ACTUAL CRIMINAL! Do NOT use Todd Reinhardt from Mobile mechanics. He tells you what you want to hear but you quickly realize it's all lies. He said if I dropped off my car on Saturday he would have it done by Sunday. I told him I didn't need it done until Thursday so he didn't have to rush. He said it will be done by Thursday. Thursday morning came and he texted me that he just started the job. We went back and worth. He said it would be done by Friday. Then Saturday. Then Sunday. Then Monday. After Monday I had to serve him with a Demand of Performance letter, per my lawyers directive, because he stopped responding to me or letting me know what was going on with my car. He messaged me Monday after the Demand of Performance to say "Before I take the parts out of the Box I want to make sure they are Correct" which means by Monday he hadn't even started the job. 9 days into it, 4 days after the contract date. During these 9 days he said he was working on my car every day I had asked about getting my car back, then had so many excuses as to why he needed more time, admitted he was taking on new jobs but every time I demanded my car back he would disappear and then would say he was working on it after having other numbers reach out to him since he wasn't responding to me. He hit on me, he asked me to store other vehicles at my house and also a boat. He asked me if I wanted to make $75, half of what he charges, to take his Jump Start calls in Omaha so he wouldn't have to drive from Lincoln. Started doing work I didn't authorize, and then told me I could "Work it off" by taking more of his Jump Start jobs in Omaha. I had to tell him multiple times to stop doing things I didn't ask and finish the job I paid him to do. He told me and multiple people over and over that he would bring my car back after having to get multiple people involved. Thursday morning, 12 days into this mess he messages me to tell me he's driving my car to me. I told him to not drive my car from Lincoln to Omaha because at this point I do not trust the work he did. He said it was "running great" and there was "no issues". I asked him what time he was going to be at my house so I can schedule an appointment to get my car checked. He told me multiple times that I didn't need it to get checked, that everything was "Fine". After telling him I don't care, I'm getting it checked out so I need a time, then all of a sudden he tells me he's not driving my car to Omaha because it wasn't "maintained", not until I would say he's not held responsible if it breaks down on the side of the road but right before that he was all ready to make the drive because it was "riding great". I told him to tow me my car back like he told multiple people he would do. He then sends me a video of him leaving my car on the side of the Road in a residential neighborhood with my key on the tire, abandoning my car. I have EVERYTHING I'm talking about in text messages so if anyone wants proof, I have it. He has told other people a different story and has said I'm just "upset" because it has taken a few extra days, 7 extra days to be exact, but I have hundreds of messages to prove what happened and validate why I'm "Upset" and it's not because it "took a couple extra days" it's for the constant lying, dodging me and disappearing, and not doing what he said he would do or was doing. He even went as crazy as to pretend he had an "assistant named Steph" to avoid having to talk to me. "Steph" would spell things like "rite" instead of right, just like Todd, and "Steph" would all of a sudden be "working" and texting me and then would completely disappear, just like Todd. This whole thing was wild. I was really awesome until he hijacked my car for 12 days for a job that only takes a day. I told him a few times if he was too busy that's okay, I have no problem finding someone else, but I really needed my car by Thursday and he said he had everything covered. Everything was good. He was the one picking the days and then something always came up. There was always a new excuse. I'm now out of pocket, have to tow my car to a shop an hour away from me and pay for an inspection, try and find a way to get it back to my house, and take him to court. Todd says he's a "Man of his Word" and everything sounds great but I have 12 days of messages to prove otherwise. This guy is nothing more than a Liability. *UPDATE* Had my car towed from where he abandoned it to a Midas down the street from where my car was left. So the car was never driven once it left his hands. Todd completely destroyed my Rear Left Caliper and Rear Left Break Hose. Also, possible metal shavings in my Engine. I had my car inspected professionally right before everything. Towed to an engine Specialist who verified Metal Shavings were intentionally put in Engine. Said without a doubt there would have been no way metal would be found in my engine with the work he did without it being intentional. So I need a full engine replacement read more

My son's car was diagnosed by Cody as fuel injector bad on #2 cylinder and after providing The new injectors he installed them and cleaned the plug and said he test drove it and it was fine but when my son drove it home it was still acting up.$400 later and still not working right.Might be something else but diagnosis is not right. read more

Called them on Thursday needing clutch replaced. Mechanic by the name of Mike came out and looked at the car said he would be back first thing Friday morning to disassemble the car. He showed up at 8:30 and left by 9:00. He took a few parts off, leaving the car in pieces in the garage. He showed up at 4 roughly with the clutch and then left after saying to my oldest that he wouldn't do this repair if it were for a boy. It was for my daughter and we had a verbal agreement to have it fixed by Sunday which was her 16th birthday. He was suppose to show up on Saturday and texted us at 8 am said he was on his way. DO NOT USE ANDREW OR SHAYNE!!! They are NOT licensed or insured and only do repairs as a side gig. They offer a free tow if they do repairs but then take it to their residence to fix and then lie and say their shop lot is full and gI've a residence address to pick the car up from. They offered to fix the car that had an anti freeze leak, was overheating and didn't have heat. Tried giving car back two days after fixing it and the car had exact same problems it was brought in with. They picked it up via tow in hopes they would make it right. Went to pick car up a second time three days later and they told me the car didn't have any oil pressure and needed more time with it. Received a call few hours later advising that everytime they try to fix something, something else goes wrong and that my car has a lot of issues and that they will take/tow my car to another shop and would refund my money but the repairs at the new shop would be at my expense. After much discussion that this isn't my problem and that they needed to fix it; they agreed they would try one more day to fix it and then I was told they took it to their family member to help out. I didn't have my car for three weeks. They didn't communicate to the family member the main issues of why the car was brought to them. Had to take the car back multiple times to the family member to get it so called fixed. Ended up having to take the car to another shop to ensure I had heat during the coldest days. They installed the wrong thermostat. They broke items when Repairing it causing the constant issues. Not once did they ever initiate communication or any good customer service advising Me of any updates. They offered to refund my money and when I asked for it back; they refused trying to say it wasn't there problem even though I was without a car and inconvenienced for three weeks and still had to take the car somewhere else. We ended up hiring one of your guys Mike. I went with him cause he said he could fix it sooner than my other guy. And he quoted a cheaper price. So I gave him a chance. First off he didnt show up till evening boasting he had a good light and he will work on it till it was done. Then left 3 hours later cause it was too dark. Then told my husband he would be back 8am . Didn't show up till 253p next day. He then proceeded in tearing the car apart to put our radiator in. He ended up going into his truck fell asleep for 2 hours and then told my husband he was giving up his hands were too cut up and he thought it was going to be a simple radiator change and then it was too much for him. He broke our hood latch never reconnected wires or even put it back fully together. Then wanted the full price of 250.00 dollars. My husband said you slept for 2 hours in your truck you put the radiator in but you didnt finish the job so we are giving you 100.00 and he called my husband the n** word and a cheapskate and jumped at him aggressively. FX mobile is the same mechanics and phone numbers as Omaha mobile auto truck repair site. I hired this company to do a repair for me. When I talked to zeb on the phone he said he would do the job for me. But a few minutes later another man named Jason Lourenco called me and booked the job with me. Jason came out and did the job, I paid him and he left. It was the next day that I realized that he had done a very poor quality work and contacted him. He agreed that the work was sub par and would like to re do the work. We made an appointment but he now showed and no called. I contacted him again and really just wanted my money back. He insisted he wanted to re do the bad work. Against my better judgement I made another appointment for a week later according to his schedule. I took the day off and lost money waiting for him which he never showed again and never called. Done with him I called the number again. This time Ryan answered. I told him my story and he made an apt. to meet me to see what he could do. He no showed and no called also. I contacted him again. We made an apt. for the next day. He no called no showed again. I called the number again and reached someone who refused to give his name at first but turned out to be "zeb". Zeb told me that Ryan didn't show up because he told him they are not responsible since Jason quit the job. Upon emailing owner of the company Riza Dogan, He told me that Jason had quit 2 weeks ago and that's all he said. These guys are out there with no accountability or responsibility or integrity. If you do business with them you have no recourse other than reviews because there is no brick and mortar place to go just a bunch of phone numbers. Landed in Shelby, IA late Saturday night. We had a long day of driving, left Niles, MI that morning, lots of bumpy roads along the way. When we unhooked the 5th Wheel, we realized the air bag (donut tire) on the hitch was flat and the valve was broken, we couldn't blow it up. Not all 5th wheels have this air bag but we find it is a much smoother ride. We called/emailed approximately 5 Mobile RV Repair shops and Ryan at FX Mobile Mechanic Services responded. He was out to check the situation out first thing Sunday morning, managed to get the air bag out and took it with him to replace the valve. He sent us a picture, we felt the stem was too long, so he went back to work. He was back to the site Sunday evening, put the air bag back in place and had the air bag blown up. We were able to hook up and get on the road first thing Monday morning. Ryan at FX Mobile Mechanic Services responded quickly and he was very responsive and getting us back on the road quicker than we expected.
