International. Coffee is bad(same company supplies it), a snack machine that is way over priced, and you have to wait to have someone tell you what's up with the vehicle. The really terrible thing is there is no where for children to play. At the Nissan site, they have a room dedicated just for that. This means is less noisy and the other customers don't have to listen to loud little people. The Mazda site is more third world in their approach. A small bin of children's books and that's basically it. May I suggest a few items that are more age and size related? It's a chore to have a vehicle serviced, but to endure children with no outlet, this isn't right. Since the Woodhouse companies have so many labels, why not standardized the waiting areas to at least accommodate families with small children. I think I would keep in mind, these are your future customers and the experience they have now could very well dictate future sales. Oh by the way, I have to return......didn't have the part. So next week it's deja vu all over again. read more

After today I absolutely recommend the Service department of Woodhouse. Michael B. was incredibly helpful in getting our car serviced in-and-out within an hour, and it was clear they were swamped. I had a strange problem with my headlights flickering whenever the brakes were applied and after six months of the problem it is now fixed, and for $0 as I was still under warranty! They even gave me a free car wash for coming in. 5 stars for Michael B and the Woodhouse Service garage! read more

My wife was in the market for a new car to replace the gas guzzling pile of crap 2009 Dodge Journey that we owned. We worked with John Stearn and he was excellent! She drove a CX-5 at first but I pleaded with her to try the Mazda 3 as it got a little better gas mileage and it just looked cooler. She loved it upon driving it and we have not looked back. She did buy heated seats and a remote start that they put on aftermarket and she has had no problem with either working exactly as they should. The car gets great gas mileage and is a blast to drive. Working with Woodhouse was easy from the sale to finance, we got a great deal and rate. Go there now if you are looking for a great new car, you won't be sorry. read more

The customer service is very poor. I was there to buy 2018 Mazda cx-5, They were insisting me to buy on the same day. I said I will look onto the vehicle and then I will plan to it. I was ready to invest $30k+ there and as a customer I wanted to see the car I was going to buy. The sales representative went down to manager and came back to me and said , "I will show you the car only if you are buying it tonight else It wont work for me." I felt I should never come back to woodhouse mazda. They were very arrogant. It may differ from one sales representative to other but the manager is same for every sales representative. read more

I had my car serviced today and Dylan was my service technician. He was awesome. If this was the only experience I had, I would have given this review 5 stars. Let me explain from the beginning. I went to their website to get the number to make an appointment but discovered I could request a service appointment request right on the site. So I filled out the form and provided the type of service I needed along with the preferred date. A few hours later I received an email from Michael asking me what date I wanted my appointment. Since I had already provided it using the website, I was kind of put off I was being asked to provide it again. Replying to the email, I informed Michael I had provided the date in my service request and asked why I bothered? I provided the information again and sent the email. I did not receive a response the next day. I sent another email asking for an appointment time. Again, another day went by and no response. Did my annoyance make Michael so upset he decided not to reply to emails? If so, maybe he thought since Woodhouse is the only Mazda service department in town, he didn't have to reply. It was rude, but it did force me to actually call the service department and make the appointment. I could have saved a lot of time by calling in the first place but I shouldn't have had to. One other thing to add... my appointment was at 1:00 so I dropped my car off over my lunch hour which a lot of people do. Dylan was the only service technician working at that time. Even though he was working as fast as he could, there should have been more staff on duty. The only saving grace was the service Dylan provided. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided great communication during my car's servicing. read more

He made me feel comfortable because of his friendliness from the moment I first walked into the dealership. He was quite knowledgeable about the 2016 Mazda Miata that I came in to look at. We found all of the employees to be very personable, from the General Manager Joe, to Josh in service. We appreciated that was no high pressure sales tactics from the car to the protection packages. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! They don't even deserve a one star. Their brand new vehicles don't have doors that lock and they don't care! I've had terrible service with them on day one of my lease and I am continuing to have terrible service 10 months later. I was going to leave this part out since Joe Sheridan (manager) bribed me with a remote start to keep my reviews about his car salesman, Mathew to myself but then I realized it ties into what is happening now, 10 months later. First off, I am a single women who needed to trade my car for a first time leash. Mathew was very pushy and didn't give me time to think about my purchase, he didn't even go over the car with me. I was pushed into purchasing a white 2017 Mazda6... the one that cost $35,000. Mathew tried to tell me a 4 year lease was standard but the warranty only covered 3 years so I was going to have to purchase the 4th year but I didn't find this out until the finance guy tried selling me the 4th year. I told my uncle who corrected me and said that is not standard, he just got a huge paycheck from you since you're going to have to buy the 4th year. Luckily, this was within the time to adjust the lease so my uncle was able to go in and renew it otherwise I wouldn't have been covered and all the electronic issues would have been on me to fix, which brings me to my next issue. The doors on my brand new vehicle are either unlocking themselves or the auto lock is malfunctioning when I walk away. I had over $300 in items stolen out of my car because the doors didn't lock. Then it happened again 5 days later. I locked the door but when I came back to check them, they were unlocked. I took my car into Woodhouse but guess what? They diagnosed it and its "fine." Every time I call there, they give me a different person to talk to then they have someone call me back. Zach, another salesman asked me to come down there and get my car to do it. I still haven't figured out how that works. Because they can't get it to duplicate, they're going to make me drive a $35,000 car that randomly doesn't lock. They did suggest maybe I can sign the lease over to a friend.... that should prove how well they treat their customers. When one vehicles not working, sell it to someone who doesn't know about the problems. I've also had it in there for other electrical issues with the heads up display and the Bluetooth. The only thing I am thankful for in the whole situation is that whoever stole my stuff didn't get anything important and THAT THIS LEMON OF A CAR IS A LEASE!!!! Woodhouse believes a car over a customer.... I've owned 12 vehicles and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. read more

I live in Nashville, but really wanted a 2015 Mazda 3 s touring, manual, hatchback with lower miles. That car is hard to find, so when I saw online that Woodhouse Mazda had one, I called them and a sales associate name Ben answered and took care of me. He sent me photos of the car, a video, and we settled on a price I was very happy with (and I had literally done over 40 hours of research on this car). I purchased a plane ticket for the next day and flew to Omaha. Ben picked me up at the airport and took me back to the dealership. I test drove the car, met with Matt in finance, put money down and was out the door. Super easy and I felt like I was treated with dignity and respect the whole process. Once I began driving back to Nashville I noticed the car had an alignment problem, so I called Ben. He told me to get it fixed and send Woodhouse Mazda a copy of the receipt and they would cut me a check to reimburse me. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and this car. I stopped into Woodhouse Mazda this afternoon to look at a very nice Saturn SUV that I saw on Craigslist. First problem, the price he quoted us; not the price that was on Craiglist...not surprising, dealers typically put prices lower for online shoppers. Second problem, I stated multiple times that we were in the beginning stages of looking for a vehicle, and of course, the sales pressure was put on. I told "Rhino" what our budget was and what all we were looking for and that I always have my mechanic check the vehicle before I buy (I don't care who is selling it) and he proceeded to tell me, in a nice way, that we were going to find crap vehicles that were old and that the SUV he had, along with all the other vehicles that Woodhouse has, would be better. Basically, he was saying my budget was unrealistic for getting a "quality" vehicle. Then he took inside to get my contact info and the sales manager came over and in not so many words expressed (and in a way that was laced with many tones of sarcasm) that I didn't need to have this vehicle checked because "they fix everything when they buy them and if there are too many things to fix, they don't keep the vehicle to sell because they would have to price it to high". Well that's all well and good, but I have been burned too many times in the past so I always have my mechanic look at stuff. He also implied that my budget was a joke, to "come back with a serious offer" and to also come back when I was ready to take the vehicle that day and not waste their time otherwise. Again, all this he tried to imply with his tone, which was very unappreciated. Oh, and did I mention, that I'm a cash buyer....yep. I could sense that he really didn't want to deal with me when I told him that because they don't make as much money off of you if you pay cash. Shoot, they don't make that much money off of you when you buy a car....they make their money off of you when you finance with them. So between the attitude and tone of the conversation...I was not impressed at all. Look, I am sorry I wasted your time but it's not like there was a swarm of other customers that were waiting around to be helped. Some buyers, like myself, want to research a vehicle or even a few vehicles before we commit to something. We aren't the people who blindly shop for a car and take the dealer's word as the end all be all. Yes, it was a very clean SUV and if it was in our budget or you we willing to negotiate on the price, maybe we could have made a deal, but alas, you lost a customer and probably many more if you have a sales manager who has an attitude. read more
