Since I had replaced all four tires within the last three years, I figured there was still some warranty coverage left. When they looked up my information, the service advisor initially told me my tire warranty had expired in April. I had to correct him because I remembered getting a flat tire around the Fourth of July last year, so I knew the timeline didn't add up. Thankfully, they double-checked and found that the tire was still under warranty. The biggest downside was the wait. I had already arranged for someone to pick me up, but I was told my car was already on the rack and that I'd be out of there soon. Because of that, I decided to stay instead of leaving. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting about an hour and a half in the lounge when I could have been home or getting work done. To their credit, the staff apologized for the delay, and the repair was completely covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. While the communication about timing could have been better, I appreciated that they honored the warranty and made things right in the end.

Totally a bait & switch Don't trust them or get it in writting.

My past experiences with buy here pay here places have been sub-par at best and I was a little sceptical about contacting them, but I am so glad I did. Alan is great to work with and more than fair. I found an SUV that was perfect for my needs a a second vehicleI, but it had a few minor issues. Most dealers especially BHPH places say it is strictly as is. Nope not Alan, he's going to fix those minor issues and hopefully I'll be in my new ride tomorrow. I just bought an F-150 from a major local car dealer and now I wish I'd found Alan before I bought from them. I highly recommend Dino Auto sales and when rating BHPH, they get 10 stars in my book, but alas I can only give 5. Oh, and he is in no way the cheesy, greesey, fast talking, trickster that you usually run into in this kind of dealership. He's not out to take advantage of the under-banked with less than stellar credit, he really enjoys what he does and honestly wants to help you get into a car, not just take your money. He doesn't even charge interest on the loan - NOBODY, does that.

We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so easy... especially while recovering from an accident. We are sticking with the "little guys" - what a HUGE difference and amazing experience

During a…read moreprevious visit, they failed to rotate the tires, and I had been charged for the rotation (I always mark the tires to make sure they are moved). They said it was miscommunication between the service center and checkout that the fee wasn't removed. They did comp me the service and said they would correct the issue. Last month I brought it in again, stressing I would like the tires rotated with the oil change. After it got completed, I checked again, and the tires were not rotated, but I had been charged again for that service. I texted them to confirm they were rotated, and their notes from technician said they were rotated. I forwarded them pictures showing no visible sign the tires were moved, so they offered a 25 credit for my next service. I asked again why not a rotate, and then I was given the response about tire wear being less on the front, so they don't want to rotate worse tires to the front. Had that been the first response, it would have been more understandable. But this is a repeating issue of being charged for services not completed. My trust has been broken with this service center. I also recommend you mark your tires if using this location to ensure you are getting the service they are charging you for and not being a victim of "miscommunication" between the service center and billing area.

After buying 9 new cars in the last 20 years from this dealership, we thought it would be a great experience. Once we walked in it didn't seem the same. A salesman asked what we were looking for, I told him exactly what SUV I wanted to see. He disappeared for 20 minutes and took us outside to test drive and look at a SUV that was not the one I wanted to look at. It was nothing like I was looking for but figured I would test drive it. To find out it only had 4 miles of gasoline in the tank. Very disappointing, had to drive around the block to make it back without running out of gas. Once we were done, we walked back in and I asked him again about the SUV I wanted to see. He pointed and said it was outside in the parking lot. I had to ask him if I could see it, which was really odd to me. He did not offer to test drive it either. There was definitely an uncomfortable feeling, he seemed to be reluctant to sell us a vehicle, seemed like it was putting him out. What happened to the customer service? I must say it was one of the worst experiences I had at a dealership. We left feeling in shock and disappointed. The next day we bought a new 2026 SUV from another dealership. No issues at all.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would…read more I purchased my Jeep from this dealership a year ago, and the experience has been nothing but disappointing from start to finish. My vehicle had only six miles on it when I took it home, yet no one installed the required front license plate bracket--even though the state mandates a front plate. The salesperson was friendly enough, but mostly unnecessary since I already knew exactly what I wanted. Before filling my tank or giving the required full charge, he asked me to complete a review for him. I never received a full charge from them (I purchased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe)--not at purchase and not since. The biggest issues came from the finance department. I was given misleading information that increased my purchase price significantly. When I confronted him about the numbers, the price was quietly adjusted--but he took my tax break for himselves without informing me or asking for permission. That alone was beyond unacceptable. The only reason I've returned at all is because the purchase included a couple of free oil changes. I'm here today for a SCHEDULED oil change and was just told it will take an hour and fifteen minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This dealership has been nothing but a headache. Between the dishonesty, the lack of communication, and the consistently poor service, I HIGHLY recommend that no one comes here. They are a complete joke, and I regret doing business with them.

Fast talker, stated that would be everything I would need and could use it at any Honda dealership. He charged me $1000 and said it would cover me up to 80,000 miles . My 3yr/60,000-mile lease came with 2 yr/24,000 miles of Free Honda Care coverage included. I'm set I got a nail in my tire last night. Imagine my surprise when I went to my local Honda dealer gave me a coverage explanation told me that the contract covered scheduled tire rotations, cabin air filter, drive motor fluid and replacement of windshield wipers. That's all...nothing else. A quick Google search found that I could do those 4 things 3x per year for $234....at a Honda dealership. Greasy slime ball. Oh, and on my way home after purchasing the vehicle, with 42 miles on it, every light came on and my vehicle went into Safe Mode...30 miles per hour top speed. I turned around and went back. Didn't get it back for 9 days, because they didn't have an experienced EV tech yet. I called back a week later. Stood on hold for 7 minutes while I could hear him in the background. Foul language, talking about a customer. I recorded it on Google Voice. I coughed and you hear him say "OH, S**T!" Then he lied again and told me that I'd gotten a great deal. I called to cancel his "great deal", that I've never used and instead of getting my $1000 back, I get less than half ($433). Take my advice, steer clear. Somebody's getting pounded and its you.
