We drove 100 miles after extensive questions & conversations with salesman intending to buy a Lincoln Navigator. We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. Sales said it was"frozen" whatever that meant. No offer to fix it before purchase. Following the test drive I shut off the car and the salesman came out to move it and it would not start. The owner and another man came running (literally) with a battery charger and confessed that they had to jump it that morning! It would not start even after a charge. They had this lot 6 months and never checked the battery (it was the original 2019 battery that came in the car new. They didn't fix the running board or tell me prior it did not work. The worst auto dealer experience I've had. Less than a week after I picked my car from Muth my dash board lit up and told me to pull over and see dealer due to ABS brakes! When i asked them to check the codes i was told they were too busy. I had to leave the car for 3 days before they told me that they couldn't find anything wrong only old codes found. Less than 5 miles after i picked up my car the dash lights came back on. I went to a very respected mechanic and he easily read the codes as ABS system problem and that's very expensive. While waiting for repair to begin the rear bumper flew off. Muth told me that i bought an AS IS car. read more

AMAZING COMPANY....Jumping right in... I have never felt so taken care of in any dealership when buying a car until I came to muth motors. I will break this down the shortest way possible. This is why I feel they are the best experience ever. I was in the market for a car and had $4,000 to put down. I thought it would be easy but even with that amount of money I still had issues getting financial assistance. Even when it came to a 7-$8000 car. I was dicked around by so many dealers until I stumbled across myth motors. Every person I dealt with was extremely amazing and assisted in every way possible. I have never heard of a buy here pay here lot before since I am originally from California but when explained how it worked I was able to get into a 2007 eclipse convertible for $7400. I put the $4000 down and was able to pay payments for a 10 month period. The Payment was extremely reasonable at $287 a month. I paid $300 a month instead and paid it off 2 months early. I was going to trade my car in for a newer car and asked if they could get the title for me at around 08:30 in the morning. By 12:00 they called saying it was ready for pickup. I am still amazed at the customer service provided. They are an amazing company and I hope they stay around for a long time. 1million thumbs up.
