He'd already checked with three of his suppliers to no avail, but promised to check an additional source as well as his stock of used tires. Said he'd respond shortly after 7 AM. He did, and we had the used tires installed within an hour before 9AM. Price was fair, service was quick, and we got two name brand tires to tide us over until we can get a full new set (the tires we had we're original equipment run-flats with 44k miles on them. They're very prompt, unless there's a huge line in which case it is what it is. They keep track of how long they're spending on each car via screens inside the bays. There's 15 minutes allotted for each car I believe. They recommend add-ons, like air filter replacements and more, but aren't pushy about it. The guys are friendly and helpful, too. I found out during my oil change today that they have free top-offs between oil changes so you don't have to worry about filling your own oil, washer fluid, etc between changes. The price seems a little steep, $95 is the charge for a full service change, so I wish this was a little less. It probably pays off to have the free top-offs between changes, but I rarely need them.
